The food was good but services needs some imrovements. Had a really tasty and juicy classic beef burger. Chowmein and Singaporean rice were good too. Chicken steaks were really good. Please increase the quantity of fries. Staff needs serious training on how to treat customers. Building was great and clean. The fun part is smoking is allowed only if you have electronic one. The interior and Atmosphere is Mind Blowing. It has a Takeaway counter at the Ground Floor, a waiting area on the first, indoor dining at second and third while two top floors are for rooftop dining. It has one lift or you can use the stairs. They don't have Menu in any book form. They have a Qr Scan on every table or you can ask for a Tablet to view the Menu. Coming to food we ordered the Chicken Makhni Handi, Foods in special Pasta, Kung Pao Chicken, Rice and Garlic Naans. Makhi Handi was pretty nice. 9/10 Kung Pao Chicken was a bit Salty. 7/10 Foods in Pasta tasted Awesome and was also good in quantity. 10/10

Ok, so it was amazing. The prices were favorable. The quality and quantity were great. Don't think twice just go for it. I loved the parmesan Chicken pasta. The food was flavour full. It was one of those restaurants that made me feel that my money went into something worthy.

My latest visit turned out to be extremely disappointing. Right from taking order to its delivery, food taste, service everything was thumbs down. Once we were seated, it seemed they forgot us completely. We had to lookout for our server and then placed the order of appetizers which didn't come for the next 20 minutes or so. Their servers were way too slow. Whenever we tried to get the attention of another server, they completely ignored us. They'd walk right next to you but won't listen or stop. We then had to wait further for main menu. We had specially asked the server to serve us hot crispy bread but what came to our table were just at room temp. Chicken botis were smothered with cream, fried fish was tasteless dry heavily coated with less meat, Balochi karahi seasoning was good but it was just too dry to swallow without water and served cold. The Oreo shake was nothing but a recipe for heart attack because it had lots of cream and hardly any milk. When we complained of cold food served, they only replaced the naans and served the karahi after reheating. It was a disastrous visit.

Only the ambience was good and appealing but when you sit down and observe there was a remarkable difference to our dismay. Service was lethargic and unappealing what to talk of the food which was undercooked and not up to the taste of the vibrant people of Karachi. A total waste of money as you could find good eateries in half the price of what we paid here (Talking completely in terms of taste and quality).

All the staff is trained and serve you, and even gives you the option of serving you further in the plates, this hospitality will go far. When it comes to the parcel service they pick the packaging and pack all the remaining food in front of you in the most hygienic way possible. As sindhi muslim food street is very busy you can have a parking issue but we got a parking in 50 rs with just a walk away although you can avail valet parking. Which is available at different locations on the street. From naan to fish crackers everything is perfect... keep up the good work guys

Very yummy Chinese food and Karahi.. They made it very worse when they brought the wrong bill, then we asked them to change, second time they brought bill with manually written amount. We asked for proper bill then in the end they brought proper bill but only this process took 35 minutes. We went after office on jumma break and we were late to office. 😞 Please improve. Other factors such as environment and food were awesome no doubt. ☺

The dinner was good in taste and quality. The atmosphere of the first floor is usually like other restaurants. I didn't feel the huge difference between Foods Inn and other food places. But the final words are, Foods Inn should be updated in the sense of lighting and sitting arrangements.

Had good experience. We tried club sandwich and makhni handi with rogni naan garlic naan and paratha. Besides rogni naan every thing was on point. The only upsetting thing was they were not allowing everyone to go on roof before 6 pm.

Experienced a very bad customer service at Foods Inn As I always loved their food taste, so I along with my friends decided to go there. We reached there and asked for rooftop sitting. But to our surprise, we were provided a table where there was no stand fan available. Yeah like in that hot summer, they didn't have proper arrangement for fans. Few of the tables had them, so we asked manager to share with us or atleast get us a separate one. But he was unable to manage. Then we gave food order at 8:45 pm, but we weren't served till 10:15 pm. People who came after us were served food, they finished and even went back but we were still waiting there for food. During that time, we asked them MANY MANY MANY times about how long will it take or if it's gonna take too long we can go no problem. But they reassured us by saying "Bas ek minute" and 1.5 hour passed. We kept complaining to manager too but nothing. Finally when we paid the bill, even after knowing every scenario the manager again came and asked for reviews. We told him truth. The food taste itself was so so good as usual, won't deny the fact. But sitting at rooftop in this hot weather without even a fan and food served after 1.5 hour destroyed our moods. He said, yeah I understand that. Please, we would like to serve you guys with some sweet or ice cream. We denied a lot but he kept insisting and asked one waiter to serve us ice creams. We again waited for good 10 minutes that too because it would look so rude to leave since he insisted a lot. But again, no one appeared. Nobody served us anything so we left. I really don't understand what's the point of allowing so many customers to get in when you can't serve them timely? No one's coming there to waste this amount of time. I would really request Foodsinn to make their customer service better and serve them timely. Plus, atleast get some arrangements done to make the ambiance suitable for customers to sit at rooftop in summers.

Its a spacious facility with nominal price.. We ordered mutton karhai , chicken makhni, barbque plattr and a cake ws also ordered for our friend bday. Staff ws cooperative, food was above avg, nice ambiance!!

The ambience is alright, but on a busy day it will be jam packed with barely any space to pull your chair back. The food is average at best, and the serving size is an issue in some dishes (too little). The price is a bit higher than what it should be for the food. The staff however are wonderful, and very accommodating. They manage all issues superbly. These 3/5 stars, are only for them otherwise it's a 2 star restaurant.

I have been here in today's lunch..although the first impression was not so impressive as there was a long que in waiting area as all the floors were jam packed. But we get a table shortly. Now comes to the food. We were 7 girls of good appetite. We have ordered their foods inn special platter and chicken chowmein. The quantity was enough for all of us. In platter there was grilled Mexican chicken, some boti(name not remembered), chicken chilli with fried rice, sandwiches, chicken creamy handi and balochi tikka karhai. Additionally we have ordered 3 parathe and 5 naan. Our total bill was around 5,600 something. Approx 800 per head. The food was good in taste and quantity. Although there ambiance is good but we feel quite uncomfortable due to hustling of over populated sitting.

My friends took me out for my birthday celebration. We ordered Alfredo pasta, steak, Dal Makhni and fried rice. Everything was awesome.

Extremely horrible delays. We ordered from here and a hour later our rider was still waiting for the order to be prepared. How long does it take to make 4 kebab rolls? Update, food finally arrived and there was no way to differentiate which were kebab and which were boti rolls. Box of chutney was completely crushed.

Dixy Pizza is my preferred pizza place. They have a great selection of toppings, I love their crust choices, sauce choices, meat selections as well as veggies and cheeses. Their customer service is great and they offer reasonable prices.

Amidst the pandemic when all you are getting is road side seating arrangements, they have the wonderful rooftop dining space. Their ambiance is so wonderful and yet comfortable that you would fall in love with it. Food is so tastefully good and the atmosphere enhances it more.

If you eany goof food, decent service and great ambience, you've come to the right place. This place is a good spot for some fine dining-ish moments. Their steaks are good. Their drinks are refreshing. It is on the higher side of the price margin though so you need to have your pockets heavy for that. Great place 8/10.

Foods Inn restaurant is a fine dine restaurant which is located at Sindhi Muslim Society. It has road side parking facility and it is mostly overly occupied. I have ordered Chicken Corn Soup, Hot and Sour Soup, Alfredo pasta, Chicken Schezwan, Beef grilled sandwich, Mint lemonade and Pina Colada. Both the soups are extremely amazing. Alfredo pasta was absolutely amazing in taste while chicken schezwan and beef grilled sandwich was having the authentic taste. Pina Colada and Mint Lemonade were very good in taste and delightful. Foods Inn has the good ambience and sitting space is very relaxing. Staff is well trained and welcoming. They are doing their jobs very effectively.

A place with good ambiance in the heart of SMCHS which is getting crowded with the passage of time. They don't offer you a menu card and rather ask you to scan a QR code to get the menu online. Secondly it's a bit expensive restaurant where I didn't get a value for money spent. Their handi had a maximum serving of gravy with at most 200 grams of chicken. Beef Bihari boti was not upto the mark as it was missing the tenderness. American chicken steak was quite ordinary as well because of the fillet being used. If you are a foodie and taste conscious then surely this place is not for you.

I ordered Chicken Mukni Karahi which was one of the worst karahi i ever eat in this world. Chef ready dont know that makni handi is not spicy. Feel like someone add spice powder into cream and add simple chicken and cooked for 10 minutes.... Made my day worst. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Yesterday, we visited Foods Inn, and as usual, the food was excellent. However, there were a few maintenance issues that caused us some inconvenience. Thankfully, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Shafqat, the floor supervisor, who displayed incredible customer service skills. To make up for the inconvenience caused, he kindly presented us with an Apology cake. This thoughtful gesture not only impressed us but also significantly contributed to reinforcing brand loyalty.

I visited Foods Inn last week. It's a great spot for gatherings with family and friends. Their Peshawari Karhai is a must-try, but I found the Seekh Kebab a bit dry and not to my liking. Overall, a decent place to dine.

We ordered mushroom soup , sandwhiches manchurian and fried spice and broast n food was bwlow average , chowmeim was more like spaghetti n taste is home made , they dont knpw how to make chowmein , for them they mus5 red apple if they can't try ginsoy sizzlers.
