The Nihari at this place was exceptional and incredibly delicious. The famous Waheed beef fry kebab was also good. However, the Beef Bihari was just average. Although it was not particularly impressive, it's still worth trying once. Moreover, the prices are very affordable. If you are concerned about hygiene, it is advisable to think twice before visiting. Additionally, we bought the Bun Kebab from the opposite side of the Waheed restaurant, and it was really tasty.

After so many recommendations I visited this place. But found this place over-hyped only. We ordered Maghaz Nihari, kabab fry and Dhagha Kabab. Not really impressed by the taste of the food. Kababs are not juicy and tender. Nihari was also tasteless. Highly not recommended experience of this place. Taste: 5/10

Had dinner here tonight with family As it was Rabi-ul-Awwal, all the streets were illuminated and so was the restaurant💡 Coming to the ambience, it was ok with separate dining halls for males and for families (Air Conditioned) Food is average with nothing extraordinary (Noorani Kabab and Bundoo Khan are much better) We ordered Seekh Kabab Gola, Chicken Boti (Boneless) and Chicken Tikka (Chest) alongwith Puri Parathas and drinks. Salad and Chatni are served complimentary Service is also good and staff efficient but they must enhance their taste in order to stay relevant as they are one of the oldest in Karachi Overall a try is a must when visiting Burns Road 👍

Waheed Kabab House on Burns Road is a hidden gem for foodies. Their Fry Kabab is a must-try and highly recommended. The kababs are well-seasoned, juicy, and grilled to perfection. The flavors are balanced and the meat is tender and delicious. The ambiance is simple and cozy, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable, making it an affordable and delicious dining option. Overall, Waheed Kabab House is a great choice for anyone craving authentic Pakistani cuisine and I highly recommend it!

Wow, our experience at Waheed Kabab House was beyond amazing! We tried their fry kabab, dhaga kabab, sheekh kabab, malai boti, and beef boti – each dish was bursting with extraordinary flavors, especially when paired with their unique green chutney. The service was lightning fast, and even though the ambiance is typical of a food street restaurant, the outstanding taste made it all worthwhile. A must-try for anyone craving exceptional kababs!

We ordered gola kabab, Kabab fry, seekh kabab, chicken boti with nans and chapati. Everything was delicious. Specially, Kabab fry was new to me and it was so cool due to butter taste ❤️. Overall service was fine due to crowdy restaurant. They also offer tin packaging of cuisines if someone wishes to take them to another city.

Few days back me & my friends went there for dinner. Waheed Kabab is one of the famous restaurants of Burns 🥵 Road. The food 🥘 at Waheed Kabab House was fresh & tasty 😋. We ordered 4 BBQ items. 1.Kabab Fry 2.Beef 🥩 Boti 3.Chicken 🐓 Malai Boti 4.Chicken 🍗 Tikka In the end I would like to say that Alhumdulillah had a wonderful 👍🏼 experience. Note: As per the directives of Sindh Government the lights 💡 were off at 11:00 pm sharp.

Waheed's fry kabab and tandoori roti with traditional chatni, This is the perfect combination for Barbeque lovers. We ordered Beef fry Kabab, Beef Gola Kabab and Bihari Kabab, and it was an outstanding experience after a long time for us. For all this food for four person cost 1300/- PKR, so this place is Pocket friendly with the best taste. Those who haven't tried Waheed Kabab, they should try once! The restaurant is ♿ Accessibility friendly because of Outdoor seatings. Location: Burns Road food street. Strongly Recommended!

Saw this on a food channel at YouTube and decided to visit it at the last moment during my trip to Karachi. It ended up being the highlight of my trip to Karachi. The Dhaga Kebabs, Kebab Fry and Nihari at this place is well worth a trip from anywhere in the world! It is by far the best food Burns road food street has to offer and that's saying something. This establishment is cash only.

Went to this restaurant on November 12,2023. We ordered Dhaga Kebab, Sheek kebabs, kebab Fry, Chappti and Nan. We liked kebab fry the most other two not so much. This is one of the famous kebab restaurant in Karachi. Atmosphere was typical food street type. Our server was friendly and fast. Give a try if you are in the area. 4 stars

Karachi's most famous and historic Kabab house located on the famous Burns Road food street. Since the last week, the govt has remodeled the food street which is now a public space in night. Kabab Fry and Chicken Tikka are must try. Plus you can try dhaga kabab as well.

The serving was late , staff we kept on asking things and he kept on disappearing Food as always good except for nihari that probably lost its place infront of so many major players in the market. They are spot on their forte dhaga kabab and beef behari

  • 5/5 Atif A. 2 months ago on Google • 64 reviews New
Waheed is famous for its Kabab fry and BBQ. Their kabab fry is different from those normally served in the market and it is actually good. Although it does not look appetising but tastes great with Naan! Their BBQ items are very very good as they are tender, enriched with spices, properly marinated and well-cooked. Try visiting them during daytime to avoid a lot of rush. Prices are pretty reasonable too. Suggestion to the owners: you have been blessed with a lot of customers from all over the country so please pay higher salaries to your waiters and do not exploit them. I was told that they are getting 500-600/day and it is extremely low and disappointing.

Very good place for food lovers. The taste was very good also very economical. Not a very cosy place. But must try if you are a desi food lover. You have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to get the table.

This place only serves one kind of food, everything is spicy and drenched in oil. Devoid of all taste Food on Burns Road generally mirrors the overall decline in quality that we see in Pakistan. It's shocking that people are settling for such low quality food either due to lack of options or lack of experience.

My old times favourite Nihari House where I and my friends used to go a long time ago. This place is still going and have expanded quite a lot catering many different food items for people needs but I still went for my Nihari dish and quite enjoyed it to be honest but I noticed their prices have gone up a lot but none the less still a good experience coming back to my old place.

Its open for late night and deliver your order is very fast, and provide quality food with unique taste. My experience was good, they provide Quality and quantity, both with reasonable price. They don't have a tea / cahva but if you want they'll arrange it, staff are too cooperative.

Tried their Nihari and kebab fry with tandoori naan. Loved Nihari naan after a long time. Quick service, wouldn't recommend this place for sophisticated families as you'll see people form different backgrounds. Takeaway would be best bet. Overall good experience with reasonable payout.

Nice & old place to eat at old Karachi near burns road food street, open place with lot of people, busy street, noise and hazel and puzzle. Economical price and range of food with old and traditional spicy food. Recommended for weekend outing. A+

Fry Kebab 5/10 Nauratan Kebab 5/10 Chatni 4/10 Naan 9/10 I went there after watching Junaid Akram (GanjiSwag's) video, but i was heavily disappointed,Kebab Fry is complete Failure and Tasteless, Nauratan Kebab was below average. I don't know why people like this dish. Their other items maybe good but at least these two items are waste of Money and time.

As always perfect place to feed your taste buds after driving to Karachi from Lahore in 15 hours. Went straight to burns road shop. Had fri kabab, behari boti and Nihari. Always top flavours and fresh food. Area is turned into food street in evenings. Families dining out in open with everything else available in the area. Waiters are very hospitable and can bring food from wherever you want in the street. Truly happening place these days

As per place it's worth to go there for food specially kabab fry which is reasonable and delicious 😋 rather than restaurant itself because it mahaul looks like male restaurant not a family one and sitting is not quite good No parking facility, over crowded. Since 2021 there is some changes in that area like whole area turn into food street and no vehicle are allowed which benefits restaurant for increasing there sitting capacity, prefer to go in weekdays rather than weekend.

Experience was worst They served very well, seats are available too But the taste....... It was really very unimpressive I ordered a plate of Qourma which had a sour taste which was unusual. 2/10 I ordered a seekh kabab plate with Qourma but the kababs made with organs not with meet, also the plate was very expensive as compare to taste and matter. 2/10 I ate dinner only with green chutney.

  • 3/5 Syed N. 7 months ago on Google
The oldest name in this group, taste is declining with each visit. Although the location is adequate, the service is slow. Low cost. If you have a craving for BBQ, try zameer or ghaffar.

Waheed Kabab House is located at Burns Road Sadar, it's basically famous for its variety of Kababs, but they have very limited menu. Seating arrangement was not wide enough. Food quality was just ok, we had Chicken Korma and Beef Kabab, taste was pretty average. Rates were economical over all good to be here. If you got chance to be here must try Kababs 🙂

Have been hearing about this restaurant for long, tried for the first time. I would say that you need to have Karachi Street food taste to consume meals, otherwise, you cannot eat it. Malai boti was burnt, their legacy kabab was a qeema gravy dish, Nali nihari was OK, but entire food taste was a bit toxic, may be due to spices or recipe. I couldn't have it although I have traveled a lot and can eat any type of food in any conditions, but this taste was a bit different.

  • 5/5 Junaid H. 3 years ago on Google
Taste wise their all items are 10/10, BBQ, Nihari, Haleem, Parathay, all yummy. However their sitting place is just ordinary. Prices are also a bit higher.

The famous Burns Road in Karachi, Pakistan has been declared a food street recently. So no traffic after 7pm. Headed to Waheed kebab this time. Its purely dehli style gilawat, dhaga and gola kebab the place is famous for. Now that it serves outdoors, with a pleasant weather it couples up for a nice dine out.

It's one of the oldest BBQ restaurant in Karachi. Being at one of the busiest places in Karachi, many people come here and enjoy. If you are comfortable eating in crowded places at roadside then this place is for you. Otherwise people who have an eye for ambience along with taste, they won't be able to enjoy the food here. Food here is not that exceptional if you have enjoyed Kebabjees and Abdul Ghaffar Kabab House already. Parking needs to be done a bit far. Service is quick and food is good. Hygiene needs improvement a lot.

  • 4/5 Saad K. 3 years ago on Google
Came for the famous kabab. Was expecting them to be the seekh kabob variety but this was also great. The seating is outside and since the area was closed to vehicles (mostly) it wasn’t a bad experience. The service staff was quick and helpful. There’s plenty of things to try out around the area. Worth a visit with friends and family.
