Don't trust the reviews, almost certain they are their own contacts. On multiple occasions we saw cockroaches in our room - this was an absolutely devastating experience and testament to the poor cleanliness standards. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly nor maintained. Shower glass was dirty when we arrived and was never cleaned during our stay even after pointing this issue to the front desk. The soap tray was missing from the washroom and never replaced during our stay Room air filter had a pungent odor - once again this is a maintenance and upkeep issue as the air filtration system didn't seem to be cleaned for years Overall the rooms were not functional (i.e. no charging plug on bed side to charge your phone, washrooms were see-through - very bad experience for our family) nor were they maintained (carpet on the floor was ripping, curtains were dirty, bed backboard was dirty). After pointing this issue out to Avari management/owners, they only gave 10% off our stay with a 'stay a weekend on us' offer. No thank you, will not stay here even if you pay me. Learn to respect your customers.

Staying in Avari is always a pleasant experience. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Guest relations manager is always very nice and of course the GM is amazing. A few things I wasn't happy about: - Reception: it is very unclear who should go first. They usually have 2 staff but when I checked in there was only one - everyone kept squeezing in for small things and it took me quite a while to check in. - Breakfast: the buffet menu is quite vast but doesn't change much. Taste is good. - Staff attitude: didn't appreciate waiters requesting (pretending) for a positive review with their name. If I want to make a review I do it without people requesting me to, otherwise a note on the table would suffice. I came down in shorts and slippers but was asked to get changed because of hotel policy - understandable - but only one lady was enforcing this rule while the hotel manager kept letting everybody in. Apparently some VIP came in (in shorts and slippers) but he personally escorted him to his seat, with the lady visibly embarrassed and frustrated she couldn't do anything about it. Not something you would expect from a senior staff. - Airport shuttle: it's good that is free of cost, but again had to wait more than 20 minutes for other passengers that eventually didn't show up. Also I was dropped at the arrivals instead of departures, had go all the way upstairs with the suitcases which wasn't easy. - Amenities: here there's a lot of improvement to be made. Single-use soaps that don't bubble at all, no body soap. A partnership with a good brand would change things for the better in a significant way. Overall, positive experience and I hope they would keep improving so I can keep enjoying the hotel while in Karachi.

Very excellent and comfortable place to stay in Karachi. Specially the breakfast service and Mr Nayab thank you for your good hospitality . i could not say any better things about Avari Towers! Their customer service from start to finish was impeccable. From the time my Friend and I arrived till leaving The attention to detail about cleanliness was very obvious. Our room was in clean perfect condition.

My stay was amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My room was always very clean, and water was freely provided. There was a sufficient security at the entrance. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing, it was a buffet and you had a variety of Pakistani and different Cuisine. The hotel itself was very nice and a great deal for the price. Definitely would recommend the massages, one of the best i have received and super affordable. Their gym was also great. I would definitely recommend staying on. The restaurants were also really good.

I booked a room for a day during my visit to Karachi. While the staff made their best efforts to serve us courteously, I found the room atmosphere unsatisfactory. Despite the hefty daily charge of 45k+, the wooden interiors of the room were damaged due to water leakage. It seems the management overlooks these issues, despite the hotel's elite status in Karachi. I would kindly suggest that they pay closer attention to maintaining the quality of their room interiors. In conclusion, I appreciate the provision of pick-up and drop-off services to the airport. Thank you.o

I frequently travel between Lahore and Karachi and my go to choice has always been Avari Towers in Karachi. I have always been welcomed very warmly and I have always been given the best room available. The rooms are cleans and modern, the service is also very good. All the staff is very help full but one person who makes every thing a lot better at Avari is Mr Mujeeb the duty manager. He is a straight up guy and whenever he is around to attend me he has always tried to make my experience much better. Will be going there again very soon.

The staff has been very caring and attentive from the very beginning upon arrival. As my first trip to Karachi. I have felt warmly welcomed. Shanil has done an excellent job tending to our room. I stayed at the Avari towers for a week and was more than impressed on how well this hotel and the rooms are maintained. The staff here is incredible and Nadir was an amazing housekeeper and took really good care of us and making sure we always came back to a clean place. Nadir was also amazing to talk with and is a big reason as to why I would want to stay at the Avari towers again. I would also recommend the breakfast as the options available were amazing and I as a foreigner was worried it would cause stomach issues but nothing like this happened and had a pleasant stay. Thank you to everyone who made the trip so memorable for my wife and I.

The food quality is excellent. Rooms are also v good. There excellent cleanliness in the Hotel. I had missed my Sunday Brunch but joined in the Hi Tea aa. Amin Khan served in an excellent manner.. Hats off for him. Five star for him.

We were at dynasty for dinner and my daughter had to use the washroom. As we got out of the restaurant, a humble lady from the Avari staff, named Shazia, helped me direct the way to the washroom. She came all along and also asked for any help she could be of. She was also really sweet to my son and conversed well with him. Amazing and helpful staff at the hotel. Thank you for your service.

My stay here was excellent! Amazing services. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. From house keeping staff to restaurant everything is amazing. Unfortunately we were so disappointed by our first day's experience we moved out, instead of spending the full 9 days at the hotel. Avari is in desperate need of refurbishment. It holds a strong reputation in Karachi as one of the best hotels, however, it does not provide good value for money at all. Especially for a 5 star accommodation. We were in two rooms, 915 and 916. Both rooms had different and distinct smells of mold, sewage and smoke. They were sub standard with heavily worn bed side tables, scribbles on the walls, sticky and dirty bed side phones, mold and layers of dust caked on the air conditioning vents, rusted screws in the bathroom and a ripped and dirty carpet in both rooms. I would not walk around barefoot in the room at all. I did not have high expectations, but to top off the state of our rooms and their conditions, we had the lift get stuck mid way between two floor! Frantically calling the emergency bell, the maintenance person on the intercom was able to restart the lift but it stopped on a random floor. We were all traumatised by this experience, especially as I was staying with my children. In dire need of repair, refurbishment and upkeep. We complained to the front desk (who offered to check if other rooms were available) and both my wife and I are Avari Gold members. They could do nothing but apologise for the experience. We checked out after 1 night and moved to a 3 star hotel, which offered us clean air, clean rooms and a safe environment for the remainder of our 9 nights stay. It is surely one of the finest Hotels in Karachi, you can never go wrong by staying here. Rooms are perfect, service is delicate, dining experience is wonderful and full of options. The only problem I faced was the check-in staff asked for 75% more than the actual rent in advance and he was rigid about it. Rates are subjective but still they are on a little higher side, may be introducing some packages or pre-booking discount will make it a more favorable stay for many. Entry to hotel in peak hour considering Saddar traffic is another major issue, I am sure they can manage it by operating the back entrance or so. I hope they maintain their services and become more competitive in rates.

I’ve been staying here for more than 2 weeks now and my housekeeping staff member Nadir has been extremely welcoming. He makes it feel like home, and always greets with a smile and remembers the little details I like to keep my room like. Kashaan from room service is also my favourite too, he’s definitely a mood lifter with his happy tone and body language. Glad to have them both around!

This is one of the 4 star hotels in Karachi. It's location is very central. The place has a good ambience and good restaurants. Most famous is their Sky-top Barbecue buffet dinner restaurant. The view of the city is stunning and the food is great. On weekends its quite crowded so it is better to have a booking.

My stay have been excellent so far because of excellent staff, always ready to help. I would like to mention a particular house keeping staff Ali who was very thoughtful and provided us with more clothes hangers for wardrobe without us asking for it. We definitely needed them. Also, another housekeeping staff who sorted out extension cord issue and set it up next to our teenagers beds. They found it extremely easy to stay connected to their devices whilst on charge.

Service good but the shocking professionalism. I have never seen hotel workers asking for 5 stars and good reviews from a customer before or after their stay . They were instance where they picked my wife’s phone and 5 stars themselves from check in staff to food servers to room cleaning to drive all asked for good review even before they helped us . They need training I feel upper management is involved in this exercise .

Rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are clean and renovated. They have a free Airport Pickup & Dropoff which is awesome! Free daily breakfast buffet and you can even exchange money right on the counter which is very convenient and safe. Room service and house cleaning service is very efficient and professional. We definitely plan to stay at Avari hotel the next time we come to Karachi.

It was wonderful stay at Avari Towers. During my stay find everything good. Breakfast and lunch at Asia Live restaurant was wonderful all foods served are delicious. The most important factor was restaurant staff, especially Ms. Mona and her team members are fully professionals, they are very accommodated. Dinner at rooftop with music team is also a good experience in Karachi cold weather.

My family and I did not get the 3 executive suites we booked 3 months in advance, only one. The mirrors are not able to be used to do hair and make up as the plugs are located across the room and the blowdryer is hard wired into the plug and lamp under the TV. Very inconvenient. Even in the bathroom the plug only accommodates a shaver. Simply silly. We stayed from August 28 through September 8th. The breakfast buffet looks great. LOOKS. The taste of everything was bland and tasted “off”. So stopped eating it. What we did it did not make us sick, though. The staff, especially our room cleaners, and we had several, were all amazing. Shaista was simply so sweet and was like a sister to me. Very hospitable. The duty manager Rashna was beyond superb. Moona in the buffet was outstanding. Yousha Rizvi was amazing as well. Each and every single employee, also Ali Nawaz, treated us like we were family not guests. This is rare. We loved the hotel overall, but due to the bathroom being totally see through walls and having to kick each other out of the room for a semblance of privacy was very awkward and uncalled for, no exhaust fan to cover uncomfortable sounds all impact the reason for the lower rating.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Avari Hotel during my recent visit to Karachi, Pakistan. Despite a busy day at the reception with many check-ins and check-outs, I received a warm welcome. The manager on duty personally assisted with my check-in and even upgraded me to a business suite at no extra cost, which left me thrilled. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, though there was room for improvement in terms of the room fragrance. I also noticed some construction noise in the building or the neighborhood, but it was bearable. The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional staff. They were always welcoming with big smiles and undivided attention. I want to extend a special thanks to Guest Relations Manager Miss Rashna, who went above and beyond. On my first day, I casually mentioned my recent surgery, and to my surprise, she remembered throughout my stay, regularly checking on my well-being and offering assistance. She even helped me extend my check-out time when my flight was delayed. Overall, my experience at Avari Hotel was fantastic, and I look forward to staying there on my future visits to Karachi. The food was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and professional, especially Javed and Anas. They made our evening all the more pleasurable. The guys at the barbershop were amazing too.

It was a wonderful experience at Ravi Tower. The food at Asia Live restaurant was amazing and all the staff were very supportive especially Ms. moona has been very supportive. I stayed in Avari towers several times over the last 2 years. The service has always been great. The people at the reception are most helpful and professional. Definitely a recommendation for antics looking for a quiet place at a good location in Karachi.

If price is the matrix then its all scores however the room was not as presentable and you may have to face the broken safe which despite calls would not get resolved. They may offer 2 single beds for couples when I was barely had any reason to sleep, all they did was join the beds and make it look as one. Nevertheless the staff is cooperative and you can get good generous suggestions which can help you feel home.

The quality of the breakfast and meals at Asia Live was excellent, as was the food delivered by room service. No detail was spared by the housekeeping team and they maintained a high standard throughout our stay. We were impressed by the laundry service which was prompt and well done each time. The ambience of the lobby and Cinnamon lounge worked well for our meetings, and the entire Front desk team, especially Rashna were warm, friendly and responsive to our needs. Just had the breakfast buffet at Asia Live. It's phenomenal. The food was completely fresh and in such a wide variety. They have every kind of breakfast available, from desi to American to Middle Eastern labneh and fattoush etc. We were served by Yousha at the buffet - he was extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. He made our breakfast experience even better. Would highly recommend Avari's breakfast buffet; it is truly the best part of this hotel experience. Housekeeping/room cleaning services were provided by Tanveer on the 7th floor. He was very thorough and quick with his work, and always ready to help out with extra tasks. He made us feel extremely comfortable. Would recommend!

Excellent service and i would like to mention Mr. Faisal Iqbal in particular who served us really warmly and was very hospitable. Top notch service from him. Mr. Carlos, the chef cooked some really tender and juicy beef teriyaki that we all loved. Keep up this standard.

The rooms were neat and clean. Service was quick sometimes and sometimes kept us waiting for hours, but the lighting of the room was really too dim. You can hear outside voices too. The breakfast was not upto the mark. Food was really bland. Everything else was good.

Room dining is quick, I got my breakfast within 8-10 minutes as if they were waiting just for my call.. Jalil was very kind and the lady on phone was also very good. Both had a very good command on soft skills. Well trained👍👍👍

The room we booked was well equipped. We had our lunch buffet at Asia live which was satisfactory, the breakfast next day was very good though. Both times Shanti, the manager there welcomed us and guided us. She was the sweetest person! We had dinner at Sky BBQ and loved it. Overall stay was good and we had a good time.

Enjoying my stay here. Staff is extremely professional. This level of professionalism you don't get to experience in Pakistan. Very much enjoyed their breakfast. I was shocked to see the variety. Being a health freak, I'm always looking for vegetarian options and to my surprise there was plenty. Chef Taha makes my egg whites omelette every morning. He approached me to make sure everything was to my liking and if I needed anything. So I'm very much enjoying this special attention even though I'm a very low key guy. Kiyaan at the reception desk was also very helpful.

Sky BBQ on the roof top 18th floor comes with a mesmerizing view and delicious variety of food. You will find around 50 dishes including desserts and salads in economical price around 2500. Meet Mr. Ayaz the manager who is an add-on when it comes to hospitality. During my 15 days stay, I enjoyed food, company, view every night. Hope you will love the place too.

Stayed here for two nights with my mother every thing from front desk to room service was excellent. We came early and they were very accommodating and gave us a really nice room . Breakfast buffet in the mornings was really great better then a lot of international hotels. Had dinner at Dynasty Restaurant food and service was impressive our server Hameed really took great care of us Will definitely come and stay here when ever we our back in town

I have always loved the hotel. Dynasty has always been a favorite but better to get there private rooms rather than the main restaurant as it is nosiy when occupied.

Stayed here for one night during my recent business trip, every thing from front desk to room service was excellent. I have stayed at Avari Towers twice now and must say both times were a great experience. The hotel has great facilities and good staff. The hotel is a great 5 star hotel and truly reflects an international standard. The only improvement would be guest services, as I had to call them a few times to follow up on a simple request. Asides from that the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and I had a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend Avari Towers if you're looking for a great place to stay with a wonderful view and overall experience.

Nadir was in charge of cleaning our room 1612 , he was very courteous and made sure all our needs are met. Rooms were very clean and my stay went really well. Under the supervision of Amir everything was great. I would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay.

I was recently in Karachi for about a week, and booked my room via Priceline/Booking.com. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to communicate with the hotel regarding setting up airport pickups/drop-offs in advance, and early check-in setup via the booking.com emails, and how quickly hotel staff responded. I arrived earlier than check-in, and was amazed at how polite and apologetic the check-in staff was that my room wasn't ready. It was MY fault... I WAS EARLY, and yet off went the staff in multiples to ensure that my wait was no more than 10 minutes before being brought up to my room. I was offered a glass of juice while I waited, and a COVID-19 welcome kit with a mask and gloves before heading to my room. In the mean time the fast Wi-Fi (throughout the hotel) was great for me to catch up on emails and other misc items. That said, the staff at this hotel will be the crown jewel of your stay. Well, that and the breakfast buffet! Service here is impeccable! From the entry guards/security, bellmen, and housekeeping to the front desk and especially the breakfast buffet staff in Asia Live (managed by - I believe her name is either Roshna or Shanti - I misplaced the card i wrote her name on) is some of the best I've ever encountered. My family and I have spent time at all the major hotels in Karachi over the years, and Avari and PC are head and shoulders above the rest. Housekeeping and the concierge are quick to fulfill any request you might have, and the common areas of the hotel are luxurious and opulent in the best of ways. I booked a "Business Class" room, and was nonchalantly upgraded to the the "Executive" room upon check-in, another pleasant surprise. The larger room with an extra leather recliner was much appreciated by my father as it gave both of us room to work in between attending to family affairs. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, but could benefit from newer universal plugs, switches, and thermostats. The minifridge was ice cold, and all of the perks associated with the room were worth the extra price, especially for an international traveler dealing with odd flight times. The only issue I really had was that the a/c in my room didn't seem to cool very well, and the faint smell of smoke/misc odors seeped into the room a bit. I didn't say anything, otherwise I'm sure it would have been handled immediately. Overall, this is now my #1 go to place to stay in Karachi. So, forget the rest, stay at the best - Avari Towers Karachi! And if you can, I highly recommend a Business Class Room or higher for the added benefits especially access to the 10th (or 15th floor) Executive Lounges depending on your room. It was nice to be able to grab a fee coffee and snack/hi tea whenever I was too tired to go out, or didn't want anything from Room Service. Some of the most useful perks to me were the: *4pm Late Check-Out *Free breakfast buffet in Asia Live restaurant with the great pool view *Large bathtub and shower with good water pressure *Included Airport Pick-up and Drop-Off *Free, fast WI-FI throughout the hotel *Access to the 10th Floor Business Lounge with complimentary refreshments throughout the day (7am – 11pm) *Pressing of 2 clothes items, per person per day

Have been regular customers at Dynasty for years. The food is always delicious and the ambience is great. Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Karachi! Our server Hameed gave us excellent service during our last visit.

Avari Towers is owned by the Avari family, who also own Beach Luxury Hotel. They have been hoteliers through four generations now. The food is excellent. Everything very fresh since this family is very much involved in the running of things in all their hotels. There are also several restaurants inside Avari Towers such as Asia Live, the Chinese restaurant Dynasty, the Japanese Fujiyama, which has great sushi, too. Also the Sky BBQ and Cinnamon Lounge. There are also several big rooms and halls such as the Khorshed Mahal, Indus Suite, boardrooms, etc., for the holding of events. Plus the rooms and suites are luxurious and the service great. Because this is a tall hotel building with 20 or so floors, you can also get a bird's eye view of the Karachi city from the higher floors. Other hotel areas include a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, shops for tourists, etc.

30Nov2021: Visited for reservation of rooms for some foreign guests. Found the hotel very neat, clean and tidy. The rooms are also very good, washrooms are as per international standards. The gym is also good and the swimming pool is fantastic. The rooms should be booked with "Pool View". The Duty Managers were however found not very smart.

Celebrated my husband and father in laws birthday at Dynasty. Captain Hameed and Mr. Badar did a fantastic job. Food and service was very good. Will definitely come back again.

We are here at Avari having lunch at Asia Live restaurant. Have been to several cities and stayed in many hotels but want to say so far the best hotel and what makes it best is staff behavior special mention to Jalil, from our entrance till our exit he make sure to serve us with excellence. His guest dealing and communicating was great.

My Hotel stay was very nice, I stayed for 2 weeks, observed excellent service with great sense of responsibility. I lost my belongings which were very rightly secured by room service and handed over to me in my next visit by Ms. Warsha. The room services personnel during my stay was excellent & swift specially Mr. Shahbaz . The breakfast & reception crew were also exceptionally good. in nut shell it was a great experience.

Writing a review for the very first time and what makes me to write is one and only Abdul Jalil, he is great in terms of services and all other stuff which defines his job description. One of my colleague has polio so Jalil and his team make sure to serve all food to the table. These gestures show that why people prefer Avari amongst all other hotels.

Quality of services. Ambience and the behaviour of staff is quite good and facilitation specially M. Imran. I would love to stay and recommend others for this place.

The hotel is overall very nice. The breakfast is always delicious, especially the omelets. The service is usually very prompt. In some of the rooms, the appliances/furniture is a bit old, but the people are always willing to come and fix it.

After submitting this review based on a bad shared experience, this business came back with an extremely rude and accusative reply. My family did not have a good experience and have already given a detailed review, and I am adding to it however I don't have time to type it out, but I will because their reply was unacceptable. This hotel was not clean, and lack of customer service provided when asked for help was astonishing. I am positive all these glowing reviews are from people who were enticed with discounts or even free meals, we were not given such good customer service. So we are writing an honest review about the experience of my family.

I stayed with family for 7days. Food we ordered at room late night twice was below average. They fried fly in chawmin I have whole video of that but posting here only picture. There were cockroaches in the room. So comparing to other 5 star hotels I will never recommend to stay specially with family

The food selection and quality was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the meal because they found their favourite options, even the younger ones. For a buffet, the sevice personnel were attentive and efficient, but most of all, cheerful and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Our stay was in Regent Plaza which wasn't a nice hotel no cleanliness, we came to Awari and they were very helpful gave us a room in short notice. Will definitely come back here. Excellent tasty food. Service by Faisal and Moona was exceptional. I tried Peking duck and was great. Ambiance is good, we got around 8pm just before it got busy. I will definitely attempt to come back for a good Chinese if I am coming back to Karachi, Pakistan in future.

Its an 4 star hotel. Hotel entrance and ambiance is good. I visited there to attend an event in the hall which is at ground floor. But i was disappointed due to the hall. Average look not upto the mark of 4 star hotel. Dinner quality was bad and not fresh. Most of the people whose attended the event got diarrhea. I recommend not to book with dinner or lunch. There is buffet lunch, dinner, breakfast and specially BBQ Q rooftop buffet is superb. Staff was good and cooperative. I think, management is not interested to invest for renovation. If they do so it will be the one of best among all because of its location.

Had a great dinner at Dynasty. The salt and pepper prawns from the appetizers were so juicy. We ordered egg fried rice, black pepper beef and chili garlic chicken in mains and everything was delicious. The service was excellent. Moona was very courteous and Faisal did a great job serving us. Like always, I had a really good experience this time as well. The variety they offer in breakfast is really good. The view by the pool side just adds more beauty to the experience. Furqan and Alick, their restaurant manager and team member really took great care. Definitely recommended.

Hotel finishes were upmarket and decadent. Breakfast options were plentiful and fit for a king. However beware the extremely over priced rooftop BBQ which was certainly not worth the expensive charges. Staff throughout the establishment were very helpful and ensured that every need was met.

The hotel is good, the staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms although spacious and comfortable can be upgraded with better technology. For instance the TVs are too small as compared to the room size and do not have many channels.

It's been an absolutely amazing stay so far. The employees are great in helping you, especially Shakuntala who helped make our stay more comfortable. In addition, supervisor Faisal Zaib was very forthcoming in making our stay as comfortable as possible, which is very important when travelling with young kids.

Great experience with Avari so far. The rooms are great and well-equipped. Room service is seamless and efficient. Specially supervisor Faisal and room maid Shakuniala assisted me well and were very helpful.

Good service and room service. Friendly staff. Of the minuses, there are only comments on the kitchen. On Sunday, August 6, I got a rotten shrimp for lunch. Today, the steamed omelet for some reason would be very sweet, as if sugar was spilled. And there were some flakes in the coffee pot. I didn't understand it was the remains of tea or mold.

Had dinner in Dynasty restaurant; one of the most authentic Chinese food restaurant in town. Food was excellent and the services was marvellous. YASIR and Hamit has served with excellence and our Japanese guest admired their humble behaviour and prompt response.

Overall. Good experience staying here. The only issue was that we had booked a twin sharing room for 4 nights, and when we arrived, they said the room was cancelled (cox not paid in advance). Well, that's not the standard. The room was cancelled with a single email, and we were informed there were several unresponded calls and emails, which wasn't the case. Anyways, we requested a standard room instead, which was granted and told that we would be shifted. 4 nights we stayed in standard room but no one bothered to shift to twin room.

This was my first visit to Karachi and I am happy I booked my stay here. It’s in the center and easily accessible to all the places. This is one of the best places to stay in Karachi. Ekta and the team was very supportive and helped us in all our queries.

Vary clear, NOT A 5 STARS. HOTEL. All services, too, slow, all restaurant servers need to be trained. 5 star standards lack very common sense. In room limit towels, no face, 1 wash, 2 bath towels. Pool old rusty, heavy water, no chlorine. Sure, it is old property that needs lots to repair quick and maintenance. It stands as 3 stars.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Avari Hotel during my recent visit to Karachi, Pakistan. Despite a busy day at the reception with many check-ins and check-outs, I received a warm welcome. The manager on duty personally assisted with my check-in and even upgraded me to a business suite at no extra cost, which left me thrilled. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, though there was room for improvement

I stayed here for a couple days and enjoyed my trip. There were a couple of small hiccups along the way but the staff were quick to make things right and accommodate me and were flexible. The customer service is impeccable. I wasn’t able to use the swimming pool as there were some events on during my stay but hope that I can use it next time I come I Extend my appreciation to the staff especially Waseem Ahmed who was amazing from start to finish, I look forward to my next visit :)

I stayed in Avari Towers for two nights in business class rooms. Excellent rooms with an amazing view of city outside. Food was good specially the sky view BBQ at the top floor- 17th floor. Room service was excellent. Over all 4.5 stars.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a positive experience. The ambiance was delightful, and the service, particularly from Ghulam Nabi, was exceptional. The only suggestion I have is that it would be great if tea could be served separately, without mixing, for a more personalized touch. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

Avari provides an unrivaled experience of luxury, comfort, and hospitality, I'm a regular customer. Sadly, the stay this time wasn't very great. A special for mention for the staff member Shanil Ahmed, who eased me by making available certain welcome accessories that my room was missing and should've been available by default and he made them promptly available. Lastly, the welcome fruit never became available even as I'm checking out of the hotel right now. I hope Avari takes a notice of this and provides better services next time.

During my recent trip to Karachi for work, I revisited Avari Hotel after a year. The moment you step in, you're greeted by the impressive grandeur of the tower, setting the tone for a delightful stay. The courteous staff ensures a swift check-in, valuing your time. The rooms boast cleanliness, comfort, and stunning views, while the room service maintains high standards. Overall, Avari Hotel continues to impress with its grand ambiance, attentive service, and great room experience.

I stayed at the Avari Towers for 10 days for a work trip and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel amenities are wonderful, from the breakfast to the 10th floor lounge (which I was not given clear information about but I found it!), to the grounds (the pool is nice to look at). The staff are truly wonderful--they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and accommodated. The rooms are very clean with good light, if a bit small, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I would prefer to stay here over the PC or elsewhere because it is a more manageable and smaller size. Thank you to all the staff including my housekeeper who did a great job (room 1018) and Rashna at the front desk.

I had a fantastic experience at Avari Hotel Karachi. The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly cooperative. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety of dishes. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

I was upgraded to the executive suite. The room was still being made when I entered. Not an issue though, they had almost finished. What I don't like about hotels in Pakistan is how the staff always waits and wants a tip! Room can be more clean and I expect such a room to have an iron placed for guests. TV two small. Definitely needs an upgrade. Food quality and options good but can be improved. Hall where breakfast is served has very poor acoustics with children shouting and running around so not a pleasant experience on every occasion. Overall the value for money can be improved

Great experience regarding food, Mr. Yousha served me during the lunch buffet at Asia Live Avari Towers during my 4 days of stay. He's a humble guy with very decent and professional behavior. I wish him the very best in his future endeavors. Regards

It was my first time in Avari towers Karachi. I found the hotel and services very well. The staff is supportive and behaved very well. Especially, Ms. Shanti, from Asia Live restaurant, politely and great during my stay. She always helped during our breakfast and lunch hours. Hats off for such great service.

The ambiance and the food was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding. All the waiters were smiling and provided perfect service. The food was fresh and nicely served. Overall we had a lovely experience and will definitely come again.

I would love to first day thank you to the servers at Dynasty. Thank you to Mushroor for the amazing service that he has provided to us. Thank you for the hospitality that that have shown. Thank you for providing us with a delicious meal and a small birthday cake. The food was amazing. It's the first time that I have come after a very long time. And quality and quantity was amazing. I would definitely rate Dynasty a 9.5/10 stars. Suggestion: Add just a pinch of salt in the egg fried rice.

We had a wonderful time admiring the art, and courteous service by Muhammad Akram and excellent room service! Staff at reception were very helpful. Best hotel, beautiful paintings! 10/10 would recommend!
