This establishment (COPIED VERSION OF THE REAL RAMADA HOTEL, WHICH WE GOT TRICKED) is disgusting and shouldn’t be allowed to trade as a hotel. PLEASE do not stay here for the following reasons: -- Business suite room has dirty and worn out furniture -- Room didn't have second double bed, they had to substitute with a rundown mattress, kept itching all night -- Breakfast was hard to swallow and tasted stale, I could hear insect noises in dining room at times -- Mattress and bed was very difficult to sleep on, springs felt like knives running into your back -- Mini Bar and kitchen area in room suite was very unhygienic and foul, stale food smell that seemed to be there for ages! -- Dreadful smell of bio waste, had to use mask to counter powerful smell – The room dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them -- coat hangers have steel nails inserted into them on top the hang from bar above lol – Our bathroom smelt of raw sewage and our toilet didn’t work properly – There was no hot water, heater not operational – Oh, and I caught impetigo which for those of you that don’t know is a bacterial infection caused by poor hygiene. Terrible hotel, poor cleanliness and bad attitude, hotel staff face expressions always seen with angrily frustration as they don't enjoy the job! To some up, the suite room felt more like a funeral home facility than a hotel! I am ashamed that we stayed here and embarrassed that we blessed the owner with any of our hard earned money. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE DID! THANK YOU

Pathetic Experience!! Indeed very clean & tidy, beautifully made & well maintained hotel but what's the use if you can not satisfy your customers. Food quality = below average, Room service = not available, Indoor Car parking = not available Extremely noisy place with non-stop disturbance as if some construction was going on with ppl shouting around. Managers should give random visits to ensure calm & quiet atmosphere that customers feel comfortable rather annoyed.

The location is good, but the service and quality was less than acceptable considering the brand name and price of services charged. Some of the items included where lamps had no bulbs in them, leather sofa had patch repairs on it, toilet was not clean at time of check in, tea kettle was not working properly and the responses were slow, the tea order took 15 minutes to come at breakfast. The cable was down for sometime and net quality was sproadic. There was also the smell from the creek due to hot and humid weather but I can understand that it was not in the hotels control but some other things can be improved.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-day stay at the small hotel, which offered excellent services throughout. Despite being fully occupied, our four nights there were satisfying.

There is no debate about location is excellent. But unfortunately service of staff need owner attentions, the are not trained for customer service. The need to upgrade there level of service understanding, we was just 40 people's group for dinner, the dinner arrangement was unfilled even few of us filled there dinner 🍽 in platt. Most of us was watching 👀 for staff to refilled dinner staff. Sweet dishes was excellent experience 👌. BarBQ was even warm. Plates are warmed. Please keep your staff attentions on your business.

Ramada Creek Karachi Recently visited due an event there of Marriage Dinner. According to brand need improvement. Staff was nice and amazingly Beautiful hotel with best location. Management need to improvement. As there was guests only one lift was on the second should be on. Counter assistance need to more improvement as we ask for the place instead of them to ask how may I help you.

Horrible staff horrible smelly location. The hotel smells including every room with sewerage stink. Even if you get free accommodation don’t stay here. Reception staff has no idea what hospitality means and what customer is for a hotel. Looks like he is doing favours by accommodating you, no manners, no hospitality service, bad location and terrible rooms. Better to sleep in car then this hotel.

Dropped by briefly for a cup of coffee and cupcake. Surprisingly, both were excellent. The coffee shop was a very pleasant experience and service was personalized and efficient. The lady at the counter even gave us a free cupcake seeing how much we liked them. I'm definitely going to pay another visit and try other dessert items at the coffee shop.

Food needs a lot of improvement and the service too. Very oily food and some of the dishes had way too much salt in it. For the price of the food I was expecting a better quality food however I was disappointed. The food is way too over priced. The service of the waiters is pretty poor, majority of the time they will just roam around and and talk amongst them selves? If you ask them for a drink they will either bring it too late or they will forget about it. It's very disappointing. Stayed at the hotel for 2.5 months however I had to go outside for food because the hotel food gave me diarrhoea seriously I was surprised. In the rooms the TV signal keeps going out very frequently some days had no TV at all. Good location and very secure parking. In my opinion this hotel has got so much potential however its not run properly. Needs a good management team.

The worst experience ever. Scam and run by highly unprofessional and unethical crew!! I travel a lot and here is the rationale: 1) Had to call multiple times to be picked up from the airport and was dropped to the wrong location, 2) Incorrect room was assigned , sent to a different room, charged incorrectly and than more at the checkout. 3) knock at 3:00 AM for something which I did not order. 4) Another room change after one night. 5) Taxi service was a scam, high cost, no service and car broke down in the middle of no where and we were harassed to pay! Complete harassment and sense of HIGH insecurity. Definitely will NOT recommend anyone to stay. The previous “Good Reviews”, to be verified. I highly doubt that they are real!!!!

Location and rooms are ok but one of the worst services offered. Mostly there will be a late hours music party on roof top and it's high sound will not let you talk, sleep or even do anything. When one calls on reception to take notice, they don't bother. They do t know an inch about customer satisfaction: if you ask for an iron board at 10 pm, they will ring your door bell at 2am to deliver without checking if guest is sleeping (Obviously at 2am one is sleeping). At 06 am they will start knocking door to take back same iron again without bothering if guest is sleeping. Very disappointed on over all approach of this hotel management. Highly not recommended place for any sort of stay. *My rating is 0/10 in terms of services.* Location and rooms are good, no doubt.

A little bit expensive. Room was nice. There were no sleepers but provided on request. Provided ironing service free of cost. I think they should provide kettle along with complimentary coffee/tea in the room just like foreign hotels. Breakfast was complimentary which included a nice variety of food. Location is close to Korangi and about half hour drive to Clifton and about 40 mins from Jinnah International Airport. Overall pleasant experience.

We stayed 7 days location is nice. Hotel is modern and super clean. Front desk guys charged 3% extra on credit card charge doesn’t make any sense. They Gave us one key for the room even though We booked for 2 people. No eye contact and No thank you. Food was excellent, cleaning Service was good and chef and waitresses Were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a good place and out of the crowded areas. You will get a good breakfast but for dinner and lunch if you are staying in the hotel you will hardly find a good thing to eat. Second, the staff at the welcome counter isn't trained enough and you will face many mismanagements. The second time when I visited the hotel the wifi for 2 days wasn't working and the staff was communicating at the wrong time and said it will work soon. Hope the management will improve things soon.

No slippers in room. No mobile charging. Very very slow room service. Complimentary breakfast is average. Pickup service makes you wait 20 mins to 30 mins since they also have to pick other people coming. Not recommended

This was my third time staying at Ramada Creek Karachi. The first time wasn't bad. The second time was unsatisfactory. This time, it was just terrible. The rooms on the executive floor are so basic and not even cleaned properly. No one picks up any extension. I kept calling laundry, in room dining and housekeeping and would eventually have to call the reception to get the services I needed. Even they would pick up after at least 6 calls. The food quality that they had back in April had deteriorated terribly. Room service takes hours to come and if you complain, they will ALWAYS say "we came to deliver but you didn't open up the door." Always. And when you ask the person who finally delivers the food, he says no I never came before. Dirty utensils with hair in them is another issue. I asked them to change my sheets and they said they will charge me. I asked for water and they said it will be charged even though nowhere in the world is water charged. The buffet breakfast was fine but then the whole buffet area has no one to attend to guests. Every day that I have stayed here, I have knocked on the kitchen door and asked someone to assist. They don't turn on the air conditioning in the buffet area unless you beg them. When I complained, Mr. Nabeel at the reception did try to make an effort to make things better but even then, they remained the same. And I was checking out the next day so it really didn't matter. The staff is clueless about food billing procedures. Some say we can only sign for it. Others says we can only pay for it. Confused the hell out of me. I asked for hot water and lemon and twice they brought hot water in a kettle and some lemons but no cup. When I asked for one, the person was surprised both times, asking if I actually need a cup. No. I'm gonna take the kettle and drink boiling water from it. Overall experience was terrible. I have a company account here which I will be withdrawing as soon as I reach Lahore. Not recommended one bit.

So this hotel has seriously dropped the ball. We rented multiple rooms with them and it was a disaster the rooms were very dirty, one of the rooms had an insect infestation. At least half a dozen cockroaches were visible, one can only imagine how many were hidden. The locks are faulty on quite a few rooms apparently it is explained as a battery issue but apparently it's not just that (was told by a friend they had this issue on a another room as well). The list goes on, the management needs to really get it's act together. I would suggest that you stay from this place in the near future and wait for some positive reviews to stay coming in. (The 4.2 rating I think is based on when the hotel was not a cesspool of issues). One positive point is that front desk staff are very helpful but that's about it.

I have been to many Ramada before and this one is the least impressive among all others. The food was not good, the service was slow, the staff was not as well mannered as other Ramada, the ambience of the party room was not more than a 2 star hotel.

I supposed to use Ramada services in New York Albany area was good experience but here in Karachi if you go inside no lightings very dark the sitting area sofas are worst quality took rates for a function very high rates with limited food items. They have to overhaul full interior if they need my expertise I may help them to come out from the normal crowed in Karachi hoteling the name is big but no services.it looks to me only 1 star hotel.

I'm sure some parts and others would have good experience. I'm the unlucky one We came for an offer as informed by the telephone operator. Inside the hotel the offers were denied and they charged. We discussed the issue. The manager himself was professional, It wasn't his fault either. I'm giving it low review. If they refund, I'll up the review. We have discussed that telephone operators must have full knowledge of the products and their prices. I hope they improve in this competitive environment.

Rooms are specious but with lack of sleepers. I expected at least some fruit, nuts or cookies as a compliment in the room but nothing. Another thing is pillows are simple cotton not comfortable. I was given opportunity to a bit early check in which was appreciated but unable to sleep because of table and chair dragging noises on the top of me. First I thought it's coming from a room above me but when I called the reception I learn that it's a restaurant on which was not told me during the check in. Isn't it client's right to know such important information? Even reception didn't apologize and didn't offer to check availabiliy. I felt I was ambushed. I asked to change this room but reception was not helpful at all. I'm just living in an uncomfortable way in the room with full discomfort, imagine. If you build a restaurant on the top of a room at least do isolation as well, right? Later I learned (reception didn't provide this information during the check in) that there is a gym only, no sauna, no steam room, no swimming pool. I am totally disappointed. Anyway I went to gym located next to massage, some equipment are not working, no wifi coverage in the gym area and tv was not working too, no towel, no disposable glass for drinking water from dispenser and no disinfectant. Are we in Ramada really? Conditions are very poor. Later, I wanted to have a tea in the room but the kettle in the room was dirty. Size of tv is as small as a computer screen too bad. I will see breakfast and comment tomorrow if I can sleep with these noises.

Visited this place for a conference. Very nicely built. Food was okay, the environment was good. Bathroom on one of the conference room floor was having sensor issues. The light keeps flickering off even when people were inside. Made me go into panic mode. There was no staff nearby to complain either on that floor. Had eerie vibe so went beck to the conference. The lunch in the dining hall was good. Definitely dissapointed they didn't offer any local fizzy drinks (e.g: pakola/ cola next etc etc) those who are boycotting the products could not have drink options.

Have attended a conference. The conference room and food were nice. Can't stand with usual stinky smell of Korangi Creek and that makes everything dull. To be honest cannot recommend guests to stay there would never be a nice impression. Wish authorities could do something about this polluted environment.

I have had a very good stay here at Ramada Creek hotel, the staff is very caring and available, a special mention to Yasmeen for housekeeping, Cheryl and Khadija for breakfast and restaurant service, who have taken extra care to make our stay very comfortable and easygoing. The rooms and hotel facilites are clean and well maintained, the meal options are very diverse and filling. Overall and as a frequent traveller I have very much appreciated my stay here.

Terrible service, rooms smell like a smoking lounge of an airport. Sheets on bed are dirty, no sense of decency from the staff. Stale food, no swimming pool, sauna or steam room. The spa girl hinted that she provided escort services as well. Please do not spend a rupee here.

Booked Ramada Karachi Creek for my friend who was visiting Karachi, Pakistan in December. The location of the hotel is great in DHA phase 8 close to many restaurants and not too far from the sea view beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, they need to maintain the bathrooms and provide quality toiletries. Overall it was a nice stay. Thank you.

Newly built, good service and under utilized facility. If you don't get rooms anywhere in KHI, try this one. Only issue is it's locality, not close to main business area of KHI. However, good for people having business in DHA or visiting Clifton beach.

I had to wait 2 hours to checkin because they didn’t have any room ready. Even though I booked nonsmoking room they had no nonsmoking room because all of them smell and when I asked why it’s taking so long to checkin their answer was that the room we have available is not up to your liking. All I wanted was a room that doesn’t smell. After 2 hours when they did give me room it was very dirty. There were someone’s hair all over the chair. Their windows were very dirty it looked like they never cleaned them. Very unprofessional service. I will never suggest anyone to book this hotel.

Painfully slow service at the coffee shop. I ordered roasted cheese sandwich with tea. The sandwich arrived 45 minutes AFTER tea was served --- after several reminders and finally showing my displeasure. There was no one to attend ! My advice: ask them how much time it would take them to serve you. Then tell them if order arrives AFTER that time, you are not paying. Do record the time of your order.

Ramada Creek is placed at a very good location. But service levels are really very disappointing: Room services are so poorly trained. Lowest level of customer relationship and customer management. Roof top is mostly nosiy with music even in late hours so you cant sleep untill music parties are over. Worst hotel to stay for 20k per night, Non hygiene conditions.. Dirty furniture with loys of dust.. Cheap quality beds.. In room the cutlery is not washed.. Towels with phone numbers on it.. Mosquitoes and strange insects in the room. Key cards will not work to enable electricity and you have to eat in the dark while the electrician fixes it.. I have stayed at ramada in other countries, definitely know what the quality of service, rooms they offer.. but at ramada creek karachi you'll be disappointed in will departments. i mean you can live in extremely luxurious hotels at this price but at ramada you will pay the price for luxury and will get to live in some cheap 2-3 star hotels. Just look at the attached pictures and see does this place deserve to be charged 20k per night by any angle? Entering the room i found that lots of dust around i said ok it's just little dust the i remove the curtain to see the city view and there was more dust in the window and some tree branch was there to spoil the city view, then i saw the bed which was almost expired, i had no idea that worst is yet to come.. I decided to make tea and found that the spoon wasn't washed properly and it had the tea stains when someone made the tea last time, i mean pathetic.. Then I went to the toilet to see what surprise was waiting there and guess what i saw a katta phatta towel with a phone number written on the towel with a red bold marker.. i mean seriously, is this some cheap hotel near the railway station? in which ramada you would expect that?? but this wasn't the worst, i decided yo get of the hotel to see the city and and just come here in night to sleep, while coming back i brought the food to eat but after entering the room when i inserted my key card it didn't turned to room electricity on, i thought i have did wrong tried inserting the card other ways but nothing worked, called the reception they sent electrician, after wasting few minutes when i asked him my food is getting cold he said i am turning on your room electricity directly i will visit you after 30 mins to fix it so u can eat the food. I was in middle of my dinner and he came back and i had to let him fix and eat the dinner in dark... Next morning, i left the hotel with so much disappointment and took auth to never stay in ramada anywhere in the world..

This is hotel was good and clean. The customer service of Yasmeen who cleaned our room was exceptional. Cheryl, Sunny, and Abdollah provided great service in the restaurant, as well as those in the lobby. There were a few things we didn't like. Smoking is permitted in the coffee shop. So we generally avoided it. Only one key is given per room. This can be very inconvenient if you and your spouse go to different appointments. And only tea kettles are provided on the executive level rooms. This was not helpful to one of our colleagues travelling with us. As one who travels frequently, I rarely have these kind of issues in nicer hotels. But overall, the hotel is good since it is clean with great customer service.

Location is great if you want to stay in defence. Room size is good. However, the washroom does not have an exhaust and so it feels stuffy. The reception staff has a rude and dismissive attitude. The only pleasant person I met was from housekeeping; Yasmin who was looking after the 5th floor - wonderful lady, very quick and efficient at her job! Breakfast had good variety. The desi section stood out in terms of taste. I stayed for 5 days and there was something new in the desi section every day and most items tasted great. Fresh paratha, naan, puri, etc. made the experience better. However, service at breakfast was painfully slow even when there were only a few guests and the waitresses were snobby. The chef making omelettes/parathas etc was the only friendly person in the breakfast area and also quick at making your order. An average experience overall. Most of the staff needs a major attitude change and hospitality training.

Hotel was good for our 6 day stay. Breakfast selection was decent with a buffet, as well as an egg and waffle station. Front desk staff was very accomodating. Any issues that arised, were handled quickly. Our room cleaning lady Yasmeen did an excellent job cleaning our room and keeping it tidy, a big appreciation to her. Cheryl at breakfast was very sweet and made sure all our needs were met for food service. Overall pleased with the hotel!

I wanted to leave a review for the housekeeping staff highlighting particularly Yasmin who covered my stay on the 5th floor (Tuesday to Saturday). Yasmin ensured that my room was cleaned as I had wished, She did it with a smile and kindness. And she left a beautiful ned spread design every day. Thank you

The place was better than my expectations and me and my family had a blast. Thank you for cheryl who looked after us at breakfast time. The service was perfect when meeting my needs. A worker called sunil was a excellent pearson to meet and to spend time with. He was nice and hardworking and for his efforts of determination when facing new challenges I sincerely request for him to get a raise. Again I appreciate the effort that everyone put in for this amazing experience. From adam & haroon.
