Great place for parties & birthday celebration. We attended a birthday party in this hotel & it's ambiance is amazing. They organized buffet system for food. Food taste is good. Parking is easily available.

Let's put in the good points first, 1- Generally clean and tidy place with spacious rooms. 2- Water available, bathrooms have a bathtub. 3- Lots of space to put in your clothes. 4- Breakfast buffet Things needing improvement, 1- Exceptionally bad food, do not order. 2- No hot waters in the taps during winters. 3- No complimentary water bottle as served in many similar places. 4- AC central but thermostat in the room does not work, or maybe this was only in the room I stayed. 5- Breakfast buffet could be improved. Bread should be served as well alongside parathas. 6- No tissue papers in the entire facility.

Everything that you wish a 3 star hotel (according to Medical dept. at the Karachi airport) could offer, nothing found. Bed bugs, no clean sheets, quilt was wet and smelly, very unhygenic room (although we were in executive), they received COVID positive pessengers from the airport, no such care they take while handling her, she was wandering around at reception, very poor attendance by a day lady receptionist, too noisy due to Shahra e Faisal road, staff does not wear masks, poor connection of wifi internet- it kept on disconnected - maybe they have set timed out sessions, this place would infact give COVID to its guests. Avoid incase Airport Medical staff takes you there to quanratine, avoid it BIG TIME, anways you have to pay for quarantine, so pay at better hotel like Ramada or PC. Its a matter of health, safety and security.

We booked an event and they ruined it in every possible way they can,it was the worst ever experience will never recommend it to anyone. Talking about the management it was disappointing,nothing was organised everything that was made clear and was promised to happen was not presented at the very last moment even after reminding several time,the tables was not cleaned was not wrapped up with the table cloth(minimal amenities were not given),the bridal room AC doesn’t worked,stage was not the way we talked about and we couldn’t make any new changes as they don’t have any other better option and we were given the worst even after promised by the management and manager for the sofa and stage, they didn’t even have proper cutleries for serving for vip table no bowls no spoons no straws or glass were given at the time and the one which were given as in the poorest condition. Talking about staff they are really ill mannered,doesn’t know how to talk are very slow,the serving was done slowest they assigned just few waiters and they still doesn’t know their job,the food was stolen tray after trays.They gave us the worst service and made us ashamed infront of our guests.
