It has been a wonderful experience with Embassy Inn. I highly commend their services. I love the ambiance and the room has all the facilities for a comfortable stay in Karachi.

Cooling system was faulty, Complimentary breakfast was almost cold, Room were cleaned and well maintained. Card based lock system was too annoying, needed multiple attempts to unlock the doors. WiFi was very much slow. Pick and drop services were too expensive. Raoom rates were reasonable. Overall good experience staying in Embassy Inn.

Very easy approach and ideal location. Nice clean rooms. Good courteous staff. Buffet breakfast is complementary in room rent.

A pretty good bang for your buck. Rooms are spacious and the staff is polite and always at your disposal to help. Rooms have air conditioning and pretty good Wi-Fi. And the beds...OH, the beds! Marvelously comfortable, I have always slept like a baby, here. During my stay they had an issue with the AC in some rooms (and mine was involved), but they moved me to another room without any issue. A guy from the staff helped me move my luggage. They have rooms for both smokers and non-smokers. The hotel restaurant is also good, although I wish i had more occasions to try it.

Horrible place for wedding and other events. Their air conditioning is almost always out of order. Just went to a wedding ceremony and it was like only one AC was working. Located at one of the most prime locations, but service and ambience is horrible. It is so dull lit inside, it gives a haunted look. They should sell this business instead. Never recommending this to anyone.

I have visited a lot of places around the world. Traveling is fun to me and its very interesting to me. Looking to learn more history about countries with their cultures trying new things around their culture their past because if you wanna look at the future of somthing look at the past.

My 4th visit to this hotel, each & every was good enough that I had rate 5 stars here but this time the female receptionist/ manager reacted very rudely. I had already paid for the room rent in advance through easy paisa, just because of the problem with easy paisa receipts that show differential amount on Reciept & transferred amount (usually there is 15-20 Rupees difference). She had a very rude attitude & was quite inhospitable. Never would like to revisit this hotel again!

I called embassy inn hotel to book a 4 day reservation. Had a discussion with Ms Shabahat and she seemed to be a nice lady. She told me that one day charges will be Rs13500(including tax) where a matrise and hotel drop off would be complementary. She also said it is their policy that they don't give rooms to locals(Pakistanis) to which I informed her that I also had Qatari RP. She said OK and everything seemed fine. After 1 hour when I reached with my family to have a look at the room (as I was passing by the hotel) and book a reservation as discussed with Ms Shabahat earlier. A guy at the counter asked me about my required stay and gave me the estimation of Rs16500(including tax) per day and excluding free airport dropoff. At this, I told him that I had a discussion with Ms Shabahat and she told Me that the matris and hotel drop-off would be complimentary. His attitude became rude and said "ye app khudi Ms Shabahat se baat kerlein". I was surprised by this reply to which I said k "bhai ap unko call kerke puchlo k unho ne ye estimation dia hai aur q dia hai, meri to baat huwi hai jabi mein Aya hun".. The another guy stepped in rudely (who seemed to be a manager) and said "19 saal se ye hotel chalraha hai aur possible nai k aise rates die hon" and asked the guy at reception counter to give ptcl number of Ms Shabahat to us.. I was so annoyed by their behaviour and I said "apna hotel apne pass rakhein I don't want to spend a single penny here" and left. The hotel was empty and it was giving a wibe of bhoot Bangla. My advise is to please visit personally before booking(paying) online.

02Dec2021: Visited for the first time for reservation of rooms for some foreign guests. The hotel is ideally located on main Sharea Faisal between CDC House and Shell Petrol Pump. The rooms are clean and tidy and they have good view of the Sharea Faisal traffic. Upper floors will have better view. The staff is also cordial and welcoming. The rates are average according to the infrastructure. BB Health Tours, Karachi

Rooms and services are excellent staff are so cooperative . Food quality in some dishes good overall rating so so. Breakfast quality is good but not much options available. In lunch and dinner no buffet facilities only order and its expensive in order. One person serving with high prices. Only pickup facility from airport. No drop

Admirable hospitality and service... I stayed 2 days here and spent very good time here... Their services are very impressive... special thing is that they give pickup from Air port complimentary.... upon arrival they offer some snacks, drinking water, green tea, coffee etc in complimentary... dinner is offered during 7pm to late night.. In addition, you would have alot of options to order here like fast food, desi food, appetizers, shakes juices etc... Let's talk about breakfast! Breakfast was offered with too many number of items... by summarising, Breakfast was available in both Pakistani and American taste... Rest room was equipped with basic facilities, free wifi, Led tv, AC, Qibla direction etc.. I left the restaurant with a note of thanks..

The hotel staff is very good.Breakfast was also reasonably good. The rooms are old fashioned but even then comfortable. Front desk staff is very helpful. Security guards are very vigilant and while you’re on the main door stay alert. Parking is although on the main street but it is always easily available as hotel has a dedicated parking space. Location of the hotel is excellent as it is in the center of the city and the Shell gas station adjacent to the property has almost everything available. I would definitely like to stay at this property again.

Nice experience. it's a 2 - or 3-star hotel, rooms are well furnished with the complimentary tea and water arrangement. Food is good. So overall its a good experience.

Stayed in room 808 for 2 nights and the verdict is as follows: 1. Cleanliness=10/10 2. Neatness&faciliies in room =10/10 3. Washroom = 10/10 4. Furniture quality= 10/10 5. Ample power sockets in room 6. Complimentary tea, coffee with electric kettle 7. Clean bathroom slippers (flip flops) 8. Split air-conditioning unit 9. Excellent WiFi connectivity 10. Complimentary breakfast had all Pakistan foods and very clean 11. Staff is cordial and helpful 12. Dinner items was ala carte and it was excellent quality On the whole it was best value for money. Would strongly recommend to anyone coming to KHI on business or along with family. Lovely place.

Location is perfect. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Good value for money. The only downside is not-so-good breakfast.

I had a positive experience at Embassy Inn Karachi from 24th January 2024 to 1st February 2024. The clean and comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and convenient amenities made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to others, but suggest they consider improving the food quality and offering more personalized breakfast options.

I booked a "Deluxe King" Room, checked in at around 6:45 today evening, in a room that was smelly, stuffy and after an hour of wait didn't get cool enough to stop me from sweating. On complaining technicians came and kept fixing something for 30 minutes and supposedly fixed it but not much improved, in the most expensive category of the rooms, I haven't found even a pen to write down the suggestion / feedback form. The net is too slow to download my 10 odd emails in 30 minutes, when complained, answer was پیچھے سے پرابلم ہے The staff, I tried to complain, instead of listening to me asked me to write down on feedback form. At 0930, I called the duty manager, who offered me to change the room, and guess what, I am being offered a lower category of room as replacement. Never coming back.

Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was very average. Internet was also very average, mostly not working. Best things was that Hotel was strictly following Covid SOPs. Overall, expensive considering other equivalent options yet a nice place to stay.

Stayed in delux room for three days. Overall satisfied with my experience. They offer complimentary breakfast buffet and also pick up ride from airport. Room was spacious and had every necessary amenities.

This is my second stay at Embassy Inn hotel as our company is bound in a corporate deal with the mentioned hotel. So far, I have observed that this is an average hotel with no extra privilege and in my personal opinion, this is not worthy and this is not for you, if you have desire of value for money. Front desk team doesn't have enough manners to greet customers and kept asking irrelevant questions in odd way. Not recommended at all, if you go personally.

It was really bad experience, as i was from a corporate. They don't have manners to talk to their guests. They have some annoying meaningless policies, like food panda rider cannot enter the premises, even if it's a paid order they will not deliver to office. Breakfast quality is below average. As much they are charging for one night its not value for money. Not recommended

Room was nice, clean with all the facilities which I needed for my stay like Air-conditioning, WiFi and the good thing was that power cuts are regular in Pakistan so I wasn't affected by that as the hotel had a backup. During powercut,1min roughly delay happens until backup starts. Toilet was clean,shower was clean , housekeeping comes every day.

Excellent experience. Mid range hotel in the middle of the city - equidistant from DHA, and Tariq road. Close to Avary towers as well. So great for visitors who want to be centrally located. Very good services considering its a mid range hotel... Also very good for safety and security. On the main shahrah e faisal road. Definately much easier in and out than Marriot, Karachi which was a nightmare to get in and out of

My experience at this hotel was marred by poor customer service. When I checked in, the Manager Sabahat Mehmood’s behavior was pathetic. She was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. It took a long time to get any assistance, and she seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. The lack of professionalism really detracted from my stay, and I hope they can train their staff better.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance. The bathroom had mold in the corners, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Additionally, some of the fixtures in the room were broken, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. I hope they can address these issues to improve the guest experience..

I was disappointed with the hygiene standards and breakfast quality at this hotel. The breakfast area felt unclean, and the food options were limited and unappetizing. I expected better considering the price I paid for my stay. I hope they can improve their breakfast offerings and maintain better cleanliness in common areas
