Rude staff. Does not provide even a water bottle without payment, as at least one water bottle should be complementary for arriving guests. Asks money first prior to give any requested items. Below average breakfast. Will provide only on soap for bath and hand wash. Room neatness is also average. Advised only, if you don't have any alternate option.

Not good in any aspect. The family room was attached to another room from where cigarette smoke was coming throughout the stay to a room with kids. Even after complaining nothing changed. They quoted us an extra price but didn't return the extra amount even after 2-3 months. They see the msg but don't respond. Paid extra for mattress but didn't get that too. I don't understand how this hotel is allowed to function after services like this seriously.

Nor recommend Bedding is super hard. Washrooms without the advertised amenities. No hot water in shower. No complimentary water bottles in the rooms. They ask for additional charges for airport shuttle contrary to what their website says. Totally not transparent

My family and I booked a VIP Suite and we loved it. However, the only thing that we didn't like were the leaking Air Conditioner in the second connected room that we had, and there weren't hot showers in both of the rooms in the VIP Suite. The breakfast was great! Though, if they fixed the leaking AC and if Hot Water came out of the showers, I'd give it 5 stars and visit it again on my next trip.

An amazing experience staying in the Hotel Galaxy. I have lived in many resorts before, but this hotel has something that appeals to everyone's preference. I must say, it is a top notch hotel of Karachi. I had a 4 day & night stay at your hotel. The best thing was that all staff members were super friendly and highly trained.

A small hotel situated on main Shahra e Faisal Karachi near Baluch Colony bridge. The entrance is not so prominent. Lobby is just average. Went for a meeting there Ordered some Sandwiches with tea. Though sandwiches were good, tea was so pathetic and disappointing. They need to pay attention to their food quality. No car parking is available as you have to find a spot on the service road and park your car at your own risk.

I wonder how can this hotel claim its self a 3 star. Very disappointed. Bad services discourteous staff. No laundry services bad tea. No hangers in wardrobe, no bathroom kit in wash room. An empty room fridge. Horrible services nice looking hotel. No recommended for frequent travellers like me. Yes can be a assumed a nice place if all the hotels in Karachi are closed and it’s the only available place.

Galaxy Hotel is located at shahra e Faisal Karachi near Baloch colony pull while you are coming to nursary from paf fly over. This is a three star hotel, formerly Days Inn Karachi, now it's changed the name to galaxy hotel. Equiped all the necessary things Wich requires all needed for a three star hotel.

Rooms are neat and clean, reception staff is cooperative. Rates are market competitive.

I stay only one night and Face Water problem their pipeline was leaked, and it tooks more than 9 hours to resolve the issue,,,. Pathetic,, you can imagine the my situation... How i spend that time without water,, no shower nothing to do

We were there for official training, therefore, access at limited facilities was allowed to us. Place is located on Main Shahra e Faisal, environment was comfortable and dedicated waiter Mr. Ilyas provided A-1 services to us and arranged every tea and meal well on time, fresh and well-managed.

Overall good place to stay. No proper parking area allotted.

I visited this after a year and was shocked to see that overall situation has deteriorated. The room was not clean, towel was soaked, there was no water bottle, no toothpaste and brush which were part of the package till last year. The breakfast has also suffered the same fate. 2/5

30Nov2021: Though ideally located on main Sharea Faisal along Baloch Colony flyover bridge but the Management has done little to make it a recognized brand. The rooms are ordinary, the gym is though reasonable. There is no swimming pool. The staff is very lethargic and not interested in hospitality and customer service. If they want they can earn good money by improving staff that is proactive.

A sub standard hotel in all respects. Just because they are on main shahra Faisal, doesnt mean they can continue with filthy fixtures, worst breakfast, ill trained staff and no hot water even in winters. I was there last week and it was utterly disappointing. This place is definitely a no go.

Stayed at an ‘executive suite’ that cost 15k (17.5k with mattress.) The room was decent sized, although nowhere as big as you’d imagine a ‘suite’ to be. Fairly clean nevertheless. House keeping is poor so bring your own tissue paper boxes and stuff. Breakfast was really awful. Fair choice if you do not want to spend too much on accommodation and are still looking to stay at a somewhat decent place. Recommend.

Ii have a bad experience their as room AC is properly working despite of he'll whether outside. They do misscommitment about the room charges and services.

One of the worst hotel in my life I stayed. Room is very dusty bathroom very small old furniture, staff behaviour non cooperative. I never recommend this hotel even complimentary.
