06Dec2021: Visited for the first time for reservation of rooms for some foreign guests. The rooms are clean and tidy. Though furnishing is old and budget style. However the Duty Manager Mr Riaz was quite ill-mannered and inappropriate who was hell bent at objecting to any views. In his presence Not recommended. Though the Guesthouse is ideally located on main road in Bath Island which is clear and secure.

Room service is superb. Ambiance is good. Breakfast is also good (Paratha, Omelette, Jam, Butter, Tea). Mineral water also available on paid. Meals and Juices were ordered through food panda. Intercom, clean room, bed sheets, pillows are neat and clean. Room Air conditioner was chilled. Balcony was outside the room. Yasir is nice, kind person and too much cooperative. Very peaceful atmosphere. No disturbance. I liked it.

I have no words to explain the comfort I get in Hotel seven, it's like a home while being away from your home, each and every single thing is so organised and the staff is so good co-operative. Very beautiful place very secure very comfortable. Their Manager Mr.Ayaz is a great person with high dignity very helpful to his guests. If I could give 7 stars to this place I will, I travel alone with my small daughter from Dubai and lived at this Hotel very comfortable and secure and have wish to be there only again whenever I plan for Karachi

I took executive room on the top floor. I like to sit outside under an open sky. They have provided plastic coffee table and chairs. Furniture in the open area should be improved. The manager has agreed to place some plants in the roof top. Excellent service, whatever you ask for, is provided immediately. Excellent location, around the corner from teen talwar. I highly recommend this place.

Room was little bit dusty. Washroom lacks exhaust fan. Transparent glass window. Photos and size of rooms different than what is there!

Very humble and cooperative staff... Clean rooms and great services! I was staying at Clifton Guest House (disappointing place to stay at) and checked in here after staying a night. Great atmosphere, totally family oriented with a good choice of paintings. One of the best places for staying in Karachi.

A nice maintained guest house offering moderately decorated and facilitated air-conditioned clean rooms with room service, rooms are usually offered on Bed & Breakfast basis. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, pre booking is available, for an average budget recommend to stay.

Bad odor in hotel, bad service , cheap and 3rd class talking behavior. They turn off their main switches of AC after 2pm to 5pm. Owner is such an idiot. Not recommended ..
