I highly recommend staying at orchards cottage hotel. I got upgraded themed room at normal price and honestly that iftar dinner was delicious. The staff was very nice and professional, especially Arbab sab.

It is misleading to call it a hotel and in top of it claiming it to be a 3 star hotel. There is no sign outside of any sort. They don't accept credit or debit card, even online bank transfer is not acceptable to them. They expect you to pay for duration of your stay in hard cash. In this day and age, one can pay for a coffee by card and to have to pay in cash for your accomodation is unheard of. I was harrased twice a day for payment in cash only. I informed them that I have travelled extensively around the world and have visited every city in Pakistan several times. In hotels and guest houses of all sorts. Never have I experienced such a policy. I told the staff at reception that they should get authorisation on my debit card and charge the card on checkout date. Today when I returned to my room in this nameless building. The electricity and the air condition was switched off from the fuse box. I was made to pay in cash before they switched the lights on and took time to switch on the A/C. This is totally unacceptable behaviour. There are too many questions here. Why there is no sign board outside. This is not a hotel but a small guest house in a back street. How can you call it a 3 star hotel. Why the establishment refuses to accept payment by card or by bank transfer. Why do they demand cash. I have never written a negative review but this had been the worst experience of life.

The most awesome stay I have very had in a guesthouse in Karachi. The staff is very friendly, humble and proactive. The manager Farhan is a very nice guy n a good manager too, keeping an eye on all the needs and requirements of every guest. The services r provided very quick and fast. The place offered a complimentary high tea for all in house guests and during my one week stay the house provided complimentary free bees , food, cakes etc for a number of times. The house serves breakfast with a variety of food. Desi, continental, Chinese, English etc. Kitchen services are available 24/7 for tea and snacks. Lunch and dinner is normally ordered from outside. Now coming to the rooms. The ambience is really nice, comfy beds and room furniture. Every room is equipped with a dedicated iron table and iron, hair dryer in the washroom, a safe box, an electric ketle and tea making items. Mini bar, tv , writing table and alot more. The room service is awesome. Dresses the room every day. Fresh toiletries every day. Change towels and cleaning every day. Overall the cleaning is awesomely maintained and managed. The lobby is nice and comfy. A lil less points for laptop charging but is not crowded and one can easily get a nice sitting place close to a charging port, but the house can increase the ports close to every chair for improvement. Pricing , it's a bit expensive compared to other guesthouses in Karachi but if u consider the cleanliness, facilities and services they provide , they are far much better than Movenpick in Karachi , if not PC. By the way I saw cockroachs in Movenpick washrooms. I will highly recommend this place over Movenpick and PC in Karachi especially considering half the price that PC or Movenpick charge with better services than them. They can improve by working on their pricing a lil as this is still a guesthouse and not a 5 star hotel and in the guesthouse category the pricing is high. I am super awesomely satisfied with my stay in this place and will highly recommend it to everyone who can compromise a lil on the pricing.

We had another excellent stay at Orchards. This time we stayed longer but still enjoyed the same hospitality as last time. This will definitely be our go to place for lodging every time we are in Karachi.

This hotel is a very pleasant discovery. All rooms have working AC and big window facing the outside, something very uncommon in Pakistan. It is very clean, very well kept, good bed linen, hot shower and very professional staff, well led by its team leader Faysal. The premises are very new and well kept, all equipment in the rooms is of good quality and it is very quiet. Most of all, it is great value for money, as it is very rare to find a hotel of this quality at such reasonable price. It is fantastically located just 5 minutes from Dolmen Mall and from many very good restaurants in the nearby streets.

I stayed here for 2 nights in this guest house. The receptionist and everyone was very friendliness and welcoming and the room it self was comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was amazing and they served us delicious pakistani breakfast. Best stay we had in pakistan

This is my first time coming to Pakistan, and man not gonna lie they set the bar really high. The hospitality was something. Would love to come again felt like home and maybe even better.

Had a wonderful experience staying at Orchards Cottage. The entire crew was very friendly and helpful. Mustafa bhai, Arbab (from the front desk), Kunaal and Aisha (provided best breakfast services) they all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a safe and friendly Neiborhood, near malls, Masjids and restaurants. I have stayed in many 5 start hotels during my Pakistan trip in 2022 but enjoyed Orchard Cottage the most because of their great service. It felt like home. <3

Would explain each thing briefly. • Area/ surrounding is good and safe • They recieve you like a family from door to reception to room. • Fully secured with guards/ camera and 24/7 alert staff • Offer you juice/ coffe/ tea without any charge when first interact • Beautiful reception, every floor has kitchen, freshly smelled rooms, washrooms, outdoor and indoor seating area, balcony every thing is beautifully designed. • Good variety in Breakfast buffet with their own unique recipes, Dinner menu is good too. • Wifi, parking, warm water, huge variety in toiletry. • Great , great staff with great hospitality, they ready to serve you 24/7, owner is a great person. Me and my husband met him personally. He is so down to earth. I can write a travelog on Orchard Cottages. How Beautiful I felt every time I stayed there , they made me feel like home.

Stayed here with family and it was a wonderful experience. Affordable and great location. The staff was wonderful and the owner always took a lot of personal interest and was actively involved in the running of the hotel.

This is an awesome place in Karachi. It is located in Clifton which is a safe area with several embassies and consulates. The room was spacy and clean and the public areas in the hotel are cozy and well-maintained. Also, I am amazed by how service minded the personnel was. They helped us with several travel issues - one of them being arranging an urgent Covid test. I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone that visits Karachi.

Room cleanliness and tidiness was excellent 👌. But complementary breakfast was not good. Either paratha was not available or white bread was not enough. Breakfast was prepared and provided after one hour. Cook was not competent. Location was very good, front desk Managers were very cooperative. But there was no arrangement for providing lunch or dinner from any nearby standard hotel. Hotel management should have contact with some nearby restaurant to provide lunch or dinner as required by the guest. Thanks.

Orchards cottage is amazing! I would highly recommend if you want to stay at a quiet and clean place! The staff and management are very cooperative and respectful! Location is also great and only few minutes walk to Hyperstar Dolmen mall clifton. Kudos to Mohsin, Rubab, Daniyal and Mr. Mukhtiyar sahab! You all were great and welcoming!

Worst hotel I have stayed at, was meant to stay 10 days, but left after 2 nights due to increased rates on both the hotel rooms and van with driver. This place will only take cash to avoid paying tax but will charge the tax. Manager was only willing to reduce a small amount and move us into 2 family rooms. We moved to the Four Square who charged half the price and the place was 100 percent cleaner, with fantastic honest people who run the hotel. I strongly recommend that one does not stay her but look at the Four Square in Defence 33rd Street.

Last Week stay in Orchard Guest House with family. It was amazing experience. Fully Trained and caring staff. Rooms are neat ,clean and with modern facilities. BreakFast was outclass with rich menu. Strongly recommended specially foreigners because of safe secure environment.

I had a great experience staying at Orchards Cottage. My stay for three weeks was a very pleasant and a homely atmosphere with great friendly and helpful staff .The owner of the hotel was very nice and made us feel like special guests. I am vegetarian and Mr. Kunal made sure to make vegetarian food every day and offered hot fresh paratha for breakfast every morning .The staff were seen cleaning the hotels all through out the day and was very responsive to your needs Mr. Faisal(from housekeeping )was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. He made sure we were comfortable at all time. Front desk personnel Farhan (night staff )and Arbab were always welcoming and cordial ready to respond to requests with a smile on their faces. Ayesha was very accommodating to guests and assured we were comfortable. Guards and other staff were very helpful as well and didn’t allow me to carry my shopping bags to and from the car. I would highly recommend this hotel for the great service and staff who make you feel like HOME away from home. The hotel have well trained and pleasant staff where people keep coming back again. I am thankful to all staff members who made me feel very comfortable and treated me like a family member.

everything was perfect during our 3 day short stay in karachi.The staff was very nice and extremely proffesional especially (mr.kunal, faisal and ms.Ayesha). Location of the guest house is ideal for travellers as it is located in the heart of karachi. The family suite was very nice and cozy 10/10 for cleanliness, hygiene, service and secuirity, the wifi was not working properly on the 3rd floor but everything else was perfect. Will definetely stay here next time too.
