Always go here when I’m in Karachi. Its what you expect in a Guest house. A great room and calm place to stay. Yet i haven’t gotten any complains.

I stayed here for the very first time and enjoyed the time. Mid level guest houses with old rooms and furniture but good value for money specially the service level is good. Rate share also very reasonable. Highly recommended for business and family stay.

I stayed at this guest house for three days in May 2023. The room is spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They responded fast to any inquiries. Overall, i loved and enjoyed my stay here. And I will surely stay at this guest house again whenever i visit Karachi.

I am gonna write a total honest review as this housing facility deserve it... From the moment i stepped in to the moment i stepped out... The experience was worth every penny and even more. The staff was so great at being cooperative and helping in every way. It was my first time in karachi and i d say if ever i ll have to go back again i am gonna stay with them. The room was so compact and clean. Washroom had everything that was needed. Like anything you name it and they had it. Besides the location was really easy and accessible. I genuinely have no words to describe how good my experience was with them.

Alhumdolillah stayed there for 2 nights in april 2023. Location boht achi and peaceful hy. I dont know the reason but wahn spend ki hoi 2 nights boht peaceful rhin meri. I spent 10k for that double bed room. (2 nights, Each 5k).

This is not a location that I would suggest to anyone. This place was horrible for us in every way. The staff is extremely impolite and engages in fights with the customers. Room was very dirty. The restroom was similarly unclean. There was a scent reminiscent of beds in the room. Even bottles of water are not free; you have to pay for them.

This is not a guest house that I would suggest to anyone. The receptionist is impolite and picks fights with customers over insignificant regulations. Throughout my life, I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but I've never been this dissatisfied with any of them. Since Karachi is such a large city, it is recommended that you find a good hotel instead of this. The image on the app does not correspond to the actual room at all. Room was dirty. Restroom needed some cleaning. The sheets and pillows on the bed had an unpleasant odour. Internet is very slow. In a place that calls itself a guest house but has receptionists who threaten guests, I will never book a room here again. I prefer patronising businesses where the owners do not engage in dishonest or greedy practises and instead show respect and appreciation for their customers by making an effort to provide high-quality services.

This is not a guest house I would recommend to anyone. Awful things happened to us here. The employees are combative and nasty to the consumers. There was a lot of dirt in the room. The restroom also seemed unclean. A stale mattress odour permeated the space. Water bottles are also not free.

Seaview Guest house in Clifton - 2 , Karachi , near Ziauddin Hospital , is a place for short trip visitors . Rooms are OK , location is convenient .

Seaview lodge offers 3 even 4 star lodging services at an affordable rate. Staff is always eager to help and rooms are kept in excellent condition. Only drawback is parking but that could be managed.
