Our stay in Patel Residency Guest House Karachi Pakistan was very pleasant and enjoyable, net and clean rooms and wash room, very reasonable price, easy to reach different locations, Wi-Fi was excellent, staff was very good, cooperative and friendly.

Rooms are ok but staff is courteous. The location is good as it provides easy acces to major areas of Karachi

On My experience i was impressed all of the staff within the hotel. I mostly like the cleaned rooms with the availability of WIFI and painting on a wall a beautiful garden best place for stay

The air conditioning didn't work. The sewerage line outside the hotel bursted, no proper market or restaurants around the guest house. I was embarrassed to have recommended this place to my Indonesian guest.

Staff are friendly. There is a small garden. The alley has local eateries, general stores, bakeries, and vegetable and fruit shops. There are many fine dining restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Dunkin' Donuts, Steak, etc.

I had a chance to stay for a night at Patel Residency 1,(they have one other no.2 too) as I was having an interview at Aga Khan. It was good experience with Patel's for me because it was near to my interview venue. Then the discount they provided, free welcome drink and free breakfast was one of amazing things. They provide rent a car too at reasonable price for pick n drop to Airport or any other area that a guest would want to visit. Keep it up Patel's! Hope to stay with you again n again...soon I.A
