The Good Things: Located in a clean and quiet part of DHA, very near to CPSP Karachi. Not very far from Cantt Railway Station. The property was quite and mostly comfortable. Staff behavior was helping. Internet was uninterrupted. Breakfast was OK. Daily cleaning was OK. No problem with water supply in the washroom. The Problems: No nearby grocery store. No nearby restaurant or fast food. No fruit shop in the vicinity. The nearest market was 2kms away in DHA Phase II commercial area. We tried a couple of food vendors but we're not satisfied. If you want to call a Careem or Uber for going to CPSP or commercial area, the driver is likely to cancel the ride. That was a big problem. At the property, the fixtures in the washroom were old and rusty, although functional. There were cockroaches in the washroom which were not taken care even after a complaint. The cupboards were dusty. The air conditioner was noisy.

Located in peaceful vicinity. Old structure. Reasonable prices.

I always prefer to stay here whenever I visit Karachi. Feel a comfort like home.

Nice comfortable quiet place, big, nice clean rooms, with LCDand AC, bath rooms satisfactory, indoor parking, charged me 3000 for single person, food & laundry is available, location good, market not far, korangi road is near.

Nice quiet place in DHA 2 near to main Sunset Boulevard and Korangi Road. Dining available in house. Close to Malls and shopping areas of Clifton and DHA
