Rates show up to be for a decent hotel but in reality they are way below average. No place for car parking (your car will be parked on street/road unattended. NEVER EVER PAY IN ADVANCE without actually visiting the place. Its a commercial type of building in a small street. I booked 3 rooms when traveling from Islamabad and paid in advance, eventually I lost about half the amount in the name of cancellation charges. BETTER SKIP THIS OPTION IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY WITH FAMILY !!!

Rooms are clean and big. Breakfast is complementary as described. Staff is courteous and welcoming. There is lift building which is a big plus especially to transport heavy luggage. Neighbourhood is satisfactory. Windows are thin so if you dont sleep deep, you might wake up due to traffic sounds. Bathrooms are small. Overall a good experience

They charged way too much for commuting. Tried to get money out of us every possible way they could. Breakfast was not as good as they described. Same things every day. Blamed us that we ruined their laundry. The staff was friendly untill we asked them details about charges then they started yelling and blaiming us.

We stayed 2 nights (22nd-23rd Dec) - 11 guests - 5 rooms booked - the rates were not as advertised - after charging 20,000 advance location was changed on last day to dha phase 7. The bed sheets were very dirty - the pillows and quilts were missing in 2 rooms - 3 rooms had sheets with orange stains - rooms not cleaned for 3 days. Breakfast was advertised as included but charged separately. Paid PKR 57k Advertised price and advance was for PKR30.4k. Regret staying my family at this location.

A very nice cozy and comfy place for short visits. Air conditioning was great. Our Room was spacious, and washroom was very Neat And Clean. The Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is really good, there are many shops around which are open late night. Easy to move around and lots of Uber, Careem available here. The Price is very nominal. Highly Recommended!

Very bad experience. Very pathetic management. Very immature and irresponsible staff. Before one week of check in, I booked a room and asked for availability of invoice. I was assured about that. I stayed for 3 nights (9-12 may 2022) upon demanding invoice on the last night I was told that someone "sir" is not available, he only can prepare invoice. On next day at 11 am again I had to listen the same reply. Upon insisting, I was told that "computer systems is not working, Invoice will be provided to you via whatsapp today till 5pm" Despite repeated reminders I could not receive proper invoice till this review.

In a very bad experience, I forgot some of my belongings here during stay here but despite repeated calls, my belongings were not returned. So avoid going here.

The stay at Ktown was not great. Even though the staff were well-behaved, the facilities were lacking. No warm water from the taps or shower, delays in breakfast which was very basic to start with and broken elevator. From the previous reviews it is clear that these problems have existed for a while and the management is not interested in fixing them. I had booked the place for 4 nights but checked out after 2. They canceled my booking on booking.com so I couldn't leave a review. That is why I am here to leave it.

Stayed for 15 days at this location booked a deluxe and quad room by paying advance 10 days before and at the time of check in deluxe room wasnt avaiable Stayed in budget room and agreed was 3000 per night whereas at check out payed 3300 Room service and cleanliness is really worse Breakfast complimentry is jst a formality they serve pathetic breakfast Stayed in for 15 days as per service they were supposed to give a complementry mineral water bottle every day same was done but at check out all of it was charged in my bill All in all the experience wasnt good Sadar hotels are even better than this
