Good for a Family but Not Good for Boys gathering. We stayed at night and found it very dark everywhere. You have to ask the management to Turn ON the lights for the Ground and Park. The Pool is very small. Not suitable more than 10 people. Pool water is also not so cleaned and Full of Chlorine. Indoor games have missing Sticks of Snooker. The overall experience was 5 out of 10. But I recommend it for a small group of people (not more than 15 people).

Zero maintenance, rooms are extremely dirty, washrooms are broken. At the moment they are putting no money on the property so even if they give it for FREE I cannot stay even 1 day there. Really sad to see important picnic spots being destroyed in Karachi.

A big area but everything is disconnected. Rooms are at one place, swimming pool is at another corner and playground is on opposite. Environment is good. A good place for parties and events but not for farmhouse lovers.

Travelled almost 30 kilometers to attend my neice's daughter birthday at this farmhouse, it cover very big piece of land, rooms were bit old but maintained, water in swiming pool was highly chlorinated and very dirty in bigger pool, boating lake was almost empty and it appeared not cleaned for decades, small cricket ground was ok for small teams, snooker tables and indoor games were poorly mantained, Long story short, this resort need a good care, since i have not visited other resort so this is my personal opinion which you may disagree, but a good place for short family gathering.

It like old place which required proper maintenance, it could be very good and peaceful place to families for picnic. Rooms, swimming pools, tracks ...everything was in bad shape and dusty. I would not recommend it for family until it is be renovated.

Nice place for night stay with family or freinds. swimming pool are separate and common pool is very big.

A very big place having different farm houses inside. We booked Azam Farm house. This farm house was very neat n clean with 2 bedrooms in ground and 3 bedroom in 1st floor. Pool water very clean with 02 Nos Slides. Separate pool for children. Indoor game available. Cricket ground but small available.

السلام و علیکم. Yes it's One good Recreation Spot to be Visited. But Apparently... We were there...Long ago..when it was brand-new......so Wonderful... You could not regretted... Some How...its Acceptable... Yet... But not in it's Original... Impeccable as t was...... Very Few...Picnickers could be found.... الحمدالله ....الله كريم جزاك الله خير

A near and reasonable farm house with lots of activities waiting for the kids and adults. Proper cricket ground, lake for boating, horse riding, airguns, table tennis, football game, carom and mini zoo are the attractions. We enjoyed and clicked some beautiful pictures.

One of the nicest farm house in Karachi. Good security Best place to spend night with family or friends. Indoor and outdoor sports facilities for kids and adults are available. Overall I have good experience at countryside Chalet resort.

The indoor game setup could use an upgrade but overall great value and very cooperative staff. Would advise everyone to give it a try.

Although it's not too far from a picnic place, it needs too much improvement like cleanliness, renovation and availability of all sports. They have huge land but not as such not maintained.

Very clean and well mentained. The facilities are also great and up to date.

It was a very bad experience There was no water in the washroom no horse riding all indoor games were full of dust The animals were dying due to lack of food and water All animals are single no pairs they are in worse condition they have a very big place but no maintenance broken bicycle waste of money

Pathetic place, acs not working, toilets dirty, flush not working, third class furniture, dirty sheets. Waste of time and money.

Easy to reach, rooms are good, staff are good to provide services. So many facilities in farm house. Everyone enjoyed the from children to old. I suggest if you do a shade at indoor cricket area.

Pool was not good water was very dirty and high chemical was in the pool not clean water. Other wise farm was nice and in good condition
