very poor experience everything was broken in farmhouse. there were no stairs nd shades in pool. no proper lights dirty rooms dirty washrooms slide was also broken. worst experience ever ghatiya tareen service wastage of money. i booked this farm for 24 hours nd returnd in 8 hours. no maintenance no safety in farmhouse. not a suitable place for family.

Had a amazing trip. I am going to different farm houses since my childhood but finally this resort was amazing. I never write reviews but this resort is highly highly recommended with family. Neat and clean nicely decorated.Activities for children’s and adults.security was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.keep it up!!

Very poor experience. AC was not working anywhere Fridge was not working Dirty rooms No cleaned pool No Microwave Oven was available Nothing was ok in kids play area, almost everything was broken. No anyone was available for assistance. Please check some pictures for proof.

5 star experience. Genuinely amazing place to plan a family picnic. very neat and tidy. staff is very cooperative. Beautiful and peaceful place. Everything was taken care by their staff. highly recommended for families.

very nice place for Family Picnic, we just booked Lakeside farm house for our family picnic, we really enjoyed our trip. very nicely constructed, and very comfortable and clean place, especially the toilets was clean, staff was cooperative throughout our stay. we haven't seen such a professionally maintained farm house in Karachi. The best part was the lakeside sitting area. see you soon Lakeside resort. we hope you keep the same standards in future.

Overall experience was tiring and worst experience of my life. We went to enjoy but the experience was the nightmare. Four ACs are installed in the resort. One window AC was out of order, one room split AC was not cooling the room & out of two ACs in the hall only one was working with no cooling at all. So it was impossible to spend a minute inside the building because of suffocation. No one could sleep and kids and myself could only sleep in the car. Mosquitos outside the building were too many which was again very annoying and we spend night with mosquito coil and mospel. Most of the taps inside washroom were not giving water and toilet flush were also not working. Even in one washroom flushing was arranged with the help of half cut water bottle. Only few taps were working with smelly water and my brother performed wuzu for prayers with mineral water. One of the tap of washroom was damaged. Fridge took too long to cool and way too smelly. Kids pool was also not cleaned despite of telling the management that cleaning is required in the pool. Water of main pool was also not cleaned and with loads of chlorine. Generator was short of patrol and we had to weight for more then half n hour for power restoration. The only good thing is the location as the resort is not very far from the city. We as a user expect that appropriate service should be provided against the handsome amount which resort charge from the users.

I've been going to Gujrat Farms with my mates since 2007. The new Lakeside Resort is even better. I have met the owners a few times and they have always been appreciative of a positive feedback. If you're expecting a high class hotel, it aint. It is a farm resort which it should be. I like to get out of the city and feel closer to earth without having the need to drive hundreds of kilometers. Sure, waving the mozzies suck ass but it is part of country living which I am heading to experience in a safe environment. I'd pack sunscreen if im heading to the beach and a repellent if a farm. If you're uncertain of what you'll get, check it out before you book it. I'll rate it 5 for the good memories I've had there.

Worst farm house ever. Empty pool, badtameez staff. Asked for more money when the family arrived. Only go if you don't mind your family being threatened for more money.

Worst place with zero facility

Visited in July 2018 , returned in 2 hours and wasted our day! 1.Dirty Pool Water unfiltered & even filtering machine wasn't operational. 2.Hell-Bad Smell & pathetic Rooms & washrooms. 3.No maintenance. 4.No Safety. 5.NOT A SUITABLE PLACE FOR FAMILY. Its a non-family place and yea its good for bad purpose👍🏻Zero Rating!

Dear sir Last friday on 4th may we were visit ur farm house with family.but sorry to say there is no AC cooling.no facilities no space agains the huge amount.plz u must gain exp .go and visit other farmhouses and chk professionally approach.and way of business.my family was very disturbed at ur farmhouse . No doubt one of the best farmhouses in Karachi, having charming view of river, large swimming pools, indoor games and much more. suitable place for picnic and party. A must visit place to spend some quality time with friends and family
