It's always very delightful to dine in there with the beautiful staff and atmosphere. Tried something different this time all went very good.

Poor quality drinks and horrible ambience. Pathetic state of affairs all around! i) Half of the menu wasn't available when we were ordering ii) Shambolic state of furniture, walls (sofas with torn leather, table needing repair and coating, exposed AC cabling etc) iii) Zero hygiene standards (dirty tables, no sanitizers, staff not wearing masks properly) iv) Under staffed even at 12am! Utter wastage of time and money. So bad I don't want to rate them even 1 star!

This spot is my go-to for high tea, a frequent choice for family outings. Consistently excellent quality, especially their indulgent lava cake, which, in my opinion, is the best in town. The restaurant's aesthetics, tranquil ambiance, top-notch service, and unmatched flavors make it a highly recommended dining experience.

Nice weather with Excellent place for coffee and breakfast.I went there with my really close friend. we had quite a bit of fun. I ordered the chik with balogna fried egg with melted mozzarella cheese and mixed berries smoothie and they were delicious, cheesy and stringy and the tangy salsa cut right through the heaviness. It was a very hearty meal for me. Super amazing experience every time I go there. Love their coffee also, highly recommended😊

Used to be one of the best cafes in town, now after the recent revamping it is a disaster. The chairs and the couches are extremely uncomfortable. Place smells really dusty. I went to the restroom and it was a complete horror show. The soap dispenser had no soap, dirty wiper on top of the basin. The basin looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Water everywhere on the floor, dustbin overloaded with tissues. Nasty toilet seat. There was no handle on the door from the inside and a half broken lock that barely held the door. The vent was BLACK with dirt, I could barely breath inside and felt like throwing up. When the check came the check book looked like it was ran over by cars. There is zero attention to detail. It’s like nobody cares about the place. On the contrary the coffee was really good and the staff was very good. Chicken strips and chocolate chip cookie were average. I’m never going back again. I used to love this place, started going there 7-8 years back 2-3 times a week atleast.

At Gloria Jean's, the atmosphere was good, staff was friendly and quick as well. Not so crowded and clean but the food was on an average, everything we ordered was missing the true taste or wasn't that fresh.

Gloria Jeans Sindhi Muslim provides stylish, well-equipped outlets featuring a dedicated smokers lounge. However, the higher prices and limited quantity make it challenging to recommend. But expect for a high-end coffee experience that may not offer the best value for your money.

The menu has definitely been improved. While the menu is still presented in newspaper form, the cleanliness and presentability of the menu is a definite improvement from before.. The menu options and variety is also much improved with a bit of everything for everyone.. Except for Desi or Chinese which is not really needed here anyway. Food prep is fairly quick and serving size and presentation is also at par with competing coffee / diner places. I enjoyed my visit here with friends and am likely to resume my patronage with this chain...

Good atmosphere, Service was excellent.. Coffee was really nice no doubt. From price point of view it is high end, I’m ok to pay the price if food is good, we ordered red velvet cake super dry and no cream cheese frosting 1.5/5, we ordered Nutella brownie 2/5 rock solid and there was no sign of Nutella, chocolate pancakes were super dense I think their chefs need to watch (food fusion recipes) to learn how to make pancakes 1/5. Club sandwich was decent just the beef was tough 3/5 I loved their panini sandwich it was absolutely delicious 4/5, we also ordered loaded fries it was decent 2.5/5. Please work on your dessert menu and change your pastry chef! Thank You. I paid 8k for all this honestly the deserts weren’t worth the price.

This place is completely off my list. Can hardly believe that a reasonably old cafe offers such pathetic quality. I had the misfortune of ordering their apple cinnamon french toast. The toasts were thick and dry with no sign of being soaked in milk or beaten eggs. Topped with sugar syrup which turned to hard jelly form within seconds. I could hardly manage two bites resulting in the sugar jelly sticking to my teeth. Decided to return the dish. The hot coffee was cold and taste less. The manager was also stubborn. The visit was an extreme put off

I love the coffee but first time I tried their breakfast and that was really awesome. Good serving size at reasonable price. Specially their Aussie breakfast was really good. ( I didn't take it's picture coz I was starving) Anyways highly recommended...!

Worst service ever. I've been coming here since few years but I guess they have lost their touch. Poor service, waiter forgot our order twice, I told him to write it down but I guess he thought he'll be better off without it. Recieved our order that too incomplete and after we finished our coffee and drinks I had to jolt the counter guy to get my order complete. Finally got my lemon tart that was so hard to eat that their plastic forks broke. I asked for metal cutlery to cut the tart but it was hard as a rock. Made a video also as a proof of the rock type tart. I think this would be my last visit here. I would recommend all reading this to next time go to New York Coffee house just adjacent to it. Atleast they have their standards some what maintained.

Best place for high tea. I have been there many times with my family. We always had a great quality at at this place. I love their lavishing lava cake. Best lava cake in town. Beautiful restaurant, calm atmosphere, good service and best taste. Highly recommended !!

I just like thier hot chocolate to be honestly... I like their sitting arrangements at lucky one mall branch but smch is not that good I believe.. They need to improvise a lot in terms of ambiance and sandwiches.

My go-to coffeee place is alwaaaays Gloria Jeans i loveeeee this place so much. Mint Chocolate Bomb And Macadamia are so so my fav. Cappuccino and mocha my fav coffees. Aussie club sandwiches makes an amazing add on to my meal with coffee. Be it a hot coffee or chiller, its alwaays the best. Located in one of Karachi's famous food streets (SMCHS), Gloria Jean's offers good ambiance along with a wide selection of drinks. Highly recommended if you want to hangout with friends and want a nice place to snack. Only issue could be the parking, especially during weekends.

Pretty, had AC, and a nice calm environment, which is why I'm not giving it a 1 star. But service was extremely slow. Me and 7 others went for a nice breakfast, and one of us ordered a chocolate sizzler (or something with that name) and had to wait an HOUR for their order. It was ridiculous. Everyone's food arrived at random times (ALL after the expected 20 minute wait time as well) and the pancakes gave me an upset stomach. Don't plan on coming here again.

Run down interior that needs renovation, felt stuffy with no ventilation. Think they must allow smoking or something. The breakfast omelette was really mediocre and they don't have butter. Served with the most uninspiring toast. Server was nice. Mexican wrap was decent minute the not so great tortilla wrap.

The place which is famous for good coffee and munching, BUT now they are going towards pathetic service, very poorly managed smoking and this place has old building vibes. They must renovate and innovate as competition is on higher side. Overall food was okay and coffee made the day but service was too much time taking.

I went there 2 weeks ago and my experience was really bad. 1. The food was bad. it wasn't fresh at all. 2. It took them more than 45 minutes to just prepare a grilled sandwich. The service was quite slow. 3. Atmosphere was worst. Their AC wasn't working. It was really hot. Neither could I enjoy my meal nor sitting there.

there was a time when I loved Gloria Jean's and its services. But this time it was a total upset. Firstly credit card machine was not working. secondly no waiter was taking our order. thirdly our order was served after 30 minutes of time when we decided to leave the restaurant. so poor service, and one reason was we are short of waiters

Dec 2020 Update: This place has blown me away in my recent visits. The Irish Nut Crème is definitely one of the best dairy-based coffee drinks I've ever had, every sip I had made me exclaim in wonder and contentment. The wings they offer continue to be one of the most satisfying and memorable ones we've had (beating many big-name brands, at least for us). You absolutely have to try the Chicken Parmesan, the sauce it's topped with perfectly complements the chicken, as do the veggies. Even though I had a bad fish experience from the nearby Sizzlers just days ago, the Fish n Chips they served was fresh, flavourful and adequately met my expectations of the dish (the tartar sauce was also one of the most wholesome ones I've had). The Chicken Tikka Nachos seemed to be the black sheep amongst the other dishes; some Doritos with topping. Avoid them. The Moroccan Chicken was nice.. not the best but not bad either.. You may find my review oddly filled with superlatives, but as you'll see if you read my other ones, I am very picky with the words I choose. Neither was I given a commission by the staff, in fact one of the only things I think they can improve is customer service. To ascertain the reality of my review, you'll have to stop by this lovely branch yourself! Original Review: The food was very satisfying. I love their wings with the sauces and all.. The coffee is also worth trying and the large size is appreciable. I just didn't like the ambience and the furnishings of the place.. The sofas seemed to be worn out and if felt like being dragged down into them when I sat on them.

Its the place to crash. Its quite music is good. breakfast is amazing and coffee and other drinks they serve are A-One. Yes its bit expensive but you will feel relax and cozy there. if you can afford $$ and wish a place to crash bring a book or laptop and enjoy reading while having tea / coffee or any hot beverage they serve. Last time I had hot chocolate and I am just craving it again.

Quality going down by the day, not maintaining the standards anymore. It's filthy from inside. Staffs courteous but they are used to juveniles sitting and killing time at the cafe, so they don't tend to other customers as quickly as they are supposed to. Not a place for those who want to save time and get quick service.

My wife and I had breakfast there. Very tasty and wholesome food, impressive ambience, highly professional services. Prices are ok, except that of tea which’s too expensive.

Do yourselves a favor and don’t waste your money here. The quality of food and service both are pathetic. I ordered their panini and it tasted horrible. There was no cheese in it. When I asked the waiter, he replied saying we put cheese according to grams. Lol, you can see the tiny white spot on the sandwich is the cheese. Their hot chocolate was nasty. Not coming back to gloria after this terrible experience.

Gloria Jean's Coffee seems to have lost the touch therefore lost a customer too. Place was much shabby. Seating arrangement was according the placement of air conditioning units therefore felt crowded and uncomfortable. Whereas menu is concerned. Chillers and espressos were equally effected. Voltage is not chilled and taste like milkshake, totally lost the coffee kick. Espresso Mocha was cold and sweet.

Bad experience, allowing smoking indoor where people trying to eat in a good enviroment. A group with loud voices made a request to inform them to low their voice staff ignored the request to inform them.

This Gloria gean's is not that good. They really serve old cheese cakes. 🧀 coffee was fine. People where smoking inside which was quite bad and harmful because its not a open place. Overall its just a ok place if u wanna go there for small meetups with anyone it's ok but it's not for formal meetups.

I like to Jane breakfast here or coffee sometimes. Always had good experience however, this last time, brownie in this sizzling brownie was somehow hard like a rock. We complained and they took it away. They offered cake slice instead of hot brownies and we refused amd just had coffees.

There is a very nice restaurant for coffee drinkers in the heart of city Karachi. There is no better coffee in Pakistan than Gloria Jane's Coffees. Located in the Sindhi Muslim Society, this branch has been recently renovated. The smoking area has been separated by a glass wall so that non-smokers are no longer disturbed and the furniture has also been changed.

An amazing place to spend some quality time with friends or even alone. Food is good, I usually order coffee, brownie, shake which tastes more than good above all mint margarita is something which is a must try thing of summer's. Howerever, pizza is something which I ordered only once and I don't like it. Apart from food, ambient and staff of this place is something which comes in the rank of more than 5 stars.

I've been here several times because the coffee is really good. Their cakes are also very tasty and the service is great. I've given it 4 stars and not 5 because once the cake I ordered was stale - the staff gave me a different one with no objection, however, it makes me not want to try any of the food, especially to not takeaway, in case it's stale again and I realise too late. At these prices we expect perfection and high standards. Please make sure everything is fresh! Also, please add some warmth to the place to make it feel like a chill out zone, it's a bit like an old uni café.

I visited there with my colleagues we were 8 people and it cost us around 7k. Honestly speaking it was my first and last visit it cost too much for a coffee and taste is nothing special or I can say coffee for 750 is not justifiable. Although there atmosphere and service was good. It's one time place just to explore that's it.

It's a decent place with dedicated smoking and non-smoking areas. It wasn't crowded when I visited. However, we had to wait for some time before someone attended us for order.
