Never go there for child's delivery. Staff is highly unprofessional who keep asking for money and gifts. There is no nursery and specialist nursing staff. You'll need to make arrangements of feeding, changing diapers and clothing yourself. Plus dr. Khusroo sultana and her staff is the icing on the cake. They want their payment settled right after birth in CASH even if you're admitted to the hospital. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

First of all, I pray noone ever faces a situation where hospitalisation is needed. Unfortunately had to visit here and the way treatment was received by Doctors, nursing staff (polite and cooperative) and management it should be appreciated. As compared with other hospital charges of the required treatment, it was affordable. Hospital is very well managed, cleanliness is excellent.

From normal rooms to even executive ones,air conditioners not working at all. Patients facing severe problems because of that. Untrained nursing staff unable to inject cannulas in repeated tries, causing more pain to patients. Would strongely advise against choosing this hospital.

One of the worst patient care and incompetent medical staff. They target to rip off the patient to maximum possible degree. Fake bills and very difficult refund process once they charge the advance upon in patient admission. Killer Hospital. If your love once are seriously sick specially elder family members, never ever I repeat never ever visit this hospital. OPD was acceptable but duty medical staff specially at Deluxe Rooms on 2nd floor was totally careless. My father was admitted on August 23rd. 2021 he was in serious condition, he should have been admitted to ICU or CCU but he was admitted to the private room. More over they treated him as a regular patient never considered seriousness of his medical conditions though he was under treatment of the doctor from the same hospital. All the medical tests were supposed to be done immediately but took all day long inspite of all the family members requested again and again to take immediate action but they did not listen which worsened my dad’s condition. My father had lot of fluid accumulated in the body and as per his doctor he should always be in sitting position but before the dialysis they forced him to lie down on his back… and that was the end of him, fluid moved towards heart with lot of pressure causing heart attack and he passed away on August 26th. 2021. They are butchers with no heart or feelings. If you really want to see your love once alive do not visit this hospital. I wanted to give zero star but the system did not allow me. Do not take into consideration the setup of the hospital, it looks good but care provided to the patients specially in intensive care is horrible.

Hill Park General Hospital at Main Shaheed e Millat Road , Karachi is a Private Hospital with experienced Doctors and well trained medical staff. Management has kept the entire Hospital neat and clean and they strive to provide possible medical support , however they have to reduce the charges for the visiting Patients.

Went there to consult with a doctor consultant, named Ayesha Sarwat yesterday! Well, IDK how to put it, but you decide for yourself: constant yawning while I am in need of attention, more attention towards the ticking clock rather than counseling me and in the end didn't even had the dignity being a psychiatrist, let alone a human being, to explain a few last questions I had about the prescription she had finished up writing hastily. Insisting constantly to leave because she had other patients waiting in line, had she implied other customers, that would've made more sense! A total disgrace for the Noble profession of a doctor and would humbly urge Hill Park Hospital administration to look into the matter!

The services that I receive from HPGH is excellent. Dr. Shabnam and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my wife's health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

Good option for quick emergency support. Staff is good. Cleanliness is reasonable. Female staff was not available to draw sample and had to Waite for a while to arrange. Rates are also not high. Specialist doctors are also available. Dedicated parking is now available adjecent to the underpass of Shaheed e Millat road

Stay away from this hospital,they killed my mother in law on 20th Jan 2021,first she was negative for covid then they did the test on covid which came positive then she was put in ICU for low oxygen then after 3 days in icu she was moved to covid ward and next day she died she was fine and had no medical history they gave her 10 different injections a day and when she died her whole body was swollen and it was unnatural death we believe she was given wrong injections also due care neglected also classified as covid death so they can claim $30000usd.

The hospital looks nice from the outside, the interior was fine too. But their toilets? The worst ones I've ever witnessed! They were extremely smelly, dirty, 0% cleanliness, had no soap, and oh no sanitiser as well. When you open the door of their toilets, you'd definitely puke. They're unhygienic. I never expect that from a hospital. Apart from this, the doc (i don't wanna name the person) was an exception.

Poor hospital, worst for people getting admitted. Third class rooms with sky rocketting charges (8000 per day for a non AC room where they dont have even soap in wash room, washroom not proper, poor rooms overall which you cant even choose to stay in normal conditions. Besides no difference between nursing staff and maids. Ill mannered staff including duty doctors. I cant say more then while collar criminals. Doctors admit pateints for giving paracetamol injections, x rays and normal blood test can you imagine no where is in the world any person is admitted for these silly stuff.

Horrible hospital, uncaring staff and bad sanitary practices. The hospital beds in the ER were dirty and didn't look like they had been changed in months. We went to the emergency to have my friend's blister checked out and the nurses used an IV needle with no gloves, no sanitation, and messed up one of the veins on my friend's hand. They were using my friend's veins to train a junior nurse and it was apparent as she made the vein bleed before removing it and trying another one. Moreover, the doctor at the emergency was not attentive at all. They added extra hidden charges to the bill total and took 1k upfront before even seeing the patient. When we asked about the hidden pharmacy charges on the bill total, the receptionist started to flounder and call random people. At which point we left without the prescription or paying the additional charges as it was ridiculous because all they did was administer one injection painkiller and use a Band-Aid. Definitely check your bill total and do not go to this hospital they are scammers!!

There operation theatre staff is worst i went on thursday to remove my stiuches but there un qualified staff he was a sleep in the theatre room as he start removing my stiches i bleeded but he left some stitches by mistake i am in severe pain on friday i have to see my doctor she will remove these stitches i hve just shared a video to her .. pls the manage ment to see this matter in OT ..and the staff and there emergency RMO are not even qualified doctors they cant even properly see the xray of patient .

Time gaining tactics, very slow diagnostic performance, patient has to wait more than 24 hrs for doctors, lab and x rays, CT scan results are too late, air-con not available even in semi private rooms, few staff are looks like govt servants.

Worst private hospital ever if you are seeking treatment for covid here. Only those people with good immune systems are able to survive here, as no proper care is given to the covid patients. Please take your loved one to some other private or government hospital but not here. They will charge you equivalent to any famous private hospital but the quality of treatment provided by them is no where worthy of all that expense. They have one ward where they handle all the patients coming in as covid+ (let alone the fact how accurate the test report is, as this is like risking the lives of others too, who may not really be covid+, but just as per the report they are). I can write a list of things they were lacking in, but for that this space will not be enough, i think it will be important to emphasize on this only that if you are seeking proper treatment for covid-19 patient DO NOT go to Hill Park Hospital. Extremely dirty rooms/bathrooms despite being delux. Doctors and nurse are no doubt majority good. Admin n management has major loop holes PLS PLS PLS CHECK YOUR BILLS BEFORE YOU PAY numbers do not tally specially for drugs and there are hidden charges their billing system is completely out of wack. After investigating their system I have picked a loop hole of 800-1000 on a 30000 bill on the name of drugs. System gives a another figure Manual receipts show different figure then there are hidden charges of 20% service fee on drugs which again is not mentioned on any receipt or bill it’s manually added no where on the bill it’s mentioned. This hospital is making lacks just by this error and looting patience who earn hard or even patients who are poor and saving money to get their loved ones treated. OWNERS NEED TO TAKE ACTION..!!! Overall nursing staff and doctors are good but very poor administration elevator was not working properly, mosquito’s in all floor even on dengue floor which make me surprised, no air conditions in floors this might me a reason for mosquitos

Went for a treatment of covid over there for my relative... it was the fourth hospital and very critical situation . Al humdulillah it was a blessing to find this hospital, the treament, the care , all doctors are very experienced, in others hospital they are just too scare to touch patient and isolat them...but in this hospital they are not scare, they gives hopes and try their best for the patient... I was recommended by a family friend and I can recommend anyone who has covid19 , should go to this hospital and of course our life and death are only with the will of Allah.

A caring hospital

Parking is scarce at this hospital, especially during evenings. While their OPD is okay, the staff designated to AC and private/semi-private rooms is extremely incompetent and uncooperative. The hygiene in private rooms is worse than some government hospitals and any facilities are sub par. Despite all of that their prices are on par with hospitals that provide much better care. Skip this hospital with extreme prejudice if you're visiting for anything other than OPD.

Looks good and clean. But only one toilet for the attendants which is dirty and with no handwash. Its expensive and if you want to take your patient to other hospital they do something fishy like they may remove double oxygen and say to ambulance staff that its fine with only minimum oxygen. My friend has experienced this. They charge like big hospitals but far below in services.

Its a pathetic hospital where they are just making money, all staff even security gaurd is not be able to deal with humanity they are just ruining patients & there attendants & just making money, you can visit its ICU facility where infrastructure not supporting to visibility of all patients, this practice they are following even on high charge, so It was my wish to give rating negative but they dont have, ZERO Humanity.
