I was order couple of dress from they website and they charge me more then the price of items I was buy. Contact they team they they was so rude and not answered honestly. I was pay for the clothes for Australian dollars it’s not fair even we in overseas we not rich to have to work so hard for one dollars. Please please don’t buy from this unfair business they don’t honest and don’t care customer. Ziro from me . Now I contact them it’s been 5 weeks still don’t receive my order I don’t think it I will get my order? So rude business not happy at all .

It's the best store for man's suits to trousers to shalwar kameez sab behtreen. Har budget k kapray, kids too best clothes for boys and very very reasonable price.

I have been online ordering on Sanaullah’s website, and always have great experience. They are efficient and very professional. They have original branded clothes. I never got wrong design or defected material or some order mix-up. Timely delivery. Would highly recommend everyone. And no I am not an executive member & I don’t pay them anything as an annual fees but still get a good service. Keep up the good work Sanaullah !!

I ordered just two suites purple and blue one supposed to be stitched I was shipped wrong color I missed my family wedding function because of sanaulla team neglected behavior and when I requested refund no one helped me out properly I would not recommend any to go there and give them any business they don’t deserve it poor team poor service.

Went for a presentation at the office upstairs. Friendly, respectful lot.

I went to Sanaullah store to buy clothes for a newborn. Very disappointed to see only imported, Turkish made baby clothes were in full display for sale. We're a country with low exports and very high imports, yet importing clothes which has been our speciality.

This Store at Tariq Road far far much better than Store in Lucky Mall. Salesmen are attentive and willing to show products. Whereas in Lucky Mall's Sanaullah Store Salesmen are not dealing customers and avoid showing suites and their primary motive is to divert customers from one-on-one interaction and divert customers towards racks to help yourself attitude (I mean it's really bad). I don't recommend Sanaullah Store at Lucky Mall. Instead, I do prefer to suggest Sanaullah Store at Tariq Road (here Salesmen are professional and helpful).

Overall good experience. However the salespeople weren't very friendly or helpful at first. Only after we selected an item, their attitude and attention improved. Salespeople should treat all customers well even if they are just looking around.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I am living in North America at the moment and I ordered from their website with my international credit card. I entered a Pakistani address for the clothes to be shipped to. They charged my card the full amount right away and did not deliver over half the items. It has been over two weeks and I have not received my refund either after having to fight them for it. Terrible service. I emailed twice to ask about the refund and no response. If you are ordering from abroad, THINK AGAIN! They are a scam.
