Located in center of the city and certainly accessible from everywhere but traffic congestion is a usual phenomenon that deters one's intentions to visit the place. Building with respect to structure, administration, and surrounding falls in below standard category as corridors, offices, and stair case look substandard while administration is also below par when it comes to escalators, maintenance, ventilation to corridors, and cleanliness. Outside area is much more annoying as the entrance is surrounded by market on ground floor besides rain water accumulates on the roads in front that too are much damaged and desperately need repair and carpeting. You also find quite many roadside vendors around the building and almost all of them sell eatables including burgers, kachori, pan, juices etc. This offers convenience to some extent to the people having office in the building but tarnishes the image of the architecture.

But you have to be very careful while parking your bike in this place because here if you park your bike in a place which is no parking area then it will be taken away by the policemen and after that. This operation is done in the form of a large amount of money, so anyone who discusses here should be careful to be very careful while parking the bike and to keep the bike safe.
