It is good hotel at normal rates. The facilities of lift, WiFi and air condition are available here. You can park your vehicle safely. The rooms are clean and standard. The service is fast and staff behavior is supporting. The check out rules are mentioned. You can book on phone before arriving. In winter season, the rooms are mostly full. You may check on phone before arrival.

It's affordable, and best in this price. Ac room you can get for Rs. 2700-3000+ and Non-Ac is for Rs.2000-2000+. Easily accessible as situated in saddar. Government office i. E PEC sindh, FIA, FBR etc on walking distance.

Actually I didn't stay here but rather than in Hotel New Palace I stayed. The hotel new Palace was somehow good regarding facilities. Free WiFi service was available moreover the Hotel had its own catering service. The room prices was not too much expensive i.e. Rs. 3000 per 3 bedded room with AC. Thanks Mr. Inam Ullah Achakzai

My recommendation if you have low Budget. Staff is cooprative. Overall neat and clean Lift for 4 person is available also wheelchair facilities in hotel. Breakfast is available in side clean but very expensive than out from Hotel please avoid to take 🍵

I had quite a long stay (more than 2 weeks) there and checked out yesterday. I can definitely say with my experience that it's the best value for money place to stay as they take care of customer's, cleanliness and overall service is top notch. In particular Mr. Mustafa their Hotel Manager is an amazing guy and was the reason that I stayed there for that long as he always makes you feel like home. My Only gripe would be of parking as it's not abundantly available. Overall Hotel Al-Rayyan matched my expectations and then some and will definitely recommend it to bachelor/family to select for their place to stay in Karachi Saddar.

Worst experience in a hotel so far, Pathetic Service, has menu but the Kitchen is always closed. The Attendants would enter your room sometimes without knocking rooms are over priced.

Nice hotel building but staff and service are third class which I have ever seen in any hotel, room service very bad waiters charge double and triple for providing breakfast,lunch or dinner,they bring bill even u have paid, the receptionist who's cast is zardari is very bad person with worse behavior with customers. I don't recommend this place to live.

Classy hotel at good location. Parking is an issue. Room service is slow. You can find everything around it. Garments markets and food points are close to this location.

A cheap but decent place to stay. Hot water is Available from 4 am to 1 PM. But it's mostly luke warm. No towel. Anyhow relatively fair.
