Ordered Nashville hot burger, animal fries, smashed beef burger, cheese fries. Nashville hot burger was spicy and mouth watering. Beef burger was unexceptional but the animal fries were amazing and full-flavoured whereas cheesy fries were ok

Optp is famous for their fries.. this branch is spacious and clean... Comfortable seating area inside but due to covid it is not open so serving in open area. Mostly people are taking away... Amount of fries is bit less compare to the price they offer... They also serve sea food along with their regular menu.

Ordered jumbo fries, see picture attached little more than half cup is full and check picture on their website,fries are flooding out of cup. This is unfair business. Are you people not afraid of punishment from God. "And give full measure when you measure, and weigh with an even balance. That is the best [way] and best in result".

After taking my order on FoodPanda they deliver late and the food was not good, not warm and taste less. They need to step up their game to stay in this business. 2 Stars now until i order next time.

One of the best OPTP Site in terms of seating capacity, ambiance and environment. Also, much liked their recent "Azadi deal" which is superb not only in terms of Price as well ad quality and quantity. Deal priced at Rs. 590 which offered 1 GMC Burger and 1 chicken pakistani grilled burger wih fries and drink. Pakistani grilled chicken burger was too juicy and yummy.

Like the place and ambience but worst experience with what they advertise and what i got beef steak melt had keema in it with little to no cheese and the size of burger was also small you are charging 700(most expensive burger) for the thing make atleast look like the one in your ad taste was also mediocre only good for premium grilled chicken burger there was an attempt to make beef burger but it suck only good for chicken burger and broast rest new thing they try are rip off and total waste of money.

Due good location and good behaviour of staff

Availed the Ramadhan offer of Large Pizza through food Panda App. The rider came after two hours late which was very annoying. The number mentioned on app was not contactable. The rider gave justification that ordered came late due rush hours. The Pizza was cold and cheese was of poor quality. The quantity of chicken was also very less. Overall not a pleasant experience.

ORDERED: Family deal : 4 Burgers fries and 1L Drink. Sitting Dine in area was nice and clean but aircons was Off tables were unstable , and touching back to other banch.Hanging lamps are in reach of toddlers and no kids high chairs available. 😒 Mayonnaise wasn't good for both in Burgers and Fries which I paid extra . After serving, I had to ask for extra glass( 3 serve instead four), forks not served after asking 2 ) Overall: As per amount paid quality is not upto the standard, for kids not recommended, for me Never again

At first glance, it's a perfectly good fast food establishment, especially considering the mini food street it resides on between giants like McDonald's, Subway and Baskin Robbins... At first glance it's a lot of things. If you want my basic rating, scroll to the end. If you want the full review, read on. But when you really get into it, it leaves... a lot to be desired. I know you must be thinking, 'why is he putting so much thought into this? It's just a fast food restaurant' and usually I'd agree with you but when a place like this tries so hard to be international standard, you gotta see if it measures up to it and OPTP - Malir Cantt. does not. When the food is good, which it is most of the time, it's gooood. But when it's bad, which happens more than you'd like at a place like this, it can be really bad. They could stand to work at the quality of their food. The taste though, when the food is good, is impeccable. Some sauces don't work but that's just my personal preference, not a reflection of the place itself. The pricing is something though it has got going for itself... Compared to some other establishments that this place tries to aspire to, the pricing is much more affordable for the average consumer. The service is great and they are very accommodating. The environment and atmosphere is where this place gets into trouble. In a place like McDonald's, aside from the occasional mop, you would never know if McDonald's ever had maintenance, not that McDonald's is bad in that sense, no, quite the opposite. McDonald's is impeccably maintained and they do it out of your view, always. You never know if something is being worked on. That's a good thing. OPTP on the other hand embarrasses itself by working on stuff like repairs, fixes and stuff like that in plain view. That's just unappetizing and off-putting, especially when someone is loudly hammering away at some nail or metal piece and it's hitting your ear and driving you crazy. (I'm not kidding, I literally had this experience an hour before I wrote this review). The place is spacious and the seats are comfy but there's no... pizzazz to the place, if you will. It's just boring grey walls and boring grey seats with some generic lamps and plant pots here and there. It feels... bland. A place like McDonald's with it's decorations, ambience, design and wall-art, it feels... alive! Overall, the only reason this place doesn't have below 3 stars is the food is more often good than not and the service is quite decent, otherwise I'd be giving this place at most 2 stars. Summary: Food Quality: 3 stars Food Taste (When good): 4.5 stars Pricing: 4 stars Service: 4.5 stars Environment/Atmosphere: 2 stars. Also, the lighting in this place drives me crazy with how odd it is.

OPTP Malir cantt is really a great place to visit if you're on your way from Jinnah Avenue to Jinnah International Airport, Karachi and are short of time, but want to enjoy something delicious and worth enjoying, then OPTP is the best place with variety of food items like Pizza fries, zing, mayo dipped chicken wings and fries of various types and topped with variety of sauces.

Fried chicken- love it!

By far the most pathetic OPTP outlet I have visited. The order delivery is painfully slow. Visited them today at 2:30 pm and they claimed that we are closed for Jumma prayers. Imagine this being done at the peak lunch hour on a Friday. We could clearly see the staff in the background. I think the owner of this franchise is totally aloof about this outlet. Must work on improving it.
