Many senior lady doctors of high stature stayed here during their Residency and house job/internships. Many great doctors of future must be there among the present inmates. Previously it was in a quaintly built structure.. had many issues but strangely was very homely. Now that building is replaced by a new one.

Pathetic hygiene environment

•Safe place as a hostel,(as it is inside the Civil Hospital, opposite to opd 14 of SIUT) +security guards 24/7 •Hostel especially for MBBS students, HOs and PGs, (only outstations allowed to live) •No outsider is allowed to reside. •No AC, No Oven allowed in rooms. • Cleanliness is maintained( hostelites have to clean their room by themselves) •owns a Dow Mess(quite expensive compared to other hostels' mess) •No facility to cook by themselves. •Facility of electricity 24/7 •Single,double rooms available. Also dormitories. •No attached bathrooms:(( •no one is allowed to go to terrace. •Hostel Warden is supportive. •In the start of the session, rooms alloted on the first come, first serve basis. •C-block residents faces the harsh sound of traffic 24/7 •B-block feels like home, •A-block is kinda calm, But rooms are a bit undersized compared to the rooms of C-block. •A library with AC. •Everyone busy in their work, No one interferes. Though are helping. •Area to walk and play games in the ground of A-block.

Duhs girl hostel is alloted to dow students p.gs and h.os. it has its own mess. Every person has their own personal wifi that is not paid by hostel administration. Bed cupboard etc are not provided. Only fridge and iron are allowed for use. No kitchen
