Special temporary Members Membership Procedure Procedure for Induction of New Members are as follows: - Prospective Profile Proforma will be issued on production of CNIC of person along with spouse wishing to acquire the membership. Profile Proforma will be filled in own handwriting by the prospective member and his/ her spouse to be submitted in the Club's office. On receipt of Prospective Proforma, prospective member along with his/ her spouse be invited for meeting with Secretary of Club. Secretary would issue the membership form to the prospective member. On receipt of membership form duly completed along with requisite fee registration number is allotted and kept on waiting list. On his/ her turn, the prospective member to be invited along with his/ her spouse to meet the Executive Committee. On approval of Executive Committee, membership is extended. May issue temporary visiting cards to prospective member three months prior to his/ her interview/ meeting with the Executive Committee. Absentee Membership Rules regarding absentee membership are as follows: - Minimum period of absentee is 6 months. Maximum period of absentee is 5 years. Any previous arrears/dues should be cleared in FULL. Member/Household cards are to be deposited in the club. Six months absentee fee @ Rs 1101/- per month is required to be deposited in advance. If a member is also a member of the other DA Clubs, he/she and his/her households cannot use the facility of that club also during the absentee period. If prior to completion of six months period the club facilities are used, then for the entire period full subscriptions will be charged. It was a wonderful trip to Beach view Karachi. Specially during evening time, when the sun is going to set, a wonderful view will be enjoyed. I suggest people to go there, enjoy the view, do some photography it will be a memorial day in your life. ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent place with Serene atmosphere. The experience multiplies when you have live music available on weekends, coupled with waves making romantic aroma and sound. Place wellaintained specially at the face of sea view, while most of the other buildings got damaged due to less care. Rooms and service are beyond any words. Overall a very cool place to stay and dine.

Initially, it started as "SENIOR CITIZEN'S CLUB" in September 1992, however the idea of "SENIOR CITIZEN'S CLUB" did not work, and the membership was opened to all. That is why club lacked outdoor sports facilities initially. Later Sports Complex was planned in the year 1993 and completed in March 1996.

DHA Beach View Club in Phase - 6 , Karachi is one of the best social club for having parties along with family and friends. It has a nice sea view and a cool environment . Food Quality is nice , Members can invite guests to have get together.

Went for dinner tried Chinese Rice Manchurian, fish and chip, chicken Karahi and Malai boti... Manchurian was the best, fish need to be improved, karahi was fine, malai boti was good. Ambiance and arrangements were amazing need to have separate lightening for front corner tables...They had amazing set up for world cup finals..

Sea view beach is exceptionally good for walkers between 5:30 am to 6:30 am . Enjoy cool weather, morning breeze and mist. Feel nature and get some respite to harsh but must comply Lock Down. Maintain social distancing and no one will bother you. Keep wearing mask and gloves which I do. Recommended for daily walks but very early morning. You get fresh air and free movements for body particularly legs , a way out when all Gyms and Parks are closed. Keep on moving

Lovely place for hangouts in the morning. Beautiful sunrise. The beach is pretty exclusive in the mornings and freshly cleaned and ploughed. A bicycle ride on the beach road is a great activity with good company of bike enthusiasts.

Location is the best part, just on the opposite road of Seaview. Inside and outside parking is big enough. Sand would cover your vehicles. Club facilities are good but not opulent. Food is reasonably priced and good. On the roof there's big sitting area for Figure Tambola or birthdays etcetera. Tea is good and sometimes real boring.

Great club, however, membership is required. Food tastes amazing. Recommendations include Palak Paneer, Fish Bbq, Grilled Fish & Chicken Tikkas

Utter disappointment as they keep changing rules without properly communicating the members who has to then face disrespect and disappointment ... No wonder lately the club is so deserted. Good club managed by Defence Housing Authority, Karachi. Entry is only for members and their families / guests.

Visited for marriage function, located near sea shore. banquette and dinner arrangements was lavish and beautiful. normally banquet is seprated from club activity where members and their guest can have different activities..

Not recommended due to their unresponsive, uncooperative and unprofessional staff. Customer service is non existant. Once you give them money they will treat you like Alien. Book yourself Creek or DHA Club don't bother them.

This is the second function I've arranged here and the food has been amazing and tasteful. The hall is perfect for a small gathering and service is good.

The place never disappoints espcially the view from the first floor open dinning area. The evenings are amazing. The food is and service is also very nice. My recommendation in to use your weekdays for enjoying your evening tea or dinner. The rush will also be low and one can enjoy the calmness with the waves. The club also provides good indoor sports facilities. Overall, a nice place and they have improved a lot in last 15 odd years.

The room had a sort of unusual smell, the terrace railing had “pan” spits all over, the towel they provided had blood stains on it. The pillow covers had rust stains on them. A very bad, unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.

Most depressed and dissapointed with todays arrangements . The time given was 1930 hrs. On reaching there, was told it would start at 2100 hrs. Were not allowed to park our cars within the parking lot when it was all empty . On seating we were told to ocuppy seats at rear . I requested for soup and was told it is not in menu . So very sad . With all this negative approach I thought better go home and watch my favourite programe .
