I have heard a lot about ary so decide to check, they are doing exact same fraud 🤥 or some more, all jewelers do common trick -- Net weight + wastage + making , and will mention on receipt return will consider net weight, almost all jewelers add 15% wastage in gross weight but they are ARY great ARY they added 30 Percent wastage in my receipt + 15 % making, So If purchase from one hand and return through other at same place I will get 50% Loss. Parking is an issue and customers have to park inside lanes and then come to the shop The shop is quite big and the whole basement is covered where jewellery and gold buying can be done under on roof One surprise is that people buying gold coins have to give cash only and no receipts were given also even after asking Staff related to cash handling and gold buying needs to be trained to facilitate customers

BEWARE OF DISHONESTY, CHEATING AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I visited this location in Karachi as an international client and found that the employees in the shop were very dishonest and rude. Their customer service was very bad and I would not recommend anyone to go their, you'll probably lose money. First, the employees working were very rude and did not provide the product that we had chosen to be made, they were cutting corners but charging us the full amount. They told us that they weighed our customized gold chain necklace and gave us a price, but then we asked them to weigh in front of us and it was less than the amount they had told us. We asked him why he lied, he said "ohhh, I weighed it before I took to the two chain links off of the necklace thats why" and he NEVER showed us those two chain links removed. We would have left paying more for the gold and not actually getting the full weight of the necklace. They were cheating by hiding the pieces of gold. I will NEVER go back and I will NOT BE RECOMMENDING to anyone, especially all my international family and friends. Go somewhere else and save your time and money.

I have purchased gold bullion but tbey charged me 1500 above as making charges which is not okay because bullion dont have any making charges and there was no receipt pos or any kind of proof of sale

Today is 7th of ramzan I went there to sale 24k gold of 100 grams the rate was 208500 when I informed them I want to sale the rate. Goes down to 206500 they r totally fraudy people even in ramzan More over they have charge Rs.2500 making charges on 24k which is absolutely crazy I swear they are fraudy people be aware of them specially the two beared guys selling purchasing gold bar at very last counter farudy people

A such first and last time pathetic experience. One sale person on the counter has such arrogant and no nonsense of talking in front of customer where the family want to buy some get info before shopping and handling people at the counter I feel like I’m with my family on the road side shop where no sense everybody just jump and buy what they want. Even after requesting that aged sale person he tell I don’t have time to deal people one by one as I’m so much busy and leave at 7 sharp. I wish I was alone there and deal with them with their way but.. I guess lost everything I front of money now a days in Pakistan no can respect anyone unless u have money power .. I regret to say todays Karachi is not the same where I grew up with my childhood and teen age. Hope for the best !!!

1. They will not give you any receipt of gold bar purchase. 2. If gold prices are down they will stop buying and selling of gold bars. So if you think that today gold bar prices are low and it is a good chance to invest, you will return empty hands.

Very unprofessional service. We select a ring to buy. They told us it’s price to be x rupees. So we agreed and went to get the cash from the bank. When we return in 15 minutes .. they said they made a calculation mistake and the ring is now x+5000 rupees.

This branch has parking space as compared to Saddar branch, they only accept cash for gold bar and coin. They charge you for wastage that is around 15 to 20 percent on the weight of gold jewelry which is on a higher side as compare to market. When they give you bill, read the breakage carefully, because they tell you the actual karat of jewelry which is 21 karat mostly but charge you with 22 karat rates. Over all good experience.

Worst experience ever. I wanted to buy a bracelet and they asked me to go bracelets section where no one was serving, I ended up waiting for 30 mins or more then I decided to leave as no one else from other counter was happy to serve Horrible customer service

Huge place and tons of variety. Parking is messy around, staff is rigid, not helpful and not willing to support. Cash deals there as for tax invoices they ask customer to pay tax amount. No invoice for gold bars even a kacha bill.. pathetic Big brand but same road side shop deals. The only advantage is purity of gold.

I have invested 2000 in the gold committee back in 2015, now they are not giving back not only just 2000 as they have to give the current values at least and asking to submit 9000 for renewals

It is a reliable and a safe place to buy and sell the gold. They have variety of gold jewelry. They also deal in Millat gold bars and Silver jewelry. I found some very good designs of Silver jewelry studded with precious stones. Like every other jewelers, they quote you a less rate for someone else's design, if you want to sell your gold there. It's a big underground showroom, where you can get to see different sections of jewelry. So it's easier and comfortable to select a good piece. Their way of dealing with coustomers is also very nice.

Inspite of big store with many counters, their customer service is poor. Hello everyone Today I visited ARY gold at Tariq road branch believe me it's amazing what an environment can't explain in words such a polite staff and so professional You find different jewellery on different counter e.g for bangle one counter Rings another counter and so on . If you want to buy some once you have to visit ARY .

Overall good but slow and low number of staff.. can take more good steps for user satisfaction and fast processes. And secure and transaction easness.
