WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, They don’t deserve any star, my sister spent almost $600 USD ON 4 stitched dresses from their unstitched collection, ordered arrived after 8 weeks. The product & stitching were both substandard after arriving Rs7000 will cost u Rs16,000 with garbage quality stitch

Don't buy online from @asimjofa . They are fraud. They have selling defective dresses and once you want to exchange they sent rider to pickup but then no refund policy. I am follow up last 1 year for 5 dresses refund money. They are worst & fraud .

Very bad experience article AJAA-01 Rs: 5000. Quality like 1500 Rupees and even color change embroidery not visible. They are making people fool and there is not any return policy. Don't buy cheap product from them on premium price.. Not recommended !!

Despite their promises of quality service, this online store has sorely disappointed me. They dispatched an incorrect size and then had the audacity to make me shoulder the cost of return postage. Now, two months later, I am still awaiting my rightful refund. Their customer service is nothing short of a mockery - countless calls to their complaints department have ended in abrupt hang-ups. This complete disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling.

Had a worst experience (first is last). After receiving the suit worth Rs 10K, i found it patched and raffu. The big disappointment was when I called them for complain, they asked me to send pictures over whatsapp. After that they are neither receiving call nor they are responding on whatsapp. They were only talking sweet before they have got their money. Finally got my the payment back after 20 days and almost 10 refund reminders/requests to them.

Very very bad customer service ever. Its a more than a month they didn't solve my query. I order my dress more than a month ago and it was defected. They still neither exchange or refund it. If they can't manage their clients and can't manage their products its better to close it. Its a worse experience. For onwards iNever and ever choose asim jofa. Local brands are much better.

Received incomplete order. Dress quality is very poor. Launched complain for the missing article, call centre representative behaviour is also very pathetic. Still no resolution of my complain from last 24 day. Very bad experience. Not recommended at all.

Worstt, pathetic service i have ever experienced. Ordered two unstitched suits of different designs and they send it both suits of the same design and didnt not even respond to the calls, messages and emails. And the outlet also closed. Worst experience ever.

Cheap quality stuff never order online, pathetic service, takes forever to deliver everything is online so could hardly see the material before you buy cheapest quality organza is used in clothing…

I placed an order for 4 dresses online from their new collection. I had to send them several emails because the website would not accept my credit card. Unfortunately I never received a response so I did cash on delivery. When the dresses were delivered they only shipped 2 out of the 4. Overall won’t be ordering with them again.

Asim Jofa have shifted their business to Lahore,their location on Google is old one.we search for about half an hour following Google, finally on inquiry people directed us to their outlet in Clifton but it was for dimond jewelry and not dealing in fabrics stich/ unstitched.

Very very bad experience from Asim Jofa we order a suit from Asim jofa after few days they delivered suit but the dubata wa missing so will complain them and tell every thing they said you have all choice's if you want dubata we delivered dubata if you want refund we also give refunds 20000 back we said ok we want refund they said we want some details like account details or something else we give all the details after that they don't respond or receive any call or when we call them from other number they received call we tell everything they said we want again your details when we give them again and after that they don't received any call from another number they don't deserve 1 star also 😡😡😡

There customer service is really good. I talked with one of there representative named Rohail; he was cooperative and polite enough to answer my query and solve the issue I had regarding my order.

The do not have too much variety at shop. Very limited designs. Prices are on higher side. The Authentication of diamond they issued is their own card. The design on the website and completely different than that on the shop. Its better if you study about the diamonds a little bit before buying.

I would suggest people looking for sealed diamonds to visit the shop as one of the few places in town that do the sealed authenticated seal diamonds sale.

Disappointing experience with Asim Jofa. Received a defected product, and they expect me to cover all return shipping costs. The website's heavily edited pictures were misleading, and the actual product varied significantly from the ordered item. Customer service falls short in addressing these issues. Not recommended due to quality and service concerns.
