Great dine-in spot for families. Very quick service and clean, well-maintained restaurant. The dynamite shrimp is a must-have. Sushi can be improved with fresher ingredients, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. The Mongolian Beef and Pad Thai are also amazing. I really enjoyed my time here, will definitely go again and highly recommend it!!

It started out as a great experience. The order taker seemed very good and helpful. The appetizers came quickly and were good. The sushi roll was good. Noodle soup and dumplings were very good. Lettuce wraps were also very good. After an hour the main course hadn't come yet and the manager was like we forgot to punch the order so I was like cancel it. He kept insisting no no take it it'll spoil your experience. Finally he agreed to cancel it. We asked for the bill but 10 minutes passed and the bill didn't come. Finally the beef showed up and now they were insisting that take it it'll go to waste. Why did you make it when you were told to cancel it??? Took them 10 minutes to get it off the bill and take it away. Again bill wasn't coming had to go to the counter push for the bill then we finally got it. Good food abysmal service.

Hey folks. I was back in Karachi over the weekend. A friend of mine sort of convinced me PF Chang’s here is better than the one in Dubai (I live in Dubai); so ofcourse I decided to give it a try. I went with him yesterday over dinner. Here’s what we ordered Chang’s spicy chicken - loved it. I still think the one in Dubai is better 😋 but honestly I couldn’t tell. It was delicious - 8/10 Crispy Honey Chicken - ummm to be very honest, I didn’t like it at all. It was wasn’t crispy enough - like how it should be. And the honey flavour was literally just a hint of it. Now I always order this particular serving everytime I’m at PF Chang’s. So I know exactly how it should taste. I wasn’t satisfied at all. I wouldn’t recommend it - 4/10 (I’m being generous!) Mongolian Beef - O boy O boy! Loved it! Absolutely loved it! Same great taste. Genuinely liked it. It was just perfect. No suggestions at all - 10/10 Vegetable Fried Rice - don’t think one can ever go wrong with veg fried rice. It was good. Nothing too fancy. Went well with the over all menu we ordered. 8/10 Interior - really good. Comparable to their Dubai branches. Had a certain royal-ly feel to it. Good atmosphere Covid 19 Compliant - YES! A big YES! They followed the SOP’s very well. Maintained social distancing. The staff had their masks on all the time. They were operating alternate tables for dine-in. I was very satisfied with it. Overall, I’d definitely visit again. Definitely recommend it.

The best Chinese food i have had in Karachi. We ordered chicken soup, Mongolian beef, with sushi and tiger prawns fllowed by dessert and latte. Everything was amazing, super delicious and rich in flavour. Especially, full marks to Mongolian beef and tiger prawns, they were superb. The service was also awesome and our servers Mr Taj and Ms Natasha did a great job. The ambiance of the place was also great and it wasn't too crowded as well. Overall, great experience 🤩

We chose to eat here due the popularity of PF Chang’s chain. The ambience of the restaurant was decent and staff were helpful. We got a waitress assigned to our table. The menu was very limited. I have been to many PF Chang restaurants in different countries and the menu is always so vast. But here in Karachi their was no variety. We ordered the famous dynamite prawn as and hot and sour soup. Both of them were delicious. In the main course we ordered egg friend rice and chicken with chilli sauce. They tasted average. My hubby ordered lemonade which tasted divine but found two tiny hairs in the drink. The staff were quick to solve the situation and got us a replacement and didn’t charge us for it. The bill came upto 8500 which is very expensive. I was expecting a heavy price tag but as long as I get the taste and the service. Will only be visiting this place for dynamite prawns and hot and sour soup plus the lemonade.

Good food, though a bit overpriced (I felt). Loved the ambiance and decor. Service and staff is excellent, super friendly and diverse. We ordered dynamite prawns, pot stickers, tuna sushi, and Mongolian beef (comes with a side of rice for each person). It was all quite delicious and well made. It's a nice place to celebrate an anniversary or a life milestone with friends and family.

Amazing restaurant to have quality food. I was a damn lover of Dynamite shrimps, in Dubai. When I heard about P.F Chang's in Karachi. It was like a dream comes true. Specially the great Dynamite shrimps. Their other dishes are also mouth watering like "Kung Pao Chicken", "Mongolian Beef Bowl", "Crispy Honey Chicken" and the list goes on. If you are a lover of shrimps then do have a taste of their "Dynamite shrimps" and I am know you will surely satisfy your taste buds.

P.F Changs, despite early warnings, turned out to be a great experience. They have a large place that is generally bustling with people and an ambiance which is quite good. However, in rush hours there will be a lot of waiting so come prepared. We ordered Hot n Sour soup which was really good. Then the signature dynamite shrimps which were pretty good too. Then we ordered a beef and a chicken main (don't remember the exact name but see pictures attached) and both were pretty good. The drinks were also unique and pretty good. All in all I'd say it was good in terms of food and ambiance. However, it's not easy on the pockets costing us around 2300 per head for 4 people.

First vist to PF Chang. The famed dynamite prawns did not disappoint. The dimsums and soup were flavourful and a good start to the meal. Kung Pao chicken was as spicy as we expected and the spicy chicken tasted great too. Overall a satisfying meal. Nusrat, who served us, was very knowledgeable on the menu items and helped us with our selections. Service was really prompt and timely with no long wait time. Good service and good food made it an excellent dinner outing.

This place serves the best Chinese or Pan Asian food in the city. There is something for everyone here. Everything from the starters, mains, desserts, drinks to the restaurant itself is quite amazing. For starters do try the dynamite prawns which are the restaurant's trademark dish and rightly so outstandingly delicious. Mongolian beef will serve up to any beef lover while kung pao chicken will satisfy those who prefer chicken. Also try one the many refreshing drinks. And for dessert try the great wall of China or the mini desserts. The restaurant itself has a very unique ambience and the staff and waiters are quite friendly and provide quick service. The only downside are its prices which are quite high. But for what it's worth definitely worth a visit.

This place had the typical opulence of a PF Changs, however, they were missing several classic items on their menu. Furthermore, the restaurant had a very strong foul odor of fish. We ordered Changs spicy chicken, fried rice, lo mein - all of which were excellent! The only thing this restaurant could use some improvement on is the service. Service was slow, we waited nearly 15 minutes just to be able to place an order. Our drinks came about halfway through our meal even though we ordered those as soon as we sat down.

I ordered a take away, even though I cancelled the order 3 hours before the delivery time, they showed up with the food. The food compared to the price was not worth it. They charged extra 200 for delivery with out telling. Tax no body mentioned either. From 800 rupees I ended up paying 1200 rupees. The rice were good the chicken was not cooked. Comparing the food with the price it is not worth it.

Each and every dish we ordered had a unique and tasty. Quantity was also good. Mutton ribs were the highlights, oh and Kunafa too.

It's a great place to dine-in with family on a traditional Dastarkhwan. I'd suggest elevating the mat where we place plates so that it's more comfortable to dine while sitting on the floor.

I have been to PC Changs all over the world and to the original PC Changs in Scottsdale, AZ... Without a doubt, this location in Karachi is the best one that I have visited... The food was best that I have had... The location is good, across the street from BBQ Tonight... The sushi was amazing, all the entrées were exceptional, the shrimp we ordered was outstanding... We were seated in the patio due to Covid, I did feel that the front of the house staff was subpar, which was somewhat surprising... But the back of the house staff really provided an exceptional experience... Looking forward to returning on my next visit to Karachi...

I am frequent visitor of PF chang in Dubai and Lahore. Yesterday visit was meeting my requirements and taste which I was looking for. I am editing my last review. last week, I visited pf chang Karachi 3 times. Last Saturday was the worst visit ever and it wiped out all the image. The Dali chicken, i ordered has some smell which was coming apparently due to un clean stove before changing dishes. The beef steak had since weird smell and it was under cook. This was not expected and I am really disappointed.

One of my favourite restaurants to go in Dubai and Karachi and amazing food. The dynamite Prawns are my all time favourite. I also love the ring of fire shrimp and definitely recommend it if you’re a seafood lover. And my favourite Pomegranate Cosmo is a must try.

The Mongolian beef and Kung Pao chicken were too salty and the sesame chicken and orange chicken were too sweet. The white hot and sour soup was good and the noodles were delicious. Dynamite prawns were to die for, so a job well done with that.

Less than expectations, obviously. I have been eating Chinese food for a very long time and what presented to us were not tasty and look wise not appealing. Unfortunately, it was not a good eatery's experience. I only liked and enjoyed hot & sour soup. It was horrible that there were houseflies and when we informed & asked the management the reply was insane.

The food was good. But the place is a little bit noisy and I didn't like the environment.

The appetizers were awesome but none of the main course was upto the mark. Beef entrées were really bland.

The food was so good in taste, there was a guy name arsalan, he was so sweet and helping, guiding us so well. But the ambiance is a little dark so you can't take good pictures inside.

Not the type of service i expected from an international chain. I had made a prior reservation and upon arrival i was told to wait for half an hour , this was acceptable as it was a Saturday night. Afterwards we were given a compact space to seat which was originally for 2 while we were 3 persons.We had to talk to the manager to get our place switched and i also told him to heat the food as it was already served to us before .The food when served to our new table was COLD which ruined its taste. Strawberry citrus drink was worth the praise though. This place is not worth the money as their customer service is way below par.

Overall good experience, food was good but pricey with limited portions. Be ready to pay around Rs. 5k per person for a full course meal including dessert. Staff was efficient and courteous.
