I have visited this cafe many times and always found it good. I also celebrated the birthday of son on their 1st floor with buffet arrangement.

We treated ourselves with Koffie Chalet Sunday Brunch. I think in Rs1395+plus tax it’s a good option. The reason good ambiance, good choice of food items, well managed as I dint the dishes empty though it was a houseful, the staff is humble & well trained in hospitality & they make sure you enjoy your brunch time. People might find it a little pricy but for me, I think it's worth it. PS: Brunch is only on Sundays from 1pm to 4pm. Koffie Chalet

We ordered breakfast bomb and baked shakshuka. Breakfast bomb was good but the other one wasn't that appetizing to my taste buds. Ambience was also good.

I have visited this place many times and found there taste to be always good. I recommend this place. 🥩🍲❤️ There may be newer and fancier steak places, but you'd be hard pressed to find a better steak. I love this place

Extremely poor and slow service. Asked for water and drinks menu multiple times however, to no use. Room temperature water not available even in winters. Food was good though but was served after 40 mins. No one bothered coming for bill even.

Was seeing so many tempting ads of Koffie Chalet lately, so I thought to give it a try. Ordered - Chicken cripsers (8/10) - Chicken Goujons (6/10) chicken was uncooked to me but the wait said they are made this way. - Dynamite Chicken (5/10) - Moroccan Steak (8/10) - Ranch Sandwich (10/10) The best sandwich I’ve ever had. Overall the experience was great but still there is always a room for improvement. 👍

Food is fine but the service needs a lot of improvement. Washroom maintenance was pathetic. On such a hot day several ACs were out of order. Service was quite slow and had communication gaps. Club sandwich was good but fries were undercooked

They were really good before, and now they reduced the quality of food. We spent over 7k+ for our meal but it wasn't worth it - disappointed!

Good place to celebrate Birthday party, they will charge Rs.800/= for a A simple setup with Name and H.B.D. foils and around 50 Baloons of your choice (2 colour combination) with a Bouquet. Rest of the things depends on what you ordered. Suggestions for the owner: There is a need of Staff Training, they were arguing eachother in front of guests. Rest of the services were fine.

I went there on Sunday brunch. Pathetic and horrible serving. AC was working on turtle walking speed. Garlic rice were of poor quality and were very sticky. Tea was kept in flask and it contained caffine. Each dish had same taste. Soup, tarragon steak, Thai chicken and sandwiches seemed to be the same. Service was very slow.Only green tea was good as it was of tapal sachet.The place seemed to be like a chicken cage. If you have forbidden money, you are most welcomed to waste it. I would never ever recommend this worst place.😡😡😡😡😡😡

Poor service. Ordered their platter without seafood. Still they gave us seafood platter. And they also charged us extra for decorations without letting us know about hidden charges. We just asked them for table and they did decorations without asking me or letting me know. We weren't there to celebrate any birthday they put birthday balloons. And charged extra for that. Taste was just fine. Ate fusilly cheesy pasta and double decker steak.

Worst brunch experience. There was renovation going on in ground floor and one can hardly move around due to extra tables placed on first floor. All brunch items were cold. Pancakes were hard as rock. Zero ambiance. Not recommended.

This was my worst experience. We ordered parmesan chicken and stuffed chicken. The taste was mediocre. The food came cold. The chicken seemed as if it was previously made and only a warm sauce was topped over to serve it to us. The staff was cooperative though. They warmed up the food for us. But then we found hair in the food. They returned the dish and did not ask us to pay for it. The staff gets a star. Otherwise food is not worth it.

Slow service. Need to call staff for various issues. Ordered Chalet Platter, from which the Fish was great, rest all have the oil smell in which they were fried. Portion Size was really small. They forgot to serve Mashed Potatoes with the steak we ordered. Upon asking thry said it is coming separately but it didn't...

It's an average place. With average food. Cappuccino was supposed to be hot but it was cold. Fajita sandwich was also average. Ambience was 6/10, i didn't like the lighting much.

Koffie Chalet We used bogo islye 850/head para hai or 850 me ye boht acha buffet hai. Choices kam hn but they taste good. The items that stood out were fish and chips, The best ones, veery soft and crispy and fudge cake. baqi penne pasta me chicken nai thi but it was thick and saucy, Lasagne nai disappoint kia, Chowmein acha tha or terragon chicken and mexican chicken were not the best ones but still 850 me achay thay.

Food was full of flavours. We ordered alfredo pasta, parmesan chicken and crispy fried chicken. Every was served pippin hot. We'll visit again.

Had the bogo offer which reduced the bill from 3000 to rs 1800 for two people Sunday brunch. The appetizers were great, the desert was great. The tarragon steak and alfredo were not good at all, there was no grilled steak there. Cutting food star because of that. Otherwise ambiance is calming and all other items were good.

Rude staff ,I already made a phone call before reaching for reservation and they said you can just walk in , when I reached there I was over crowded they asked me to sit upstairs I waited for 15 minutes then I asked them I can start my brunch they asked me to move downstairs which was very noisy and unpleasant ambiance I request them if I could sit up only they simply denied and I had to still close to complete strangers we were so close they could easily hear my conversation. First went on Sunday for a brunch , I had called earlier if there is a need of reservation but the representative said there's no need of it. Unfortunately I went there and it was a mess. No management and such a chaos that you will regret going to such a place. There was no space to sit , the dishes were very limited and there were no refills. They asked us to sit upstairs but there was no arrangement of buffet so you have to walk downstairs to refill and then go up again. Pathetic service and management. I gave them the benefit of doubt that due to overcrowd they might not be able to manage the brunch so I made a reservation for dinner during working days ( weekends are overloaded with people everywhere). I have asked for a decor as I wanted so celebrate the anniversary decor was fine but the sitting arrangement was awful. Food was average. No drinks available online colada and shakes. If such thing happen the restaurant should inform beforehand. On asking for colada they said we only have pina colada and not peach colada and insisting on getting soft drink. For rupees 500 only a half glass was given. So called famous moroccan chicken. Average, should have been tender and sideline was just for the show. The quantity was so less that you can just taste it only. The restaurant management was not concerned regarding anything they just want to get rid of us ASAP. Last but not the least, the family sitting next to our table, (all female group) just kept staring and kept whispering about us that made us so uncomfortable. kindly everyone just mind your own business and let others live their life too. Disappointing and pathetic experience. Ruined the day. Not going to #koffie chalet again .

A cool ambiance with an attractive color scheme, offers neither ordinary nor extra-ordinary food, with well-mannered staff the restaurant extends a more than good feel factor. Serving time is not impressive at all besides pricing cannot be considered as one of the reasons for anyone to visit again. All in all, an above average experience.

Food wasn't particularly bad, but it wasn't worth the money. It was below average food, and especially Manchurian was tasteless, and the rice were probably 2 days old. The service was good, except that they didn't give the discount at first, which they promised on call when I made the reservation, so there was little argument. The atmosphere was cool, not much crowdy. The decor was average, too.

Thoroughly enjoyed their speciality Cajun pasta with white sauce. As well as their Chicken Chowmein tho it did have a lot of undesirable things added to the mix. Loved the ambiance and the atmosphere but the service was a bit lethargic. Otherwise, I had a good experience on my second visit as well On the first visit, the Italian Chicken and the chowmein were outstanding.

Firstly wanna say that my experience was good because I have kids so can't exposed in public so we went koffie chalet and order in our car the staff was so kind and helpful for taking our order and served us in a CAR YEs we enjoyed our meal inside our car 🚗 fresh and very tasty as usual we ordered Moroccon steak,crispy burger and Thai salad In steak they missed zucchini but the food taste was yummy and their Minto beverage was also on point so its a 5 star from my side.

Absolutely brilliant location an outstanding service. Keep up the good work.

Had one of the best brunch

We visited the chalet for breakfast which they had discounts upon for 50% on their entire breakfast menu except tea, coffee and beverages. We ordered sandwiches and some pancakes with maple syrup which they had with nutella as well on their menu but it was not available at the moment.. The sandwhiches were burnt from downside as we flipped those sand whiches. We were elated with the staff for waiting already and what we received were burnt sandwhiches.. we sent those back and asked them to make another one. They remade them but what was quite surprising that they didn't even ask for a complimentary dish they should have offer rather we asked them because first of all, they took a lot of our time despite no other customer was there and secondly not being sorry and commenting that the menu was already 50% discount..which is not a good argument on their side.. but then they gave us a slice of some cake... Overall the breakfast was okay after the replacement of those burnt sandwhiches.

Excellent food, great service and totally Awesome-quality food that is a give-in with Koffie Chalet. Despite the renovations that were going on downstairs they managed all their customers v well upstairs. I had my fav Steak (damaged 865 plus taxinclusive of a sideline n 1 add on sideline Rs 195 + tax). Mocktails werent available but Soft drinks (Rs95+t) n water(Rs145+t) was, so no biggy. Also mashed potatoe was v less so i requested and d waiter very sweetly got another plate of d same.
