Ordered the Patakha Chicken Combo and Chicken Chunk Fries. Patakha Chicken was tasty while the Chicken Chunk fries were simply average. Ambience was nice. The sauce restaurant used to be Amazing but lately the vibe is not same.

Good experience! We were 6 monsters and ordered their hunger hack deal 2 which contains 3 classic burgers, 3 drinks and 1 potomatoes (large fries). The deal includes 3 jackpot chicken and 3 jackpot grilled beef and 1 potamatoes mexican chunks fries and 1 potamatoes creamy shrooms. The taste was good of chicken crispy burger which had their secret sauce, pepperoni, sauteed onions. But the taste and size of beef burger was not too good. It was very very much small in size and failed big time as in taste. Fries taste was very good and so the quantity. The environment was quite cool but their washroom was very much untidy and had a broken tap. Prices are quite costly as campare to other fast-food junction.

The food is good and deals offered are also very good. The taste of the food is yummy. The flavors and aroma of the food is good. The fries are also very tasty and fresh. The Air-conditioning is however not up to the standard. Overall a good experience.

The burgers were good, except for the BBQ one which had just a bit too much sauce. Both loaded fries were really good. I did not like the look of the place though. They tried to make it look good but there's certain areas (especially on the second floor) that are rough and even unpainted. But since the food was good I don't mind it too much.

Had a chance to takeaway, the burgers were good as taste wise, but can be more juicy. Restaurant atmosphere was good but there is space available to work bit more for the interior to lighting up. They have good options of deals.

The food and service was just satisfactory. Waited for my order for about more than an hour. I only like their Beef melt burger. Other than food, Ambience is amazing and quiet impressive.

Amazing taste bad ambiance makes you feel really sad for i love the food but can't stay and eat. I would only suggest take away because the air conditioning doesn't work and there was a pungent smell from the washroom upstairs made my experience very uncomfortable. My God but the taste it was amazing chicken wasn't dry and beef was very juicy and the sauces were simply amazing. Love the fries too. I wish the management could do something about the environment.

When we went there first We ordered deal 1 unfortunately they didn’t have deal 1 and 2 thn we ordered 2 crispy burger and 2 drink ,burgers were tasteless. “They charged us before serving the food” and when we ordered 1 more drink they asked for the cup so that they will refill the same cup. I guess they were on saving mood lol.

We have been to the sauce burger cafe and placed an order using BOGO vouchers of buy 1 jackpot burger get one jackpot free and buy 1 potomatoes get 1 free. It cost us around 1200 for all the 4 items We select 1 chicken chunks potomatoes and 1 pepperoni flavour. Chicken chunks had a taste of bbq sauce and as per their suggestion it is their best selling but I like pepperoni one more as it's sauce was quite creamy tangy something like dynamite sauce and had a fair quantity of pepperonis and mushrooms. Burgers are just Okay. They were good in taste but now too much wow factor for me. In 1200 approx 250rs was sales tax @13%.

So posting a long but a heart winning story. Some days back we went to The Sauce Burger Cafe SMCHS branch, we redeemed 02 BOGO voucher for Beef Jackpot burger (paid for extra cheese) & 02 Fried chicken pieces, order served piping hot, sooner after having our initial bites we realized that additional cheese slices are missing for which we called one of their staff member named Ishaq, after listening to our complaint he went back to thier kitchen and then came back to apologize, after which we asked him to get them stuffed in existing burgers upon which his reply stunned me, he replied Sir have your burgers, we are preparing new ones for you with cheese, I was like how it could be possible that a brand can offer you complimentary burgers just because they forgot to add cheese in your burgers, I resisted that we don't need this favour and insisted them to adjust in existing ones as our appetite was satisfied upto some extent, even after insisting alot they packed complimentary burgers for us to take away. Also burger and fried chicken were fresh and spot on. Jackpot Beef 9/10 Fried Chicken 8.5/10 Customer Service 100/10 🔥🔥🔥 In total I've paid around Rs. 1450 for 02 Jackpot (Without Cheese), 02 jackpot (With Cheese), 04 Fried Chicken pieces, 02 Water bottles and a Cold Drink. Isn't it a great deal 🤩 Good display of customer service by this guy named Ishaq and The Sauce Burger Cafe. They've won my heart and loyalty as a customer ❤️❤️❤️❤️

They have good deals for two person or groups i had jackpot chicken and also tried jackpot beef.jackpot chicken is good but jackpot beef is just incredible must try if you ever visit.

Food was good.. sauces of fries were awesome as always 🤤🤤🤤 Major issue was cleanliness. Washrooms were not properly cleaned. There was no water in washroom seriously no water and it was horrible to be there!!!! Upon complaining the manager mentioned that there was some construction work going on due to which they had closed the main tap. In front of me he asked a staff member to turn it on. And guess what after 15 mins same complaint came from another table so basically they didn't had a proper water supply in washroom 🤐🙄

Quality of food has gone down dramatically with time. They need to focus on quality of food

An Average place to hang out with friends or family. Food was okay, atmosphere was mediocre. The server said that their freezers were full for our cake storage at first, but placed it afterwards. No water in the restroom either. Wouldn't consider going again.

Since my last experience, yesterday, The Sauce is out from my favourite fast food restaurants. Their menu looks tricky now, i mostly used to have Share deal with Cheese, but now, for the same deal, you have to add it extra. Deal is without cheese. Lettuce wasn't fresh. It was clearly looking a day or more old. Frech fries was like you are eating from a street seller (although many quality French fries being offered on the street) thick, soft, and tasteless. Cleaning wasn't that good. Tiny foods flies were circling over the burgers, I had to ask staff to turn on the lights so we could have our lunch in proper light. Won't recommend it now.

They have very bad service. As I ordered on their website to deliver my food in per31 and they even conformed my order after a while they called us and told us they don't offer delivery in per31 even when they charged an extra Rs 100. And we're not at all Considerate. It was a bad experience. Would never order from them again after this.

Tried bogo with The Sauce Burger Cafe for potatomoes It came out nice a try Usually i m not fond of the all this pizza fries stuff, the fact that its just the top layers that has all the potential to crave for which ends in a blink of eye & the rest is just salted fried potato. But their fries has the sauces rigged inside the whole cup 600 for 2 not bad Flavour: mexican & pepperoni 7/10 Vom 6/10

This place have lost its charm. Burgers are dry there is no sauce, extremely dry. Broasts are half done , smelly and hard. Ambience is unsatisfactory and environment of gulshan branch is not recommended. I have been there customer for past 6 months in SMCHS branch but Gulshan branch is not recommended to anyone.Later our broast were replaced but still not worth it.

Burger was big enough, sufficient for me thou, Tasteful, good service but setting area could be more cleaner

Went a couple of times to the North Nazimabad branch. Taste is way below average man and the rates are quite high compared to the quality they are delivering. Fried chicken, crispy burgers and beef burgers, all below average. Several better options in the city available if you want to spend this much money.

They did not have any chicken patty burgers on a sunday night IdK why, the food was delicious, there was less lighting in the dining area and the bathroom latch and lock were broken

The burgers were delicious. However, the ambience was really off. The airconditioner was barely working in the branch. Moreover, there was no one to take our order at the reception for a few minutes due to rush and slight mismanagement. Nevertheless, the burgers were yummy. Also, they gave me a ₨. 15 discount due to me having no change for ₨. 1000. So giving 4 stars as a result. The Sauce Burger Cafe should work on improving its ambience, albeit not on the expense on the quality of the burgers.
