I have never seen a hospital scamming patients to the level they do. They would even charge you for taking breath in their hospital. You are better off going to agha Khan instead , at least they provide top class services. believe me or not, for my wife's miscarriage which was only after 7 weeks they were able to make around 130k of me in the name of consultation , lab tests and d&c. Please save urself from these butchers.

So called Dr Khalid (more like a senior nurse or something) did not how to talk and was not listening to the actual problem. Plus Mosquitos one after another....Evidence is in the pic. Come one man !

Overall good cardiac care hospital. 24 hours cardiac emergency available. BUT over all it is a bit expensive. Cardiac OPD Fee os 1400Rupees. And if you consult a senior doctor its fee is 3000 rupees.

Negligent service I have visited yesterday medicare as it has been my family hospital since past 5 years... I have been coming across their professional negligence in the course of rendering medical service which were annoying at a minimal level. But today they have crossed every limit beyond professionalism and health care practices.... My mother visited this so called emergency somewhere in midnight... She was suffering by a mild left chest ache as she is a heart patient already. In the beginning they have given an average level of ER service and recommended some sort of blood test to exclude heart attack or any other heart related issues. The turnaround time was 2 to 3 hours, but even after 6 hrs the report wasn't formulated and an ER representative told me the report was negative which was told to him verbally. I did not tell but visited their laboratory at 7th floor where there was no representative.... No employee just the beeps of some diagnostic machines.... So even after spending nearly pkr 4000, I haven't been able to have diagnosis after 8 hours of ER care! So, don't try this hospital for and emergency in any disease!

Do not consider this hospital if you have any complicated diseases, they charged me almost 25k for the test and visits within a week after that the doctor AJIT LOHANA wasn't able to figure out the actual solution instead he suggested me I've to take "sakun ki goli" I still finding good doctor. My father is Dr Shahid Noor’s patient. Have been seeing him for a year now. His PA is the most unprofessional lady. You keep on calling her to know about Dr and she never picks it up. What’s the point of PA if she doesn’t want to pick up the call & assist. On counter, saw other people complaining about the same thing. Hospital & Dr should look into it.

Salam. Delivered baby boy on 11th of August. Alhumdullilah the hospital, the environment, the management and staff is superb. The gynae department is very much satisfying. I consulted Dr Sadia Rashid. I had the best experience with her. Her skills are superb. A Very devoted and a dedicated doctor. Highly recommended.

I took my mother to orthopedic clinic to see Dr Shahid Noor , they rip me off first to charge me double for appointment, secondly after seen my mother he discuss with me what I am doing so I mentioned I am engineer and came from UK, he quote me 10 lack for one knee replacement, I agreed and he gave me 2nd appointment to check the test results what he mentioned and discuss anistisia Dr after meeting he quote me 11 lack plus hospital stay charges , I am surprise what's going on if you tell them from abroad they target you, any way we agreed and booked the appointment after 2 weeks , before 3 days for surgery my older brother came from Canada he went to see him now Dr Shahid Noor change his quote to 14 lack plus hospital charges because he did same mistake which did. Even I know from one of my friend mother had both knee replacement with him at 5 lack plus hospital charges in December 2021. I recommend for other please don't mention to these Dr you came from abroad they do there best to take max out of you.

Worst hospital i have ever seen in my whole Life even govt hospitals r better then this hospital my grandmother was admitted in this hospital in CCU last week and she was not that sick even but after 4 days of treatment she never recovered and mostly all of the cardiac patients were dead also in this hospital highly not recommended if u can efford any other hospital then must be go there then to come here

Fantastic experience in the hospital ER. The doctors were friendly yet knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and well kept. And everyone knew their role. The nurse that drew blood did it better than anyone else has my entire life. Almost zero sting. Hope you never have to go to the hospital but if you do, medicare is highly recommended

WENT TO Emergency room ON 4th april as my brother was suffering for acute stomach ache the person there Nelson He had very unprofessional attitude. Asked me rudely to go collect reports go get medicines and wait!!! Felt the pain of Govt hospital patients as altough it was private hospital it felt like GoVt treatment. I strongly urge the hospital to train their staff in being professional or corteous to be very least!!!!

Very good and professional hospital. Consulted Dr. Sadia Rashid and it was a pleasing experience. Apart from Parking issues, everything is commendable. Nursing staff is also caring, cooperative and helpful.

Lack of professionalism. Misled a lot and profited off of me with unnecessary procedures when I was just a child. They used to be rude and didn’t clearly state the consequences of anything, which was detrimental to my process and face beyond fixing in ways I am only now realising. Advice if you still choose to go: cheaper treatments by students are not a risk worth taking on your health and appearance, especially if their forced additional expenses persist regardless. I think the only reason this place has decent reviews is the general lack of good healthcare in this city so money leeches end up being some of the ‘better’ options.

Great hospital and services but only lacks in 2 departments that is Toilets and car Parking for patients and attendents, Waiting in OPDs with lack of these services makes this experience a bit horrible specially for the patient who is waiting already in some illness. They seriously need to look into this matter, otherwise doctors and medical staff are real professionals and one of the best.

One of the worst and money grabbing/scamming Hospital I ever came across with. Charged me 18k for a heart patients equipment on my wife's delivery. The equipment they charged cannot be used in C-section as per their own nursing staff and as per WebMD.

I visited Dr. Salman Mansoor Skin Specialist. Before visiting I called to identify whether doc sitting today or not. The receptionist having bad behavior to pick the call. The Doc. feeling Sick during his appointment and does not read my blood work due to the soft copies. only Charges the fees does not response my allergy. I never recommend anyone to go this bad behavior doctor and staff.

Poor service provided in emergency of Medicare Hospital They injected canula in muscles instead of vein. A patient came here for pain relief but u increased the pain by putting the needle of canula at wrong place and thats too in Emergency Ward. Not satisfied! Uneducated & untrained staff in emergency ward.

I have had the experience of consulting Drs here a few times. Most of the times I couldn't get the appointment at my desired timings because of the non availability of Drs. Once I had a severe shoulder pain and I wanted to see an Orthopedic Surgeon but none was available whole day. However, when couple of times I was seen by few other Drs, I was dealt professionally. My experience in physiotherapy department was quiet good. The consultation fees and laboratory charges are reasonable. The new wing is entirely air conditioned and well maintained. I have had a chance to visit the private ward rooms as well which were quiet good. However I would like to suggest that the staff especially those sitting at the desk should treat the patients queries in a kind way. They should smile more and show more empathy.

Went to emergency with two kids today. Was told by the nurse that they have called the doctor (Dr Umar in Paeds) who will be there in 25 minutes. After 30 minutes both the nurse and compunder disappeared. Got to know that Dr Umar was in the same hospital but doing rounds with consultants. Imagine this is the condition of emergency department that too for kids

Is there anyone at the hospital who can I complain about the ppl sitting at the reception n answering calls of ppl already in trouble specially the PA of Dr. Shahid Noor n the ppl outside his OPD? I was admitted about a week ago with a case of pilonidal abscess. I was very impressed with the care the nurses took of me and the insertion of the canola was painless with just one complaint: Due to the impatience of the staff, I now have to suffer with a painful and swollen left hand which I now am unable to depend on for day to day movement because the male nurse kept speeding up the drip that was filled with a very heavy antibiotic, Linezolid. The surgery went very well but I'm sorry to say that I was not treated well after the surgery. By this I mean that knowing my freshly packed wound is at the top of my hips they laid me on the bed on my back, left me there to suffer for many minutes and refused to let me turn on my front. I was screaming and crying for help yet I was paid no heed. Thank you very much for that treatment, dear staff. Aside from this I paid for a private room and got a very dirty one to spend my time in. God knows what kind of bacteria it was crawling with. It's a miracle I didn't catch anything, thanks to my poor mother who sanitized the room and wiped every inch down with care. The surgeon had a very good hand but I would not recommend the hospital to anybody. Stay safe everyone.

Why do they over charged on the account of first check up without consent of patient ? I would request Dr's please choose a clinic where there's laboratory and patients can get tested. I don't know about other departments but as my recent experience they don't have audiometry lab but they have consultants of ENT and Audiology both.

I've had the worst experience of my life at Medicare Emergency, the doctor created panic for no reason at all, did few tests which were considered fake afterwords, they called me the other day to bring my patient back to the hospital for a sample again, I am like what the hell.. The ER Doc's Fee are too costly. Not worth it at all.. The services are good, the environment is fine. But I 've had a few off experiences too. One of the Doctor's incharge will tell you to do multiple tests for no reason at all.. In other words, khaal uter jayegi aapki agar aap yahan aate hain to. Bilawaja ka Expensive hai. The Lab services are pathetic, they did not provide me with the reports even after visiting them every second day. I pay in full as well. But what nonsense is that your computers are not working and other lame excuses..

The parking is fine, it wasn't a problem. OPD area was decent. The staff was nice. However, the doctor wasn't okay, I won't name the person. I visited during the start of the second week of Ramadan. Doc seemed to be in a hurry, he/she didn't check properly and asked me to get back after Eid. Mid convo - they picked up their mobile phone and keys, started walking outside and boom, they decided to walk away. The doc was in no emergency, jbtw.

I would like to add my review for dr Asha mahesh gynaecologist. She is very good dr . She listens what the patient is willing and she respect the willingness of patient. She is great dr. I had C-section delivery in this hospital. Clean atmosphere and the nursing staff is also very good. Hospital searching itself a big problem in Karachi. But Alhamdulilah we had a great experience. The only thing is there is no internet that makes annoying rather then this everything was good. We done the checkup with pediatric dr Qazi salam he is also a good dr. 👍

It was my family's first ever experience with this hospital. Everything is quite satisfactory including professional staff, hiegen and cleanliness, their quick responsiveness and other services. And their charges are better as compared to many other expensive hospitals in town. Highly Reccomeded The only thing which turned this satisfactory experience into annoyance was their patient discharge process. They officially need 3 hours to release a patient which is already too long and inefficient. on top of it they took extra hours.

Visited one if their eye specialist Dr Vijay Kumar for my normal eye check up As per them he is the senior most surgeon at their hospital . After the checkup when he didn't found anything tou he simply diagnosed cataract in my both eyes telling that it's severely spread and you need to go through immediate surgery my entire family got literally out of mind and badly depressed on hearing this . His illeterate PA doesn't have manners to talk even to the patients and literally using hands to stop them and misbehaving . Anyways not satisfied with his opinion my family took me to Hashmanis and other senior most doctor and they declared my eyes absolutely fine !! This hospital and this Dr especially needs to be thrown away making patients and their family so much upset with his poor diagnosis

Mainly docter couldn't dignose patients reason of illness and kept on collecting blood samples. No other senior doctor was called...Not recommended at all.

They lack competent doctors who refuse to do proper check ups and evaluations, their whole purpose is to keep you as long as possible in the hospital to make more money. They don’t care about their patients - my close family member had a horrible experience where they misdiagnosed her and refused to refer her to another hospital even though THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THE JOB THEMSELVES. Only go to Medicare if you want to die. 0 stars - I hope Medicare shuts down ASAP.
