Best place to train and gain! I came here as a total noob, worried about how I will manage with the people already training. To my surprise, every person in the academy was so helpful and training accordingly with me. Even the instructor knows you so well, he will observe you while training, teach you, train with you and push you where you are weak until your weakness becomes your strength. I think it's a best BJJ academy in Pakistan where you get to explore yourself and test your limits. Everyday you improvise; be it your jiu-jitsu skills or your personality! I was initially hesitant about starting bjj because I was intimidated by the idea of attending a formal Brazilian jiu Jitsu school. However a friend was training at Carlson Gracie Karachi and managed to convince me to take a free trial class. The academy is hands down the best place to train bjj in Karachi. The format and structure of the classes is exactly the same as any great bjj school overseas. The environment and training facility are spacious and clean. What really stands out for me is the quality of the instruction and jiu jitsu knowledge that is passed on to the students. It is fantastic! Coach Alisha Ahmed (purple belt from Carlson Gracie London) is super talented at jiu Jitsu, he is extremely professional thorough and punctual with everything, and takes the time out to advise and help his students on issues ranging from physical health/injury recovery to technique development. He helped me ease into my jiu jitsu journey at the academy. This is the only LEGIT place to train jiu Jitsu in Karachi!

By far the best place to train in karachi! Mats r quality, super clean and well maintained. The gym also has other cool facilities that supplement Jiu jitsu like rope climbing etc. The Instructor Alisha is very down to earth ( even though he's a beast) and is nice to everyone.
