No doubt its a nice cinema of Karachi to watch your favourite movies. But the food items are quite expensive. Otherwise, everything is best.

It was amazing! It's gonna be my go place to watch movies now. Although it's very far the drive is not bad at all. It's nice and clean the AC is nice n chilling. Their popcorns were yummy and the price was pretty good. We were in cinema 2 the screen and sound perfect even the seats were comfortable. A must visit looking forward to watching Thor here

I have immense craze for movies in cinemas but unfortunately there are only couple of cinemas in Pakistan that are worth visiting. No doubt, Nueplex is among those top quality cinemas that I recommend to people. I have been its regular customer since 2013 and it never disappointed me. So, I never miss it whenever I visit Karachi. Equipped with Dolby Digital 11.1, it has the biggest screens in Karachi. To be more precise, screen-2 at DHA and screen-6 at Askari are the biggest ones. That's why I prefer thesetwo screens to make it memorable. Other sxreens are still bigger than those available in most of the cinemas in Pakistan. Go guys grab a ticket esp if it is a 3D movie.

It is a popular and reputed cinema in Pakistan. Located outside of the city, so free from rush. Plenty of parking available.

I experienced the open air cinema for the first time yesterday evening. What a wonderful experience! The recliners were comfy, the blankets provided (I was there at the night ) were warm and smelled clean and fresh. The ushers were attentive when they were there. Only downside was my headphones ran out of charge towards the end of the movie and I missed part of it. I tried to look for the usher but they weren't to be found. Also the ushers chatted quite a bit distracting me from hearing the movie and the phone rang 5 or 6 times which was distracting as well. I did tell the usher to keep the other servers quiet but they started up again.

Inexpensive ticket prices, comfortable seats, and reasonably priced concessions. If you get the higher priced seats for 1300rs you will have reclining seats and table service. This is great when late at night on a weekday and not busy. I could see the table service being an interruption to immersion when busy and people want to order concessions during the movie. The concession options are limited, but I did enjoy the caramel popcorn. Personally, I'd recommend eating at home or arriving early to eat in the food court within the same building.

A small but good mall with probably the best cinema in Karachi. Has all the major brands of Pakistan. Nueplex Cinema is the cinema where all most all movie premiers of Pakistani movies are held. I visit it regularly always the first choice in watching a movie, their food court could have been better though.

They have the best sound system and quality among all cinemas in the city. Plus the screen sizes are better and bigger. Good environment and services. Royal cinemas is a must try for once to get the royal service and feel. It would be great if they start online seat selection, booking and payment! It’s Feb 2023 and they are sadly still not online. And top of that they don’t take card payment on counters, only cash.!! Make sure you take cash for payment .

It's really nice i always go there to spend quality time with family and friends as i have noticed this time the screen was not that clear and the picture quality was quite low. But i found the open air screening too, which is very cool and cosy. Surely, I will try to watch the movie there in winters.

Only use the royal cinema to enjoy a true cinematic experience. It costs 1400 per head for a 2d movie. The food inside is quite expensive compared to other cinemas. However watching a movie in the Royal cinema in a blanket in a reclining seat is a lot of fun and worth it

We had a terrible experience last week. We went to watch Wonka. The popcorn box had staples inside it!!! In a dark room, our 7 year old child swallowed them with the popcorn. How ridiculous and unsafe is that?!? We had to rush him to the ER, he has 5 staples stuck inside his body. We have gone for X-rays multiple times and even shown this to the Neuplex staff. They have investigated but their response to help us has been EXTREMELY POOR. How can this not be a big issue? Beware. This case is not yet closed. We are praying for our child’s safety at this point.

Really bad experience. Cutting off the numerous scenes from movies is really a bad idea. It destroys the whole experience. And please do something to also release Indian content, unfortunately it’s a impact is negative for public. People have become more callous so their views about whole cinema. Hollywood movies are not for a common pakistani. I personally know a cinema investor who moved to Bangladesh because of the economic stress here

I recently had the pleasure of watching a movie with my family at a remarkable cinema. The theater impressed us with its cleanliness and spaciousness, creating a comfortable & enjoyable environment. Additionally, the cinema boasted a large food court, offering a wide variety of delicious snacks and refreshments. Located in an area with ample parking & excellent security measures, we felt at ease throughout our visit. Overall, the cinema provided a delightful experience, combining a clean and spacious atmosphere with convenient amenities, making it an ideal choice for a family outing. ❤️

I went there to watch Dune Part 2, Screen was good although sound system need some improvement, It was Hans Zimmer bgm and I wasn't getting vibe of him. Secondly tickets aren't online, They charge cash only, It's like they don't want to cope up with modern ticket system, Hassle free cinema and maybe they are running away from taxes, That's not good either. Overall good experience, I wish if i can see IMAX in Karachi, I really want to enjoy amazing cinematic experience.

The first floor is quite dismal looking. Every time I have gone there the lights have been dim and the place looks very dull. The cinema is good and the snacks are great. Not too bad but the ambience could be improved.

Recently visited to watch a movie. First bad experience snack are not allowed from outside, okay fine. Prices for snacks inside specially Lays of Rs. 50 costs 150+ tax. Soft drink with gas. Popcorn were pathetic cold and not properly made. And credit card facility. WOW. Second worst experience, family sitting behind were keep on kicking till the movie lasts. Interval just for 5 minutes. I love to hate to go this place ever again. Management should apologize and sorry.

Worst cinema in Town, used to the finest but these guys. The snack bar doesn't accept cards, only cash. During the movie, the AC was not working and this time of month we were sweating as hell and those were uncomfortable, these guys have not changed their seats/cushions for a while. Unbearable. At least deliver what you ask for. Expensive ticket and this? Better to go to Cinepax at least chilled AC + recliner.

It was our happy place till today. The cinema is no doubt beautiful, comfortable and one of best but the crowd was not so lovely. People come late and then flash their cell phone light on other people's eyes, they chat during movie and disturb every one. Worse thing for us is people making noises and laughing or showing they are scared during horror movies. Today we went to watch The Nun 2 which was indeed an excellent movie. Just people need to be controlled by the management. They should not be allowed after 15 minutes of start of movie.

The overall building needs a serious revamp to attract customers. 2 of the escalators are not working usually, they are all in the worst conditions with rust. The lift doors are wobbly. Washrooms are not maintained. Ticket and snack counters don’t accept cards. Glass holders in the cinema are dirty with old popcorns and other food remains. The standards no doubt have fallen post COVID-19, although it still has the best screen, comfortable seats and speakers in terms of cinemas in Karachi.

I had an amazing time watching "The Beekeeper" at Nueplex Cinema in DHA. It was the perfect movie night! The ambience at Nueplex Cinema is always top-notch, and it's great that I was able to enjoy the movie while munching on some delicious popcorn. The theatre itself is spacious and comfortable, with cozy seating that allows you to immerse yourself fully in the film. The sound quality is fantastic, making the movie-watching experience even more enjoyable.

Cinemas are of a good quality however the mall which is extremely small is deplitated and needs a major overhaul. Be careful of the escalators as they seem old and dangerous. Unfortunately the snacks counter also does not have the popcorn, nachos that are of good quality. Nevertheless one can have a great time here in the movies with a great company.

The ambient is different, be it the lights, temperature or music. Mostly neat at times, but the toilets are small, very small for a six feet person like me, you get stuck in there & difficult to get out, once you are in, specially Crowded In the interval of movies.

It was great. We watched " The Legend of Maula Jatt " on last Saturday Nov 12th. Ambience good as ecpected. Clean neat ,not noisy at all. Nueplex DHA phase 8 looks like Cinema for gentry as you can coclude by watching incoming viewers. House was full , everyone seemed enjoying the movie and passing comments.popcorn was crispy fresh McDonald outlet there had fresh tadty zinger burgers. Reallt enjoyed and had a good pleasant time

It is known as a good cinema in Karachi. We went to watch the movie at the Royal Hall which was more enjoyable to watch in the comfortable and spacious seats. Although the screen of this hall is not very big, it has a different fun due to the limited seats in the theatre. The sound system was good and lightweight blankets were provided. Food and drinks were brought to our seats by the staff, it is nice to enjoy popcorn or nacho cheese under a blanket. The Royal Cinema ticket was 400 rupees more expensive than the other hall tickets and I felt the experience was worth it in that amount.

  • 5/5 Sabahat i. 1 year ago on Google

Just went to watch the new transformers rise of the beasts, and it was a tremendous amazing experience there. The one thing that I want them to improve is that the counter from which you have to purchase the 3D glasses does not accept debit/credit cards, which is something you don't expect these days and I had to go all the way back to bring out cash from the nearby ATM.

  • 3/5 Fahad O. 10 months ago on Google

Nueplex is located inside a small plaza,it has different categories of movie theaters,I went on monday night and this place was full.since I didnt hv advanced reservations I ended up going to cinema 1 whose ticket was 1000 rs,the cheaper ones.the seats were extremely small and uncomfortable. I'm short in ht and even I was finding it hard to seat on that seat for entire movie. The screen is just ok.if you compare it to nueplex askari that is much more better in every way.would recommend to buy tickets before you go to this place.

A good cinema, located in Phase 8 of DHA. Seats are relaxing and tiltable. Small table/tray between each pair of seats for food and drinks. But the seats are too far apart for during-movie discussions.

  • 4/5 Deltauro D. 8 months ago on Google
They had the royal hall. This had recliner sofas. There was lots of space and tables between consumers. The hall was clean and there was no bad smell. The sound quality was loud and not clear. Overall, quality was as good as UK or KSA if not better. Good quality for the price. Of course, you can only buy the drinks and popcorn from their own shop and not bring anything from outside. Shop charges higher amounts. Washrooms and seating area were clean.

Have been here a lot and I have to say it has a lovely environment. They have comfortable seats whether it be lounge seats or cinema hall ones. Their popcorn and other snacks are always fresh and good. Their slushies though are too sweet for my liking, but, people seem to enjoy them. However as for 3D, it needs improvement. As of now I'd rather watch movies in 2D which loses them a star.

  • 4/5 Taha K. 6 months ago on Google
They have 4 cinema screens. 1 royal cinema screen with on seat dining experience (not that there is a separate menu for it) and an outdoor night cinema. However their snack counter leaves a lot to be imagined. They have the basics, popcorn, hot dog and drinks. However they need to up their game on the snack side. Introduce affordable nachos (not at 3 times the value of a ticket) and introduce additional food variations. The primary reason to go to the cinemas are their Cinema 1 and Cinema 2 screens. The rest is the same as all the others.

😠 Watched Dr. Strange in the Silver Room today. The theatre was so warm that my siblings and I had to buy cold drinks to cool ourselves off. Very noisy too; I could hear people chatting/laughing.
