Most pathetic "Commercial plaza" instead of Hospital. They are used to deploy trainees in emergency as incharge instead of some senior Doctors. These butchers ignored all ethics and morals and doing their practices just to earn money or achieve monthly targets regardless the consequences anyone can face with their Malafides... It is good for nothing. The worst hospital in gulshan-e-Iqbal Town block 4 MONEY MAKING FACTORY 🏭 #patelhospital LAND GRABBERS LOOT MAFIAS IMPOTENT MANAGMENT

Best place to suicide. Exceptionally poor service inexperienced Dr and staff. Wards are pathetic and dirty. If you are on Panel or insurance or ready to pay, you will be in hospital for long without any need. Unfortunately Dr’s profession used to be a respectable but Patel hospital’s Doctors proof us wrong as they prefer business over patients live. My father had almost died in ICU during dialysis. If you want to live dont think about Patel hospital

Good and clean hospital for people living in Karachi where you will find all major consultants easily. Parking is a bit of a problem as you have to hand over the car or bike to the KMC who will charge you for this parking. I would like to say one thing about all other hospitals that may Allah protect all people from hospitals because the hospitals of Pakistan are very cruel.

Reasonable, affordable medical facity for nearby areas in Gulshan Town. Unfortunately, we are the frequent visitors of this hospital deuto mother illness. Parking is difficult to find. Lack of good, experienced medical doctors experts, but still, it's a good option for emergencies and small surgeries. Good cafe teria and pharmacies. Recently, they introduced vallet parking & Yes, like every other medical centers they also try to earn. Maybe this is how they earn and maintain their existence. It's still reasonable.

Poor Service Quality: I had a disappointing experience at Patel Hospital. The service quality was below par and didn't meet my expectations. Unprofessional Staff: The staff at Patel Hospital seemed unprofessional and lacked the necessary empathy towards patients. Long Waiting Times: I was frustrated by the excessively long waiting times at Patel Hospital, which made the whole experience exhausting. Lack of Communication: There was a serious lack of communication between the medical staff and the patients, leading to confusion and frustration. Hygiene Concerns: I observed certain hygiene issues at Patel Hospital that raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and safety.

Greedy hospital, take money before treatment even if a patient is in severe condition. They never give a proper summary of the payment only they mentioned the amount for daily basis. In my point of view they are a big riots. There doctors are careless and never give much time to their patients and nurses are lazy, uneducated and not trained. Their staff and administration department are fraud. No proper sitting arrangement for the attendant behind Money maker #patelhospital Corrupt Careless Untrained

Patel Hospital in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block - 4 is one of the pioneer in setting quality medical facilities in this area . They are the trend setters in the medical facilities , although their charges are higher but they are providing good medical services .

DO NOT COME TO THIS #PATELHOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM! This emergency is the WORST! The patient in front of us was BLEEDING ON HIS HEAD but they just made him WAIT. They didn't even try to clean the wound or anything. The patient could get infection. THEY JUST GAVE HIM TISSUES FOR THE BLEEDING AND MADE HIM WAIT. That patient is an old man which makes it more risky/dangerous. #Moneymakingfactory #unproffessional #traineestaff #MAFIAMANAGEMENT

I wish there could have been an option of 0 star then I would have selected it. I have been there today with my wife in ER. I have seen some good reviews that is why I have unfortunately made a mistake to visit this inhumane, incompetent, messy, irresponsible medical facility. ER was full of noise and people were having gags while my wife was irritated due to her health! Doctor doesn't know what they were saying! Staff was busy in ridiculing each other instead of servicing the patient. On top of it not a single administrator was there to supervise! If this is a good medical facility, I will prefer agony and die!

It's crowded, with big queues for OPD Doctors or even emergency. Few Doctors are good or otherwise most Doctors are Time passes. There is a Big issue Hospitek has no parking and no appropriate area for patients to sit and wait. Counter clerks are nonprofessional. It looks like management is focusing and making a hell of money and ignoring the facilities and the good behavior for patients.

I went for eye check of my five years old, technician staff is nice but a long que in waiting to see a doctor. I went at 9 am, they charged 500 fees and 150 for card, still got 13 number. Checkup could be 2 to 3 hours long. Need to improve hygiene and washroom cleaning.

Its a private hospital. Its non-profit based, but, I am not aware of sure if they provide anyone with anything free. The hospital has most of the modern facilties but it is managed in a manner that it leaves a lot for improvement. The OPD sitting areas, waiting areas, amenities such as toilets for visitors, parking areas, these are some of the areas where this hospital does not do any good. Unfortunately, I have seen its emergency section a couple of times, not a good place to be, the doctors are good but the manner the hospital is run, it does not do much good for the patient. The general staff may be trained but they are not doing justice to their profession, patient's care becomes the responsibility of the attendants. During peak Covid, one could easily see their staff without masks, sanitizers are not in abundance, and Kharchi culture prevails. Unfortunately, this is how most of hte hospitals are in our country and better have this then nothing.

I have been living near Patel Hospital for the last 15 years and I was surprised to hear and see that Patel Hospital also appeals for Zakat/ charity on TV and social media in Ramadan, while Patel Hospital is 100000% private institution. Even if a patient dies in the hospital during treatment, the hospital administration does not hand over the body of the patient to the heirs until the full amount has been paid. Should be Aduit at the government level. Yes, of course, if this organization does charity to a particular community, then it must also write with its zakat appeal on T.v & Social media.

We went to the hospital in November,as the Dr Namra waqar was the most irresponsible doctor have come accross. we went at 7pm she reached to the duty but seemed to not care for my father who was in an emergency room we waited for her till 2am all this while ecg was not done and other tests were pending, she was busy having her time chit chatting and having tea. I was so worried for my father she knew I was anxious and was asking the nurses that when will the doctor or the needed test and formalities will start. I am so dissapointed by the behaviour of the doctors of the best Hospitals as claimed. Well and i agree the other reviews regarding the clineness of the hospital which is bare minimum

Visited OPD of Eye Clinic, on 15 June 2023. it was very crowded, with big queues for OPD Doctors. We spent 5 hours for waiting our turn the Doctor did not listen our concern instead arguing on each points when we trying to mention our eye vision problems The doctor was very rude. Behavior was very bad. we did not expect such behavior from a senior doctor. A good behavior of doctor gives 50% relaxation to patient rest from his treatment. But we are sorry to say that he does not show any respect and treat patient very badly. The other issue is that there is no privacy of the patient as 2-3 patients together at a time in Doctor's room.

I would NOT recommend this hospital, its an average hospital except few renowned doctors and one of the doctor was the reason to came here and get it operated,i couldn't find the helping staff anywhere starting with the admission team, everyone is in hurry, the first issue was with the ECG machin, they did with two different machines and with full process followed but at the end they figured out that the machine was faulty, then they finally did with the right machine third time, thats the kind of professionalism they reflect, the staff at the nursing station delays things even upon asking again and again no one appeared for the post operative care on time which is not good, there was no post surgery information shared with the attendant, the quality of the room is also not good.Don't waist your time and money here and let your patient get suffer.

I had my two babies at Patel and overall experience was not that bad but this time due to covid conditions, they are not following the proper SOPS. The people in the OPD can sit without masks. The bed on which the doctor checks the patient has one piece of sheet which they use for all patients. I'm thinking to change the hospital now.

So, someone referred me to Dr Shereen (I don't remember her last name), she is one of the pediatrician. My son was throwing up after every feed secondly, drooling and coughing. According to her, this was normal and he did not have chest congestion. I asked her to check again because I felt he did have chest congestion. She was confident and said your son is completely fine. I was like Alhamdulillah. Now, for his drooling she prescribed me Somogel. I was like omg!!!! Is she serious, Somogel is too hard for such little kid. Anyways, I didn't buy that and came home. And guess what, my son sneezed with snivel. I'm so anxious the way these drs are now treating. Last but not the least, her tone wasn't polite. She was treating me as if she was doing a favour.

I was born in this hospital a long time ago. By the doctors Vraj Patel and Karina Patel. Overall very good doctors 👍. May have been dropped by Vraj but overall I seem fine 😊. I remember as a baby I looked out through the beautiful scenery at 5 mins old. The greenery left me with a good impression of the planet earth👌. Luckily my parents let me drive out of the hospital and to my new home I may have hit a couple of children on the way there but I made it there fine🚗. Karina and Vraj still keep in touch with me today as they were impressed with my driving skills and now monitor me for that and definitely that and nothing else. Pls, give them a raise they are severely underpaid💸.(I'm the one on the left of the pic 1 minute after being born)(Vraj on the right)(Karina took the photo)

I would never recommend this place. we went there for my dad's checkup and he was diagnosed with cancer. Female Dr . Ramandeep from Head & neck cancer dept didnt even have the manners to not tell the patient on his face. She should have informed a family member first before straightaway telling the patient " you have cancer" . Zero ethics. And when we decided to go with another hospital they kept harassing us with phone calls that why are u not coming back as if they are sales people. wait times are crazy.. they make u wait whole day and have zero empathy.. We decided to go with DMC Cancer care centre ... and it was the best decision. Its so so much better than this place.

This hospital doesn't even deserve 1 star, it's a very inhumane place with irresponsible medical staff. I've had personal experience with my mother. She was treated awfully while struggling to recover from corona. No doctor or nurse was present on duty at night when she passed away, only a ward boy who gave her an injection. The death rate during corona is extremely high at this hospital. They don't treat the patients right, instead just profit off of them. It's a pathetic hospital, not recommended to anyone.

Located at a different locality of Gulshane Iqbal Block 4, behind Disco Bakery. Earlier it was famous for its Burns Ward, then also became popular by providing earlier COVID testing facilities and Isolation Ward. It has proper Emergency, OPD and Operation Theatres to look after various diseases and epidemic. The staff is good and environment also reasonable. Though is situated on a very small property.

I visit OPD for throat pain. After check up Dr write medicine and injection. And refer me to emergency for injection. I went to emergency for injection. Un professional staff was there. They inject me wrong. I was continuously saying it's painful you are not injected in vein.but he did not bother. After 2-3 minutes he realize he inject wrong. When he open burnola , my hand was swelled. He said give me other hand. I denied and complaint to administration branch. But no one guilty. They should give warning letter to staff who are not working honestly in this profession.

I needed a pre-departure COVID PCR for international travel via GULF AIR. The airline required a report with QR code from any lab. Major hospitals like L National & A Khan do not give QR codes on their lab reports. There were some minor hitches while getting registered for test (mainly as GULF are not affiliated with any labs per se), but the test was performed smoothly and I was sent link to report within 9 hours and downloaded it online and printed it. The QR code works. Made life so much easier.

The resident gynecologist Dr Samina Saleem bailed on us and many other patients and went on vacations for 3 months without any notification and assigning a replacement on 38th week When asked her team which doctor are we assigned to the response was that anyone available will see you. So no ownership of the case. Highly irresponsible and non ethical behavior

A good hospital fully air-conditioned and staff and doctors are very co operative the management of the hospital is also good the hospital is neat and clean always. This hospital is also fully secured. This hospital also offers emergency. . Only one thing I don't like the hospital they do not allow a child in private room or semi private room or any room even the is special relationship with patients like Mother daughter or mother son.

A Patel hospital is a medical facility that operates without any intention of generating profits. Instead, the primary objective of such a hospital is to provide healthcare services to the community at a reasonable cost. The hospital may charge patients for services rendered, but the fees are typically just enough to cover operating expenses, without generating any profit for the owners or shareholders. One of the key advantages of a Patel hospital is that it can provide healthcare services to low-income families and other vulnerable populations who might not be able to afford treatment at a for-profit hospital. These hospitals typically offer a range of services, including primary care, specialist consultations, diagnostics, surgery, and rehabilitation, at significantly lower prices than those charged by private hospitals.

Best service with Expert Doctors. Some staff members are really slow like Computer Operators in OPD, Slow OPD. It takes a complete day to get a patient checked up.

Public service message: Do not take your patients to this pathetic money making facility. They'll just suffer more. Staff is extremely rude and inhumane. Private room charges are 15000/- per 24 hours (without medicinal charges). Yeah! Imagine that.

Quite possibly, the most rude & unhelpful staff of a hospital, I've ever encountered in my life. This hospital is nothing more than a money making institution. If you want your patient to suffer horrifically, do visit this place.

They killed my wife. The doctor told her, to her face, that she was dying of liver failure. I don't know if anything is more cruel and heartless than doing this to a dying patient. Moreover, the staff was extremely rude with us & the patient. I'm begging you people to never take your patients to this horrendous business facility. It'll just increase their suffering.

Services are not upto the mark. Private room was given at the rate of Rs. 7,000 per night. There system is very unique if you got room at10pm they will charge you one day room rent for 2 hours and 12am second day will be charged. This should be reviewed, it's burden on patients.

I am here for my eye check-up. They are allowing people without mask, without temperature check. On machine ( KR 8900) they asked me to come and put my chin and head for number check. I said her twice to clean the serface from sanitizer, but she insisted me to do it with out cleaning. I refused this check without cleaning then she found a two inch piece of alcohol swab from somewhere and clean it for me. For other patients she didn't do it. If this is the practice in a big hospital, how we can overcome this pendemic, and it will remain in pakistan for years like polio and TB. God forbid,🙁🙁.

A well established hospital having emergency, laboratory, OPD, general & private wards, and various other health and medical departments and facilities. I availed lab and radiology services only, and felt satisfied with the staff's professionalism and equipment used. Waiting areas were air-conditioned, and patient's turn time was also bearable. Good setup in locality of Gulshan e Iqbal.
