Although good doctors are available there in OPD but not recommended to get admitted in Saifee. Very casual and carless treatment for admitted patients as per my personal experience. My daughter got admitted there in on 10th of August. Consult doctor get out of city during treatment of my daughter on 12 August when she was suffering from high infection in blood as CRP report reflecting high figure of 75 which should have less than 5 and a temperature of slightly more than 106 C. New doctor Dr. Faroogh Naseem came and he has no idea about case history of my daughter. I requested him to tell what is the reason of all this infection? And also discussed with him that we are not feeling satisfactory from treatment. Should I take my daughter in any other hospital? He said she is not my patient, please concern to Dr. Masroor, who was out of city. I am just there to visit the patients in absence of Dr. Masroor. I requested to Dr. Sakina on 13 August as she is a floor manager in 2nd floor of Saifee Hospital, to look over the matter and provide a suitable treatment as Dr. Faroogh Naseem is not careful enough towards my daughter but she didn't responded properly. Next day on 14th August, I observed same casual attitude from Dr. Faroogh Naseem and I requested Dr. Sakina again to replace visit with suitable consultant, but she refused and ask if you are not feeling satisfactory you may go to any other hospital. It was the forth day of admission and she was asking to leave with no diagnose of actual cause of infection. It is Saturday today on 14 August 2021 and tomorrow is Sunday, both days are holidays, normally doctors don't come in hospitals in these days. In this condition I request them to discharge my daughter as they are not providing proper treatment. At the time of discharge CRP was still high at figure of 23 which shouldn't be more than 5 and a temperature of 102 C but despite of that fact Dr. Sakina made a false discharge report of stable condition. Here it is the snap shot of discharge report is attached. Please avoid this hospital in case of admission due to irresponsible consultants and less caring management.

They are providing good medical services in this area and their charges are normal The behavior of Doctors and the supporting medical and non medical staff is good . Dr Masroor Zaheer ( pediatric) was best in town and visited patients in Saifee hospital. They provide cheaper services as compared to other hospitals. This doctor is a magic man 🙂. He also attends children at Mumtaz hospital. Janitorial stuff was also very helpful to us during my niece's hospitalization.

If you are going to Emergency, then may Allah have mercy on you. If you're lucky and I mean very very lucky, you might get a good doctor (there are very few) and treatment but if you are not you might end up loosing your life, God forbid. OPD Department is slightly better but no way good enough. Most of the doctors are just prescribing Anti-Biotics and Steroids. They might and in most of the cases will give you instant relief but will definitely hurt you in the longer run as their side effects are long lasting.

Dr. Saeed Alam is the worst doctor in Saifee hospital. My 80 years old father was gone in danger just because he didn't prescribe any medicine for his infection after a hip sugery. Later he said just go to xyz doctor i can't handle it. Wait, what!! You can't handle it? Then from the 20 days what were you doing? Just trying to get more more money. Really pathetic, there is no humanity in these kind of doctors. Be aware from him.

Great hospital with amazing service. This belongs to the Bohri community but its open to serve everyone. A great team of Gynacologist sit here. They also prefer and concentrate on normal delivery ratger the C Section delivery. Prof. Anjum Afshan, Shirin Gul, Nusrat Bano, Dr. Naz are some top names. First come first serve basis. Number starts early in the morning drom 8.30 AM. Nice clean washrooms. Payment by card is also available along with cash. Does not have any internal parking for ppl. Overall satisfactory service provided.

Dr. Mussarat Arshad is a such unresponsible doctor who never comes on time. Disappointed! At every appointment there is a increase in her consultation fee which has gone upto Rs.1100 and still pathetic service.

We came here in emergency to get checked our daugher. Technicians who attended our daughter for installing the cannula was not wearing gloves, he dealt totally unprofessional. With naked hands, he installed cannula, blood drip on floor and he refused to wear the gloves. They shifted us on first floor for drip, bed sheets and pillow cover were too dirty, we asked to replace and staff argued each other, they blaming each other for dirty bed sheets and pillow cover.

Recently fees increased from 1100 to 1500 for many doctors, but services are good. If you want to visit here remember that you have to wait for an hour or half if you didn't get prior appointment from reception, they didn't give appointment on call or online you have to go there for appointment in person.

Hospital is conveniently located and easily accessible. Well experienced doctors, patients are assessed and treated quickly in the ER too :) An area for improvement would be training for the cleaning and ancillary staff so that they can empathize with patients. A good hospital but as other private hospitals, nothing is free. In Saifee, drinking water is also, on buying. Parking lot is occupied by mafia. The space of parking is reserved for staff. Gynecology is as other hospitals, if you have emergency and have not paid deposit and file, doctors will not touch the patient if die. Blood not available, spacially, non common blood groups are not available at all. Emergency handling need improvement too much. Policy makers are from Bohary community and no mercy. A poor should never enter there. In one line, about this is: "A commercial place, not very expensive."

Dr. Moiz motiwala is nice doctor however, OPD fees is quiet expensive....further there is no online facility to book an appointment, one need to visit personally taking an appointment in morning and then visit again during OPD timings....please note that there is long waiting in OPDs...

Worst hospital ever. I am a doctor and I went to consult a gynaecologist for a very basic issue. The doctor who is a professor was so arrogant that she didn't even listen to me completely. And wrote down the tests that need to be done. When I went to the ultrasound department they said we don’t accept card and you can search for an ATM machine or the main reception. I then arrived at the main reception who asked me to go and confirm the price and only then he will charge. I asked the guard about the ATM machine and luckily it was working. While I sat on the waiting bench outside infront of the cafe to organise the report, a lizard jumped and sat on my shirt after which I was disgusted to the core and no one was there to help me. No staff. I went to the ultrasound dept with the cash that I withdrew and got the slip. While I waited for 30-40 mins in such a crowded environmentI got the ultrasound done which was hardly for 2 mins. Everything was normal and I was told why did you consulted gynaecology for this issue which was to some extent correct. Then as per the gynaecologist who asked me to get the u/s kub done and show her the reports today was not there anymore. She had left. And I was told by the nurse to go to the second floor to talk to her medical officer. Lol. I did that. She wrote another 2 tests. So I came back home. A patient is coming to you with pain and you are so busy to understand or listen. You just increase their pain way too much. Bitter but true. I wasted so much money and energy. And now my pain is even worse. Thank you Saifee.

The guard specially the fair tall one with long beard is the stupidest of all. Patient is on oxygen and needs emergency c-sec all they care about is money and keep on lying about patient’s health. They don’t know how to diagnose a disease and give patients wrong medicines and when case goes out of their control then they ask you to take a patient to other hospital so they will not be blame.
