Extremely
dissapointed
from
management
and
services.
Firstly
it
will
take
you
forever
to
connect
to
hospital
via
call
as
their
number
is
mostly
busy,
even
the
emergency
hotline
no.
I
registered
myself
for
my
delivery.
I
reached
hospital
around
8
am
with
labor
pain
and
I
was
told
right
an
hour
after
that
they
have
to
perform
a
C
section
due
to
some
complications
but
they
kept
me
waiting
till
12.20pm
since
their
epidural
team
was
not
available
meanwhile
i
was
dying
of
pain
and
was
left
in
Ot
alone.
When
I
was
moved
to
room
I
kept
lying
on
dirty
bedsheet
for
straight
two
days,
even
requested
nurses
to
change
but
they
were
more
interested
in
taking
money
in
the
name
of
sweets
rather
helping
and
comforting.
the
tests
that
were
run
took
them
two
weeks
time
to
provide
us
with
reports.
I
kept
calling
and
chasing
them
for
resports
but
they
took
there
sweet
time
in
providing
us
results
of
urgently
done
tests.
I
was
discharged
with
no
medicines
prescribed.
A
nurse
told
me
when
you
feel
pain
take
a
panadol.
After
3
days
of
delivery
my
pain
intensified
I
was
unable
to
walk
and
sit
even
,
i
revisted
the
hospital
and
they
told
me
the
discharge
card
that
was
givem
to
my
mother
at
reception
had
medicines
mentioned
and
I
should
have
checked
it
myself.
They
did
not
even
bother
mentioning
it
to
my
mother
who
they
were
handling
the
discharge
card.
Usually
hospitals
takes
a
day
or
two
at
most
to
prepare
birth
certificate.
But
here
it
took
me
forever.
After
constant
chasing,
calling,
visiting
they
finally
gave
my
my
son's
birther
certificate
after
2.5
weeks
from.his
birth
date.
The
nurses
rushes
finishing
drips
on
me
as
they
were
always
in
some
hurry
in
finishing
their
duty
and
leaving.
The
day
of
my
discharhe
one
nurse
finished
3
drips
in
less
thn
10
mins
time
on
me
as
she
was
rushinh
to
finih
her
duty
time.
and
it
happened
multiple
times.
In
a
nutshell
I
experienced
pathetic
services
and
pathetic
management.
