I have had an excellent experience at Hashmani’s, I had my lasik yesterday and it’s been an absolute blessing. The whole experience was made extremely comfortable by the staff, specifically by Zainab who explained the process and helped calm any nerves that were creating doubt about the process. My follow ups post surgery were detailed and I have had support internationally for my eyes as well. I took my aged father for post surgery checkup, and It took me 3 hours to reach to the doctor. Doctor was sitting in his room waiting for the patient, but the eye testing unit is worst, the major delay is from their side, there are 2 units but only 1 was functional. Doctors were literally free for 10 minutes after checking 1 patient, because another patient is still not done by the eye test. Such a big name but worst management.

Worst experience with Hashmanis, i requested for PCR test for travelling to dubai, and i clearly mentioned to Hashmanis representative that we required this test for travelling to dubai, He acknowledge that Hashmanis is registered for it and confirmed my booking for home sampling but at the time of travelling they off load us with the reason that Hashmanis is not registered for PCR test. Hashmanis means Waste of time and waste of money.

I am very disappointed with Dr. Shariff Hashwani. On January 2017, I had gone through a Cataract Surgery just after 9 months, very recently one of my nerve got raptured and the fluids started to flow out, now my vision is becoming dim as well as black spot and hairy lines are appearing right beside my cronea (centre) of the eyes. Now although I have been given the medicine by Dr Shariff Hashwani's assistant doctor Ali, but I am not satisfied. I had my FEMTO Contoura vision laser done from hashmani hospital by Dr. Hashmani himself ma jinnah branch. Ms Zainab really took a good care of us. The procedure was followed up by my brother and another friend too. But a general advise would be nothing best serves than a natural eye vision as eye becomes sensitive to sunlight after any laser be it be any advanced.

The operation which was supposed to be done by bloody Hashmani himself but it was in fact done by some pathetic, lunatic Jahil technician (named Murad) who literally tortured her throughout. Beaware of Dr Saima Majid of Hashmani Hospital Gulistan-e-Jauhar attached is her picture, she has already damaged the eyes of my mother in law (Tabaasum Naz) by doing a faulty operation installing the lense incorrectly and now she is asking her that she cannot do anything straight forwardly . Nice eye hospital for almost all ophthalmic issues. The hospital is good. A nice and well equipped hospital is really what we say professional. Honest evaluation of the treatments required and reasonable price. I am not very impressed and will recommend that you can go there. They have experienced doctors whose main priority is making sure to get every patient treated accordingly and correctly. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The hospital building is nice but needs to be more clean and hygienic. Location is good for the nearby residents and the as always the case, parking is a big issue.

Plus, when we checked out the hospital room, the person on the counter didn't return my 10K at first. Tried to deceit me. Hospital room was not good enough. Canteen was not hygienic at all. There were hair in patient's oats. Glasses inside the hospital were sold on 4 times higher rates than the real price. In short, Staff should learn some professionalism and hospital should not be an unfair money making business.

Have had three appointments at this location and each time was pleasant. The ladies in the front are so polite and accommodating and the doctor was always prompt. Recently got FEMTO Lasik done from here. Initial tests/consultation day: it was pretty efficient. All tests were done back to back. Didn’t have to wait much for anything. Met up with Dr. Nauman who answered all my questions and explained everything. Surgery day: Had to wait an hour and a half so that wasn’t fun but the actual procedure took just 15 minutes. They make you wear a surgery gown and a bouffant hat prior to the surgery. I wear hijab and there was no accommodation for privacy. I had to do it in front of other male patients in the waiting room. That was upsetting. Hope they work on that. Results: SOLID FIVE STARS for the surgery and results. I had perfect vision right next day. I didn’t have any irritation, itchiness or discomfort after the procedure. Just some dryness but manageable with the drops. Heard from other people who have gotten it done elsewhere that they had unbearable discomfort in the eyes the next day. My cousin got subconjunctival hemorrhage post surgery. Whereas I had perfectly healthy eyes in less than 24 hours. This speaks volumes about how competent and talented Dr. Nauman is! 11/10 recommend him! Price: taking off one star for the price because it was significantly higher than what people who recommended me paid for similar procedure and what’s listed on their Instagram account. Did some market search and it’s a bit on the higher end compared to other places.

Well experienced doctors but the hospital is managed poorly. Management must operate the place better. Lines Area branch in particular has no supervisor in the OPD to monitor staff or patients. At any given time one can notice EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF STAFF busy with their mobile phone instead of answering or attending to patient needs. While patients should be prioritized they are kept waiting unnecessarily just so staff can play with their phones 😔

But at last when i went through the name of hashmani hospital on social media, i decided to go through it as it seemed favorable to me as well its specialty of the doctors. Therefore, i changed my mind and made my self prepared for the operation. I contacted my family members, managed and fulfilled the financial requirements and visited the hospital for operation. Over there i found the doctors and nurses and the other staff members very cooperative, vigilant and skilled. Specifically madam zainab helped me so much in this regard. After the operation i was feeling changed. Now i could see the things in a different manner than the previous. I was no more wearing eye glasses nor i needed them any more. My eye sights were far better than earlier and i witnessed a super vision in my eyes. Once again i wanna thanks the hospital, its doctors and its staff.

Located in a place where there all dirt. In front of the hospital are shops of cars, bikes n bicycles repair, mechanics shops of cars. Then understand the gentry all around, its so difficult to enter in the hospital, first to listen their filthiest comments n when by luck enter the hospital patient n his/ her attendant forget why he/ she came over here. Huge or many patients. So it’s better go to Clifton whether your doctor is on leave or receptionist inform that that doctor is not coming as cool atmosphere attendant n patient never loose patience.

Hashmanis are doing a great job in the Lasik department. I have been wearing glasses for 23 years and after hearing so Much about them, i went for the lasik surgery with Hashmanis. They were all very professional, supportive, informative and clear about the procedure. The doctors, councillors and the whole staff is very nice and motivating. The surgery was a total success and it was life changing. It has been two weeks since i had my surgery, my sight is better than 6/6 with no visual side effects till now. Although Dr Azfar Nasir was not available, my experience with Dr Hashmani was great - both Doctors are phenomenal with Dr Azfar being more open to conversations! I had my contura vision surgery done at Hashmiani last week. Overall an amazing experience. Dr Khalique is extremely skilled and did a great job. The management team was also very helpful and cooperative throughout the entire process, both before and after my surgery.

I experienced some issues with my cataract surgery date while dealing with the staff at the Gulistan-e-Jauhar Branch. However, when I approached Mr. Salman at the Naumaish Branch and expressed my concerns, he handled the situation professionally and addressed all of my problems. As a result, all of my follow-ups proceeded smoothly. I am grateful to Mr. Salman for his excellent assistance and support.

I had my lasik surgery yesterday and had a great experience at Hashmanis. Miss zainab was so supportive and was so calm with all of my queries before the surgery she guided me so well and her team as well was very cooperative and helped me alot through out my visits there. Dr Noman Hashmani did my LASIK surgery and he was so calmed and polite with me through out my surgery as i was panicking in the OT. He is a very caring doctor 10/10 for him. Alhamdulillah my vision was improved after 7 hours of my surgery. No side effects till now.

I and my wife got my Lasik custom Q done last 10 Sep 23 and 17 Sep of my wife by Dr Nouman Hashmani very polite and expert doctor I am fully satisfied with the results. My and my wife procedure was Lasik. It was totally pain-free and done with full care. We were able to see everything so clearly the next morning. There was no itching or inflammation. Few days ago on 6/11/2023, I went to Hashmanis hospital (Numaish) with my wife just a couple of days before our departure from Karachi. Amongst all the chaos and uncertainties which Karachi has to offer, we decided to get Phorcides lasik operation the very next day. We came across Miss Zainab Shabbir who is gem of a person, she didn’t just answer all our queries, explained the whole process both pre operative and post operative care.
