Right next to lawyers club. This is a much smaller facility than the AKUH so you won't get all the services available at main Agha Khan University hospital. The place is beautifully designed which has a pleasant atmosphere and a nice little outdoor cafe as well.

Excellent medical services but quite expensive.

When you call to book an appointment, they pass you around, so frustrating .There doesn't seem to be any sense of ownership. The staff are very friendly but you do feel rushed by the pediatrician which is ironic considering it's private and cost a fair bit. The pediatrician also jumps to conclusion without properly listening to issues you are sharing about your child. I just called their emergency line and 9 minutes later, I am still waiting for someone to answer the call. So ridiculous!

Good medical center with emergency ward and consultants clinics X ray facilities and lab is also available. There is a pharmacy too. Perfect for people living nearby as it is not as much crowded as main Agha Khan.

A very irresponsible behaviour I had to face from the staff of pharmacy... I had sent my daughter to purchase my injection with the prescription and am shocked at how carelessly they handed over without any ice or ice pack.... It is worth 39000 and needs to be refrigerated. How can we expect this kind of behavior and ignorance from such a reputable organisation. I am not even sure now about the efficiency of the injection because it needs temperature control. The lady present there was hafsa. Please look into the matter ASAP. Hoping to hear from the organisation.

Clifton medical services is branch of AKUH situated near Bilawal house and infront of Indus valley school. The centre is at its best in providing services and the staff is cooperative as well. Services are better than others. Place was a little messy and dirty due to ongoing construction. Not too much crowded and SOPs are being strictly followed. ♿ Accessible entrance = available. ♿ Accessible parking = not available. Worstttt. 😠 I had to take a executive health screening package here, as the slots were not available in main AKUH, but it was my worst experience, they made my parents and wife wait 3 hours even when they were on 12 hours fasting, every thing is so slow, my blood tests were done in laboratory there I was waited for my turn, then I waited in radiology department for chest X-ray, then again waited for ECG in the clinics where the nurse was very rude, and nobody was there to attend us, we had to go to every department by ourselves, and finally we were able to do breakfast in at 2 O clock noon which was cold and not eatable , this was very very bad experience compared to main AKUH, and nothing was in it as executive as i paid for, when I visited administration for complaint, no body was there as office was empty, Never ever come here only take Main AKUH for executive packages and beyond.

Anyone who can afford main AKUH, can also afford services available here. However the consulting charges are slightly higher than the main AKUH. It is a beautiful but much smaller unit & it's most running areas are consultant clinics (CC) & pharmacy. Small, clean canteen also there. It has a great potential if upgraded to a full fledged hospital like main AKUH.

My mothers appointment for eye specialist was at 9:45am we were on time they did the initial checkup and everything but the doctor wasnt there till 11:30pm we had to wait for another half an hr for his consultation(keeping in mind my mother is 77 yr old) whats the point of an appointment if you have to go through all this ….Just terrible

Dr Swaleha Tariq was very disrespectful and unethical. The hospital administration however handled the matter fairly.

The doctors were extremely unprofessional. Despite having a flu and a fever, it took a whopping 2 hours just to get a check-up, and to make matters worse, there were merely total of 3 patients. A very bad experience

Patient was my wife Tasneem. Visited on Monday 12th December. Waiting one hour extra from appointment time is even acceptable. However, the Dr. did not give even 5 complete minutes to listen to us. Since the Dr. had gone on leave earlier, the hospital over booked the appointed patients. What is the point in paying Rs4,750/- if we don't get enough time to even explain our medical history? His diagnosis and medication may be correct but we both came back unsatisfied. Returned disappointed.
