This was the most unprofessional and unfriendly customer service I have received at a salon. I usually go to Mohammad Ali area or Defense, and needed something in Gulshan. Some folks recommended this to me. For the prices they are charging (1500 for a blowdry - AND that's without a wash - Neelo's which has much higher standards charges 1200 for a blowdry AND a wash), there's 10x better salons that give 10x better service in the same price if not less. Price aside, I still would be fine with paying what I did if the staff wasn't so rude. Trust me, rude staff goes a long way in making a customer (i.e. me) not want to come back. I've never left a salon in Karachi feeling as annoyed as I did here - and the kicker: the salon wasn't even that busy. Absolutely pathetic.

Went there with a lot of expectations as it has good reviews and a nice reputation but was very disappointed by the service. Got the wax service there and the staff seemed very unprofessional, who claimed that she is working there since 4 years, but i got severe bruises and my skin got too much irritated as she was pulling my skin very furiously. Ive gotten my wax done several times in another parlour. Wanted to try this out but it seems that only the main branch's service is good.

Went for hair cuts and ombre treatment very nice friendly staff.prices are non negotiable staff is well trained and polite. The place is also kept neat and clean their facials and body massages are excellent so refreshing. The owner guide u about all the products and after care also. The kids also feel at ease . The cooling is 10 on 10 for karachi heat. Overall my experience was excellent I'm an old customer so repeated visits are a habit.

Took Facials, Manicure and Pedi cure . Very peace full place, highly recommended
