Chase departmental stores a chain of stores in Karachi having six or seven outlets. They cater to requirements of low to middle class segment. Depending on their location they have a wide selection of wares on display though the ready made garments and related accessories are prominently displayed. Some stores are pretty large and carry a large variety of goods at reasonable cost.

Now quality, services and environment are down. No AC in the entire store even some fans are also shut off. Today at 11:30 am half lights of the store are off while the store is open and customers present. Earlier services was good but now very disappointed. Not recommended now

Chase was good store. But nowadays they have less variety available. Specially in soaps, shampoo, cooking oil like that. For monthly grocery, but to go some other departmental store.

Comparatively this branch is smaller than other branches of Chase. Basic things are available but you don't find a lot of variety. For example if you go to toys section, you'll be disappointed to see a small space with unsatisfactory toys. Overall if you have any urgency of buying groceries and some other basic things, this place is okay.

Large variety in reasonable prices. Can't comment on quality of clothes at the moment but seems good.

It's economical specially for groceries and 🧈 products. But not for jewelry, clothes variety.

Good for grocery and utensil shopping. I went there for Indomie and Samyung Noodles but these items were out-of-stock.

Reasonable rates, quality products. Except, sometimes it doesn't feel safe to take young girls inside(the male staff heckle, do double meaning jokes with each other). Chase needs to work on training their staff for better etiquettes around females.

A/C is not working... hard to sort products in children's area .... ground is relatively good .... but basement area is feel worse to even breath... it's hard to shop when you cannot breath....mens area is short of good items ..... kurta collection is cheap and worthless .... do not waste you precious money on cheap kurta....

The have variety of cosmetics,shampoos,conditioners,creams,perfumes,skin care products.The dairy products,bakery items,oil,ghees,olive oil,soft drinks,juices.The frozen food.The jams,jellies,cheese,butter,margarine,nutella.The mayonnaise cheese.The variety of biscuits,breakfasts cereals.The variety of ice creams.They provide variety of daily consumer products.The prices are quite economical.The customer service is prompt.I usually don't find any crowd here that's why without any hassle it's easy to do shopping from here.They have different levels.On the ground level the grocery items are available whereas second for fabric & shoes.The third for electronic items.

Great store for the people in town, can found almost anything here.

Bad customer service and co-ordination .The staff is highly unethical .They need more education about ethics with their customers .Otherwise nobody will go there for shopping because of the staff's behaviour. i went there for shopping but after coming to the bill counter they checked the product didn't have a bar code its their resposiblity to bring that product from the shelf where ever it is but they didnt co operate instead told me to leave that product . only because that product was on second floor and billing counter was on ground floor .
