This is actually probably the best place to get a gift for someone you hate. I paid in advance and they didn't pick calls on the day they were supposed to have the products ready. 2 days later they sent a reply we've shipped your goods which was a lie. Best part was they didn't have my address as it was a pick up order. Finally when I left reviews around they said come pick the order very rudely and when i got the goods. The lamps stand was broken. The scrap book had half the stuff pasted upside down. I attached some pictures but can't attach more because they are personal photos. Highly recommended for gifts for yours exes and enemies. Though plan for a few days of non stop follow up to get the order.

If I had an option to give zero stars, I would have. DO NOT PURCHASE from here. I bought a customized set and paid online. Sent them a payment reciept for verification by they told me that they never recieved the payment. I lodge a complaint with my bank, they checked and told me that the payment was successfully credited to beneficary account. Please avoid . they are scamming . HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED :/ wasted my money for nothing

They dont even deserve 1 star. Complete waste of money. Kindly have some manners and know how to send a parcel. Secondly they have worst quality products. Never ever buying again.

Worst experience! Worst quality, worst packaging, worst response. Ordered unique pictures frame for a gift and received bad quality hard board pictures sticking on it worth around 5k. And even they didn't manage to give that board in a good condition while touching the board it's leaving black color on my hands. There's no free gift card too. Cheap working under high rates!

Very pathetic behaviour and service, I made an order which I did not receive for 10 days, when I messaged to ask about the order they said you have cancelled the order on call (which I never did) and then they even stopped responding to me. Even once before I did an order, I said I need it urgently and to avoid delay I'll pick up order, they asked for online payment as their pick up order is based on online payments and then said that there will be a delay in the order. Full of miscommitments

I ordered that 3d moon lamp from them. It was a disaster. What was supposed to be a picture actually looked like a very bad drawing by a kindergarten kid. It wasn't anywhere near what they were advertising on their website. Instead of resolving my issue, their customer services told me about all those " great " reviews and totally ignored pictures of the actual product I sent them. I ended up throwing the lamp away . PS,. They wouldn't approve your review if you write anything bad about them on their website .
