If it was possible I wouldn't even rate them zero. They have just ruined my life. I wasn't even matured enough to question them about providing unprofessional services. I went for a laser treatment at the age of 17 with a zero knowledge about laser. And instead of providing me a consultation they have directly asked me to pay the amount and go for a laser. A person who was performing laser was not professional she was a trainee. Instead of guiding me they have done laser on my peach fuzz which I had on my face. While laser doesn't work on peach fuzz and white hair it just worsen them . So after getting 9 sessions of laser I realized I'm getting a beard on my face. I would kill them if I get a chance so that they can't ruin someone else's life. They aren't loyal to their patients. Money is a secondary thing I would recommend you to not even waste your fuel by visiting them. And Those girls out there who are tired of their peach fuzz I would recommend them to go for electrolysis instead having laser.

I went for the skin prp treatment and after getting the three session i still cant see any kind of improvement in my skin. They are making us fool. They are not even experts. Please don't take treatment its useless and waste of money.

The doctor's knowledge and his team the day of the surgery made me feel like I was in good hands. The procedure went better than expected and no pain. The customer service was exceptional. The staff was kind, empathetic, patient and made sure I had all my questions answered and felt heard. The facilities were exceptional.

Explained procedure very well - reassured me regarding concerns and was realistic with me about healing- I did this before a big event so she explained that there will be some improvements but consistency is key Gave me advice and tips about general skin care too! 8 weeks later - feel skin is doing a lot better and less breakouts too! I was very apprehensive of visiting but as soon as I entered. I was greeted with a smile and I instantly felt more relaxed. I was given very through about what she would be doing and possibly side effects on the treatment. When you have an upcoming treatment they call to confirm. When my treatment had changed date they always call and leave a message if they can’t get hold of you. Which I think it amazing!

I felt very safe having my treatment at this time. There was so much effort to make sure areas were kept clean and I didn't come into contact with any other customers. The laser hair removal was so fast and I can already see results the day after.

Worst experience ever! Please dont waste your money here. The staff were inexperienced and very unprofessional. Also, this place is highly unhygienic and filthy. There was blood on both of the beds in the procedure room. When i asked for the sheet to be changed, they were very reluctant to do so. They were also using the same equipment on everyone without cleaning and sanitising. I would give them zero stars if possible but can't give lower than 1

Really very very disappointing experience. I wont suggest anyone Medilife any more as I took their HIFU and the diet supplements and spent approximately 40k and I didn't get 0% result. They even dont respond properly, when I tried to complain about the procedures and results, they just stopped replying. I'm highly disappointed!

If i could rate them i would rate them zero, Let me explain their strategy; 1st they will become completely sugar coated they will treat you like they really care about you ( But they literally don't care a bit) and they only trap you by showing fake smile and being fully sugar coated, then once you are trapped, you can't get out of it cuz you have already paid your money and which won't be refundable (by the i wasted my 60k) Their staff is really Like really bad they don't know how to talk, they don't have manners and they don't get you the right and good treatments and the environment is also very congested but it doesn't matter, a person gets adjusted in the environment but the treatment should be good, and the clients should get attentive people, the staff. There should be a distinction, neither cleanliness nor manners,there was nothing in them and you will be treated as if you are a slave at the 2nd session of your treatment, i just felt like a lab rat, i would never suggest even my enemy to visit this cheap clinic, Disgusting staff, so-called doctors and their nominal treatments. Which are by the way expensive.
