This hospital and staff genuinely helps the needy cancer patients. Can you please update your website and mention the details of account numbers where we can donate/ give zakat for the patients under treatment? Lot of people want to donate but the website is outdated.

It is only for cancer patients, I found it little bit out dated but serving many patients. Almost all cancer related test can be performed here. OPDs are also available. You can find a mosque at first floor with wazu khana. Parking is also available.

Hospital is good but the Staff of the Administration block is very rude and arrogant, Their behavior is very humiliated and very disrespectful towards their Clients.

They are very bad with calls, and never picks up telephone call. If they pick up the call one person pretends to be an electronic voice operator and keeps you on hang for minutes and after 3 minutes they disconnect the call. However, all radiology department facilities are available. Neat and clean hospital. Comfortable benches for sitting, on the other hand, they should upgrade their telephone service and provide a reachable telephone number. Plus they should increase the collection of report timing. It is from 11:00 to 1:00 pm which is not at all convenient for people who do jobs. it is very inconvenient.

A very professional institute of medicine and nuclear sciences to cure cancer patients through radiology and other ways. Doctors and staff are really co operative and nice clean environment. They also have birds in cages which is nice pass time. Also canteen and food available parking lot is near and safe. Security system is good. Kiran hospital is a cancer hospital. it is the best sami government hospital and mostly depending on charity great thing about this hospital is that the money they received is being used correctly on patients and on the hospital. It is clean, full of greenery and they even have a mini bird sanctuaries and fish aquarium for the patients so they can feel relaxed and com and one last thing there pharmacy system is well organised, well managed.

Kiran hospital good but improvement required some doctors specific dr.shaheen very rude and ill manner behavior and staff of OPD department so management take action against these types of staff and management also complaint department for patients that is the good for hospital reputation

My preferred place for diagnostic tests and scans. Reliable and cost-effective rates with helpful staff. The problem is that they have a limited range, not all tests are done here. No experience of OPD and in-patient services, so can't comment on that.

I'm a regular patient in Kiran hospital I just wanted to collect my report through another way because I live too far can't manage it to reach there on fix time hospital closes early the customer service response is very poor and very rude I requested many times to send any picture of my reports I'll send them to my Dr can't manage to come but they responded very rudely Very non professional behavior

Very slow and dragging service. A test of 5 min casted me six hours with non responsive attitude. The operator must inform the exact time of the shifts and get an online appointment for ease of the patients. Regards

Worst experience ever....pathetic toilets and its hygiene.....males female toilets mai kbhi bhi ghus jate hen...koi lady janitor washrooms kelea hai hi nhi.....upar se toilet locks tak kharab hen.....I've never seen such smelly and super unhygienic washrooms in my Life in Karachi hospitals.... The management should look on this matter as it's about females privacy!!!!
