This hospital is Located on main university road, easy to find.There is parking system outside the hospital. Ibn-e-Seena hospital gives 24 hours service. Many specialist doctor are there to deal the patients. The Doctors are also available even on entire night to deal emergency situation.

This hospital has an emergency room, wards for patients and consultation chambers. You may find dermatologists, ENT specialists, Physicians, Gynecologist and other specialists. It is reasonably clean and organized. They have lift available for patients who want to go to 1st or 2nd floors. Parking is just outside the premises.

I found this hospital good with respect to my Doctor's opinion. besides this, it was my first visit to this hospital where I found No Social Distancing but the management was emphasizing face masks. I visited their in-house pharmacy and purchased a face mask for me. The quality of the face masks was just average and right after I tried to wear on my face, the thread attached to the face mask broke, when I asked to Pharmacy again about this issue but pharmacy refused to provide a new face mask free of cost as their product was damaged and they are selling the products, which are not durable and even broke in my first attempt. My suggestion is, hospital management should tighten the quality issue with pharmacy management and sell only durable and quality products and maintain Social Distancing in the waiting room of the hospital.

I was having the worst flu of my life. It ended up a blockage of my left ear 👂. On Monday 24th May 2021 I went to Dr. S.M Ghouri (ENT specialist). It was his pleasure he allowed my token no. Long story short. Dr. Sahab is too aged. He should get retire as he can not even speak properly plus the worst thing he did he washed my ear with water 💦 which makes the situation even more worst. My recommendation for you people to visit any other ENT rather than S M Ghouri.

Do not visit this hospital for ENT checkup or clearing you ears I am not recommending this hospital is because I visit ENT specialist on 31 Aug for my ear cleaning but the doctor said that your ear is clean and he gave me medicine there was no effect of the medicine on my ears instead it's start paining then I visit again after one week he repeat his words again and said take the medicine again now it's been 20 days but my pain is increasing Day by day . Please don't visit they are just looting people (1250/person) it's higher than all the nearby hospitals.

Worst OPD LADY DOCTORS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. MY MOTHER HAD STOMACH PAIN AND SHE DECLARED MY MOM CORONA PATIENT, TOOK MANY TESTS TO MAKE MONEY AND SAID WE HAVE ARRANGED VERY NICE MACHINES FOR TEST SO YEHI SE TEST KARAEY... THEY GAVE MY MOM BLOOD THICK MEDICINE. DUE TO WHICH, MY MOTHET WAS STARTED PASSING BLOOD IN URINE. WE WENT TO HEALTH ICON HOSPITAL AND THEY TOLD TO STOP THESE MEDICINES. AS SOON AS WE STOPPED MEDICINES... MY MOM WAS GETTING FINE. THEN WE TOOK ACCURATE MEDICATION FROM HEALTH ICON. IT IS A VERY HUMBLE REQUEST THAT PLEASE PLEASE DON'T TRY OPD OF IBNE SINA JUST BECAUSE IT IS CHEAP. THEIR MALE DOCTORS WERE GPOD BUT NOW ALL OPDS ARE ATTENDING BY TWO STUPID LADY DOCTORS WHO ARE UNABLE TO EXAMINE PROPERLY. THEY JUST WRITE TEST ETC FOR THEIR NEW MACHINES MONEY.

Very bad experience Counter staff gives preference to their friends I visited before 4 pm today which is the time of Doctor Jameel Ahmed Counter staff provided me token slip with number 23 and peon informed us the #17 is in doctor room By 5 pm after waiting more than an hour peon call patent number 6 whom the number was issued after 4:45pm When I tried to lodge my complain, staff told me that administration team is not available in hospital

Services are good but the staff is always high on drugs. Always in sleeping mode. You have to ask multiple times for a service to get a response. Cost is average not too pricey. Clean environment but the staff behavior is the biggest downside.

Neither best, nor the worst. I would only suggest this hospital when in emergency it's the only one you can reach on time; and only when the patient needs a quick first aid. But if your patient has time then better leave this place and move ahead to the better and cheaper ones in Gulshan e Iqbal.

This is an average hospital but the doctors and their management is really good and helpful.

Doctors are good. But if you call there for appointment or information, they don't answer usually or once in a blue moon they do answer your call then they don't entertain your queries very well.

Third class hospital. Their main focus is to generate money from patients. Matric pass students hired their as an nurse. They even don't know how to take care of patients.

Seems that it is only meant for OPD. For admission this is a pathetic place full of mosquitoes. Medical equipments are also mostly malfunctioned.

world's worst hospital with untrained staff. My mother was given a wrong injection and she died, then my elder sister also remained ill for many years and the customer service doesn't answer when you call.. shame on this hospital.

Service of morning staff is very good 😌

Went there for eye checkup. The wait was long, the doctor was extremely quick,which is a bad thing when you need detailed eye exam. Shined a light in my eye which hurt my eye and made it water and he said I will keep on going it. WTH! instead of being concerned. I asked for my number for eye test, he said use your existing number. I tried multiple times but they never gave me the results. For 700 rupee eye exam not a good place at all.
