Another shop which buys miseries of people and insults the patients/attendants. One of the child specialist who sits there charges 2,500 rupees and calls two patients together so that his time and attention is divided between both patients. There is no privacy to discuss issues and he only listens for one minute and then refers the case to his assistant and moves to the next patient. If the attendant of the patient tries to ask any questions he would simply snap back in a very insulting behaviour. Hope some day there will be a mechanism to bring such inhumane vicious doctors to accountability who are using this profession to mint money out of miseries of people.

Good Experience with this hospital although the delux rooms needed to be more efficient but no doubt that their VIP and Execute Rooms are compatible with rooms of big hospitals like South City or Agha Khan. The nursing staff is very cooperative and professional and well mannered. The Corporate Department headed by Mr. Rizwan is very much responsible and resolves the issues sympthaticly, Mr.Rizwan is very cooperative person and his coordination is highly appreciated. Also this hospital is patient friendly as they didn't ask for unnecessary laboratory tests or they don't want to linger on your stay.

Why i have been yelling while at the Park Lane Hospital, Clifton, Karachi? It was all that my 4 months old kid has been the experience body for the staff there, such an awful and unskilled professional specifically at this hospital i have ever never seen neither i have a wish to have my suggestion to any one. Hygiene conditions are so bad that you would compare to any other government hospital and trust me NICVD, JINNAH & CIVIL may be in better situation but this hospital over the mercy of ALLAH. Services are to the height of worst measures, if any emergency may arrive then the general ward staff has been called to the Emergency and other admitted patients put in wait, its all due to shortage of staff, there no wonder emergency patient if know this has been happening with him he may pray Allah for peaceful depart than handling by such hands. Doctors are rare to find and if any one by chance visits no surprise you would want to smash your head against the wall. Deluxe room is so smelly and dirty, fittings are broken, rust on the equipments, no hygenic gloves while handling patients, no hand sanitizers etc...wash rooms leaving the impression of 1950's & mirror must have been used by the Mrs. of Dracula. At the balcony one could easily see the tons of garbage where do the KMC service is badly required to come up with their machinery to lift such heavy load (see my attached pictures on facebook, my i.d is Aamir Mallick). This facility even the devils not would want and Shaytan will have his mercy for the humen being coming to Park Lane Hospital. Yes! Crockery is being utilised for the patients must be the house of insects during the nights, fortunately they care other than humen beings as well. God may bless Dr. Ajmal being the care taker of this hospital and the patients in need....patient in need seeks better services, skilled staff, inteligent doctors, trusted pharmacy, hygienic labs and equipments, hygenic atmosphere and meals and overall extreme good care, if any hospital could do that then run a hospital otherwise dump it and be an auto mechanic. Thank you and best regards, Aamir Malik

The doctors are good but the most important thing is staff bcz doctors do surgery and they leave the rest of your time you stay with staff They're not helpful at all and cafeteria is disaster You can't even stay for a min inside Plus the most important waiting area where people stayed till night air conditioner are sooo bad not working at all fans are useless Soo many problems are there I'm not making up and stories but the amount of money you paid they are not capable of it not even a bit I hope you improve bcz u really need to thank you soo much

Bad bad bad My dear sister-in-law has tragically lost her life due to the negligence of doctors, specifically Dr. Fakhra Sultana Sanjrani, and other medical practitioners. I am expressing my grievance as a form of protest against these medical professionals who, despite wearing the white coat of trust, have proven to be anything but trustworthy. This incident did not occur in a remote area hospital but in a well-known facility in Clifton, Karachi—Park Lane Hospital, located at 56 Old Clifton, Shahrah-e-Iran, Opp. British Deputy High Commission. Dr. Ajmal Siddiqui is the owner of this hospital. My sister-in-law, who suffered a cardiac arrest, was taken to this so-called 'hospital,' where the on-call doctors shockingly suggested that she would recover if we simply made her a cup of coffee. Even without medical expertise, it's evident that a cup of coffee is not a suitable remedy for a heart attack. We lost a cherished family member just when we were eagerly anticipating a long-awaited marriage ceremony. Now that she is no longer with us, the hospital is refusing to engage with us or provide any additional information. This is not a natural death but a deliberate act that took the life of a beloved family member. I am at a loss for words and deeply shocked at how our healthcare system gambles with lives in the pursuit of saving time and money. I implore all of you to pray for the departed soul and to boycott institutions and individuals who have lost every trace of humanity within them. We seek justice. This is not just another death; it serves as a wake-up call for all those whose loved ones may be at the mercy of such heartless individuals (God forbid), leaving them feeling helpless and heartbroken, much like we are now. Worst hospital. The doctors are looting money for the hospital especially from the first timers by making them do unnecessary things.

Dr. Fakhra A. Sanjrani (Obstetrician) Karachi working at Park Lane Hospital is not a good practioner as she has intentionally diagnosed a high BP patient with test result for NT-ProBNP 2290 to drink coffee ultimately she died after 3 hours with heart failure. She was an Obstetrician and eventually treated potential heart patient

Poor experience! A simple money making business. I consulted the doctor a week back and he gave a couple of tests to run. The tests didnt come right. I called his PA. He said the doctor is out of town so i can show him on Monday, i waited. Then today i called and asked if i could come. The PA said you can't meet the doctor before the mentioned revisit time, you can only show him the reports and that also you cant go in, i will go and show. After half nd hour the PA returns, tells my driver the reports are bad so they can show me in their revisit time only and left. I live so far, coming again and again and paying frealing 4000rs each time is not done! Stupid money making buainess.
