Overall a nice addition to the north locality. Hospital is clean and environment is not cluttered. Appropriate seating arrangement. Staff though needs bit training specially people at the reception. Also they need to increase the capacity. Too many people gather at reception but their are hardly two ladies serving people what their other staff do inside the cubicle, no one knows. They have big space at back where construction is always going on but not sure what is that for. Water dispenser are generally missing, toilets are not clean, big space at basement but seems not utilized at full capacity. No guidance staff when you enter, you have to understand everything yourself. Doctors sitting here are though known and they have great number of patients visiting frequently.

Worst experience in gynae/labour room and neonatal icu. Highly unqualified unprofessional staff. Even RMOs are behaving stupidly as they have no work experience, and yet they are placed in most Highly sensitive icu I.e neonatal icu. They have zero Work and professional ethics, or I must say never heard about ethics.... big liars, never able to answer any logical questions. More over they don't know how to write discharge notes. Hospital admin plz stop playing with the lives of poor people as they are too innocent to understand your monoply.

Not a good experience, mother was taken here for treatment, but instead of treatment, only tests were done. The doctor who was going to see the test report had to wait for 4 hours and he also ignored the tests that were done. More new tests written this was my experience may be your experience was good

Great hospital with reasonable price

Worst experience of my life. I went in E.R. the doctor over there was not experienced at all and asked me to get CBC done when i told her that i had tonsillitis. The nurse couldn't read the thermometer. I had 103 fever and she was adamant that I didn't have any fever. The other nurse literally stabbed my hand 5 times before she got the butterfly in. There was another girl in the ER who couldn't breathe properly, yet she was unattended for 15 minutes. So unprofessional, super inexperienced staff and complete mismanagement.

Worst experience of my life 😭. My mother in law was Dengue suffered with mild symptoms and and was taken here for treatment due to stomach pain. Er doctor waste our time and took suggestion from other, injected lots of pain killer, suggested different test, including whole abdomen ultrasound which was also done by us as per their suggestion. But gradually our patient lost their stability and move on vent and we lost the precious life

One of the cleanest trust hospital of Karachi, all of the services are available it is a big building with state of the art technology to cater modern day diseases, supportive staff and caring doctors makes this hospital more comfortable and compassionate for patients. Parking area is big enough as this road is not used often by traffic, so parking is easy, pharmacy is also available at first floor and outside the hospital as well.

Very bad experience very miss behavior staff and also Miss behave security especially night security management is very bad 0% sentiment i am really really disappointed this very sham full please action anyone responsible for this i am never ever come again.....!

I have been to this hospital almost like a dozen time and the only reason I am giving it 4 star not 5 star because the staff on the reception are not customed to speak politely to the patients or their attendance in a respectful manner if any authority checks these reviews they should work or their front desk. However the doctors the lab technicians and other staff is quite professional and helpful.

Shed hospital did not receive the call . Managment is not qualified .if it is change so i think Shed hospital is good . i suggest should be more impovement especially communication like Phone call.

Good hospital good service

Went to ER with my mother who is almost 70 years old. I understand that they've different ER for male and female which is good. But you should at least allow an attendant along who can explain her situation. Well, my mother went inside the ER but they didn't allow her IN!! She kept standing for 20 minutes but the duty Drs didn't allow inside citing the reason that ER is full. So if you've built a 10 story building, at least make some capacity in the ER so people don't have to keep standing to get in. We left anyways and went to another hospital. Pathetic management!

Worst experience of my life. I went in E.R. On 1st May.The doctor over there was not experienced.I took my sister who was suffered from stroke nd brain haemorrhage and staff says that my sister is acting all ok nothing happen to her. Further Staff said that blood pressure is also normal,then I asked from doctor that she has no moment in her feet is there any stroke problem? Doctor said no u should go for X Ray may be any fracture Then we go to saifee where her BP was found 120/170 nd diagnose haemorrhage. She was treated in Liaqat National for 7 Days nd alhamdulillah by the grace of allah she is fine now. So unprofessional, unexperienced doctors nd staff. U Guys advise not to visit Shed Hospital anyhow…

Almost all medical facilities under one roof with reasonable charges.

Shed is a good hospital, but need to more development on employee training programs. As multiple time I had to try to make contact via helpline or landline but no one available to answer. An issue with payment via merchandise machine , as receptionist denied to bill or slip through card , they said only 5000 or more than that amount can be only deal . And please also need to check the inventory of shed medical store which situate at front of your hospital, whenever I visited they have shortage of medicines and recommend " Bhai brabar waly store py daikh lu ."

Better for initial

My son and daughter in law suffered food poisoning yesterday. I brought them to emergency dept of Shed Hospital. They were treated immediately and very effectively. Amount charged was Rs: 100 per person for admission. Rs:640 for administering drip and other injections. Medicines cost was around Rs: 500. They were promptly discharged after treatment. Very bad experience about ultrasound Dr. Yesterday 26 Feb 2022 at 2.30pm I had an ultrasound,And it was said that the report will be received at 6.0pm evening, I went around a lot and haven't received the report yet,There is no responsible person in the hospital who can answer this

Salam I had a worst experience with ur hospital I m keep calling on ur emergency number no one answered I visited ur hospital ur dr r not available and I had a emergency now there should I go ?seriously when we r calling no one answered the call I requested my dr to give me her number she refused now tell me what should I do ? ICU staff is clueless. Patient was admitted because difficulty in breathing. Emergency treatment was spot on, only reason giving 3 stars. ICU staff was clueless. Patient's BP was high for 3 days and they were saying it's because of lungs infection. Finally when we confronted their senior consultant, he admitted that nothing has been done to stabilise the BP. They have no idea on how to treat the patient. I am moving my patient to different hospital

Worst hospital worst incompetent staff took my mother's life my mother went for a surgery which was minor she had an infection on her right leg but certainly in less than 10 hrs she died there due to negligence of their HDU unit doctors and other staff please don't go to them don't visit them such an incompetent staff because of them my active and evergreen mother is no more in this world
