Alvi dental hospital is very good hospital in karachi, I am very old patient here since last many years , my almost every problem solve here regarding dental care, they provide very good services ,, every doctor here is very professional and dedicated to his work, like Dr.Arif Alvi ,Dr.Awab Alvi ..... I am suffering from an injury resulting from negligent dental work and intentional misconduct on part of the dentist. I strongly suggest that his/her dental license be revoked immediately along with whomever was involved.

Well! My whole family comes to Alvi dental hospital for the treatments of nearly everything. Me, my kids and my brother went through the alignment procedure. Me and my brother are more than satisfied. My kids are still going through these braces so let's see how their results come in. 10/10

If you have any teeth problem I recommend Alvi dental hospital, I m old patient of Alvi dental, still I remember my first visit in Alvi dental, I had complain of severe headache and after checkup dr Arif Alvi told me that I have extreme depression that's why I biting my own teeth in sleep, he suggested the walk until I feel extreme tired,, and you won't believe it worked.. After that I complained tooth pain and Dr Awab done my root canal and implant of other teeth as well ... both treatment were successful.. I m very satisfy their services , the doctors are very professional and dedicated to his work.

I m very old patient here since last few years almost 10 years , the evironment very friendly here, they provide services very satisfactory , either its medical service or behavioural service.. Alvi dental is one of my most favourite hospital among all other hospitals.

Very neat, clean and hygienic environment, but with a very very expensive treatment. I guess this would be the most expensive dental hospital. Luckily there was an Azadi discount offer when I visited so got it in reasonable price. I have been visiting here earlier as well with a good experience of time management but today I had to wait around 50 minutes, as the patient before me came late from his appointed time. This treatment with me was not justified, because the person coming late should have been penalised instead of me.

We have had the worst experience with this clinic. My wife and I got composite fillings from here. Composite filling in one of my teeth came out the same day, in the ensuing two days filling came out of the another. Went back to get the filing done again. The doctor apologized and did the treatment. After a week the or so the filing came out of one my teeth again. When I went back this time the doctor said she is going to do another filing that is more durable. I got my filing done for the third time. It’s NOT normal for the filings to come out in a span of days and weeks of course but then I never made a big deal out of it: my wife had gotten composite fillings in two of her teeth from the same doctor and hers were fine, so I thought It could be because of something specific to my teeth. BUT in the fourth week two of her filings came out as well!! AND just today, two of the same filings came out from my teeth. I have moved abroad and I can’t even go back to this clinic and see a different dentist. I tried reaching out to Dr Awab to keep him in the know but the receptionist wouldn’t put my call through.

Worst experience ever!! Rude receptionist and very non cooperative doctor. I heard so many good reviews about this place and its doctors but to my surprise it was everything but pleasant and smooth experience. Even after booking an appointment ahead discussing the case history ,my concerns, my needs before head. Everything went into drain doctor was least interested in what I need and more of what she wanted. Traumatised my poor child to the point he got very sick after the visit. I regret going there, if you have child and want best care for them please please stay away from this place. They promise too much and deliver near to nothing!!! Such a rip off payed 16k for just 4 teeth scaling and not 1% was delivered to what they promised!and unprofessional behaviour I have ever witnessed. Never going to recommend this place to anyone.

Had a really good experience here. Very professional environment, very clean and well equipped. Dr Afifa gave my consultation and cleaned my teeth and did an amazing job. I can't stop smiling :) thanks to all at the clinic!

No senior doctors available. Clinic being run by non professional juniors. They make you pay before treatment and then ask you to wait for an hour as they have lunch break. Only good for scaling. Would not recommend for any other procedure.

The clinic setup is good Dr Awab Alvi has no skills to deal with complications. He hired few young Doctors those are the one doing scaling and filling. Scaling is not satisfactory. Charges are sky high as compare to treatment so if you have complications like root canal or other big issue please avoid this clinic. Look for some experience Dentist and save your teeth.

Extremely clean and kind staff they also entertained me with the children books! I would recommend if you don’t have a dentist

Extremely disappointed by the services provided by them. Prices too high. Went with mother for scaling. Incompetent staff (fresh graduates are hired with no experience for complicated cases). The case was critical and no history taken by them regarding the Blood Pressure before starting scaling. Once partial scaling is completed, it further worsen the situation of the Gums and created pain in right upper jaw. Too much expensive! Better to look for Experienced in the city.

Really disappointed considering the fee i paid..Full of inexperienced young dentists that are getting training by working here. Was transferred from one dentist to another mid treatments and both applied excessive force that led to complications. Very unhappy due to consequences from their unprofessional treatments.

I have been to Dr. Awab's practice and he is by-far, one of the most capable, caring and understanding dentists I have been to anywhere in the world, including the USA. From a pricing point, they are reasonable for the care provided and the team of dentists along with Mr. Awab Alvi himself are very capable and genuinely care for their clients without the greed factor. Worst experience ever. Dr Awab is inexperienced. Did wrong RCT. Charged us heavily. Had severe pain after the RCT. Finally Dr removed the same tooth and charged additional amount for it. Highly overpriced and incompetent. Stay away.

World class facility, dentists and technology. Avoided/delayed a procedure as the doctor listened the history, took x-rays and decided to try and deal without surgery first.

The whole establishment is aces. My primary orthodontist is Dr. Anusha and she is brilliant; everything from explaining the smallest thing to me to being super patient with my anxiety with tools. Shoutout to Diane at the front desk, goes the extra mile to ensure every patient is taken care of, she anticipates what you may need and it feels so nice being taken care of like that.

I got my scaling done today which Im satisfied with but during scaling, the Dr and I decided to trim a tooth too (which took 5 additional seconds) and I was charged 3000 for it 'after' the process. So a little expensive for a minor thing, I believe I've also had orthodontic treatment (braces) at Alvi during 2015-2021 which wasn't handled well. I've dealt with 6 doctors during my time at Alvi and I had a good experience with only 2 (Dr Falak and Dr Farhan)
