Was just at Dr. Essa Laboratory - Civil Hospital for some blood tests, and it was totally a worse experience 😒 There were not enough staff to attend people, only one guy was attending at the reception/counter and same guy was collecting blood samples as well. They also took too much of our time, due to the lack of sufficient staff. They also denies Visa QR payments, while you can see many QR sheets in the corner of reception.

I had a fair experience of getting my Ultra sound test reports. It is located at a place where any one can access it easily. Other labs are also located on the same street. Although service is bit slow maybe die to internet defaults. Patients can wait and watch news.

Good lab with latest equipment, But expensive compare to Dow university lab. Further test reports generated very fast, I got the message with report link. As well on slip user id and password mentioned. So we can download reports ourself. Further discounts are not fix if you bargain so they reduce more. It should be same for all . Further charges must be reduce.

I recently visited (Dr essa laboratory) and found the facility to be quite clean and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment. The staff was highly knowledgeable, and I was impressed with their prompt and attentive service. I noticed that patient care was given top priority as evidenced by how well they were attended to. The location was excellent, and getting there was easy. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the hospital and would highly recommend it to others.

Had an amazing experience with essa lab. Reports weren’t delayed at all, were given to me on time and are very reliable. Amazing staff, very professional. Esp their ultrasound department has latest machines, with very qualified and well-mannered doctors. Over-all services 10/10

I'm fully satisfied with overall diagnosis here. All staff is very cooperative. They have very specialized Doctors and staff. Specially ultrasound department is up to the mark. The reports are very authentic and Doctors have expertise in the field. Fully satisfied.
