Alhamdollilah we are getting discharge my daughter today after surgery. Here I would like to thanks to all staff's for their support and care of my daughter to get her recovered. I would like to thanks to Dr. Munnazza ENT specialist and surgeon who advised us in rightway and guide us entire procedure . She is really professional, humble and additionally she understands the pain and fears of parents so she takes care of her patient like a mother. I will highly recommend Dr. Munnazza for ENT treatments try to get her advice before any surgery or get consultation advice from her, it will always helpful and clear our fear's. Here I will introduce about OALDOC website which helps me to find the right doctor as per our case. Please review the doctor profile and reviews on this website which is really helpful to find the right hospital or doctor anywhere in Pakistan. I found Dr. Munnazza from this website and it helps me to do a comparison between 2 or more ENT specialist. I would like to thanks for nursing staff Mr. Hamza and Mr. Cristofer , compare to other staff they are more active, professional, ethical and following the proper protocol to ensure patient's are comfortable and getting the treatment on time. Here I would like to request Hospital management for few things to reconsider to enhance the hospital facilities and provide quality service in hospital. 1. Room should not be noisy specially outside noise because of traffic, horn, music on the road. They should try to minimize the sound by applying the soundproof to the external window. 2. Room needs to upgrade with monitoring device to have better observation for the critical patients. 3. Reception contact is having 3 staff seating facilities but I have noticed only one staff was attending the patients who and other two staff were only seating at the counter, even though there was several patients was waiting for admission, final payment for discharge etc. 4. Patients food should be provided based on Doctor recommend based on patients condition, not as per the set menu from the hospital. 5. Parking is also need to reconsider as there is parking facilities for patients.

Unluckily visited Imam clinic for pregnancy consultation with so called senior gynecologist Dr Qamar Murtaza, while my name was called and I entered the room there were already 4 other patients waiting to get a check up, while her PA was taking my history and other details all these helpless patients (pregnant ladies) were hovering above my head there was no place to sit even. After taking details when I finally reached to the doctor she was extremely rude and pathetic jesay muft mein checkup kar rahi ho, she didn't even ask me regarding my concerns nor asked if was previously taking any medicine, she was in so hurry to through multiple tests and examinations on my face, and again those poor patients were all in the same room. She doesn't care if her patient is comfortable sharing their most personal and intimate concerns with her in front of all these other standby patients jo apki tamaam personal baatein sun rahe hon. Ajeeb civil aur Jinnah wala mahol hai. Aurton ko bhair bakriyon ki tarhan treat kia jaraha hai. It's a humble request to all men please let your women know their rights and there's something we call customer satisfaction, jab tak khawateen ko yehi sense nahe hoga ke unko kesay treat kia jae tab tak woh aesy he mistreat hoti rahain gi. I request all to always address such issues to the administration so that they can take necessary action against such so called doctors jo mareezon ki zaat pe ehsaan kar rahe hain, itni bezaargi hai tou ghar pe betho bajae kisi beemaar ko mazeed beemar karne ke. I hope this review will be reached the administration and they will end this chaos!

Imam clinic has the worse care I have seen in any private hospital. My husband contracted Covid and we were left with no option but to admit him in Imam hosptial because of unavailability of bed space. He had severe lung fibrosis and his condition was critical but duty of care and incompetent clinical staff had really let us down. They didnt feed him properly, he was left with second degree bed sores because they never changed his position and several injuries because of worse care provided by their staff. He passed away today after a cardiac arrest. We paid more than a million rupees for around 19 days of treatment but ended up picking my husband's dead nody from there. They showed no emotions, no remorse and no apologies for their third class care If you dont want your love ones to go in worse possible condition, please chose some other hospital

Parking of this hospital is very poor. staff is good but doctors here are pathetic and misbehave. My daughter was treated here she is fine Alhamdulillah but the thing the charges are damn too high to manage. Better go For Jinnah Hospital than this. If you can't bare.

I brought my mom to emergency but the doctors are so lazy. The paramedical staff is absolutely sluggish except some on them. At night time, there is no canteen to buy anything for patient. The cleanliness needs improvement and parking issues need to be addressed. It is also quite congested

No one respond on landline phone calls despite several calls. Even the operator don't attend the phone calls. This was first time I felt that they have became more professional in terms of charges. ER surgical staff was professional, but administrative staff not good.

Extremely non-professional and non-cooperative staff, inhumane doctors and an ill-mannered RMO. The clinic lacks proper hygiene and the services were extremely substandard. Dr. Qamar Murtaza, a senior Gynecologist whom we consulted, was extremely rude and unhelpful and caused us more distress then helping us. I wouldn't advice anyone to visit the clinic at all.

Imam Clinic 9ne of the best child care clinic with 24/7 child emergency and expert noenatal paramedics and Dr . Specially, Dr Shoaib Suleman one of the most experienced child consultant doing his OPD from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 12 or until all patients check up not done. Fee is really reasonable i.e. Rs 1000. For appointments you have to call on Imam Clinic's ptcl numbers sharp 3:00 pm not early and after several calls when you connect to operator so book your appointment by just telling the name of patient. Usually, they give appointment for 40 patients and 30 for waiting. And if you want to show any lab reports to Dr so you don't need to take any appointment just walk in and there assistant will arrange visit to Dr. There assistants are also very cooperative and active two guys and manage all patients load and numbers outside the Dr rooms in patient waiting area. Doctor have two rooms for OPD and they are connected to each other and Dr switch his position from one to another room so, teachnically there are two patients in a OPD rooms at a time. Which is good for Dr and patients as well, due to large number of patients specially parents are in a que so, waiting area is full of patients and their attendants because there are also other consultants' OPD is carried out at the same time in different rooms. Physiotherapy room is also at the corner in waiting area. For Gynae: Hopsital is bit expensive and gynaecologists are average. Pharmacy is available but mostly medicines are not available don't know what is the pilocy of hospital regarding medicines back up or range collection. NIBD lab is also beside the emergency and 24/7 operational. ATM is also available at beside the left of main entrance. Parking is available but if you are not at peak time which is evening from 6 to 10. Overall recommended for children: 8/10 And for Gynae 6/10

I would have rated -5, but there is no option. I have been visiting this place for a long time but have never seen doctors on time. The representative gives you the wrong time and the doctors come after 30 minutes to an hour of the said time. This is pathetic as they don't care about the condition and valuable time of the patients. Moreover, some of the PAs are so rude that they do not know how to talk to the elderly. This clinic is nothing but a money-making machine that is notorious for bad behavior, wasting the time of patients, and making the condition even worse in extreme cases.

This hospital is on the side of five star Chowrangi. This hospital is private and the treatment in this hospital is quite expensive but the treatment is very good. This hospital also has a good pharmacy. It is very good in terms of cleanliness and security. Blood bank is also here. There are laboratory tests along with it

A good facility for locals for emergency treatments and a lot of doctors look their patients in thier OPDs. A 24 hour farmacy is available. There is a small Prayer area, a Cafe, and a lab as well.

It was a very worst experience with dr. Mehfooz alam and his PA. Upon taking the appointment we still waited for one and a half hour. And the PA was very misbehaving with all the patients. When the dr saw us he didnt bother to look at the test reports instead he said that do these tests again. He did not listen to us and let us complete what we wanted to say and demotivated our patient and said a lot of bad things like YE BEEMARI TO QABR TK SATH JAYEGI this was his exact words. He is not a doctor but just a MONEY MAKING MACHINE.

I don't know that hospital administration or Dr attendant or Dr himself is involved. I reached imam clinic at 10:30 to visit at Dr azher chughtai. Receptionist gave me token no. 5 when there's only two patient. When I asked him why you gave me 5 when there's only 2 patient then another receptionist in moustache said sir we've to reserve some numbers for emergency. But when Dr's attendant came, he gave me 5 number when there's no patient on 3rd and 4th whom you can say emergency patient. I refused to visit such hospital and Dr where they don't realize patients condition. And last but not the least that receptionist who returned my amount said you know it happens

Thanks to all surgical and nursing staff. Good surgical hands, but lack of Post Operative Clear Instructions and Visit to the patient neither from Surgeon nor from Anaesthetic.

I recently had to call the hospital for an doctor appointment and was extremely disappointed with the phone service. The lines were constantly busy and frequent disconnections. This was a very stressful and trying time for me and the last thing I needed was to be met with such poor customer service. The hospital needs to seriously improve their telephone system and train their staff to be more compassionate and helpful.

Such a pathetic first & last experience at imam clinic to get an appointment on call. Was trying about for 1 & a half hour but nobody picked the call and now appointment is full. Not at all recommended because parents already suffer when their kids are sick.

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Qamar Murtaza, where treatment decisions were made hastily without thorough verification of my ultrasound reports, leading to unnecessary treatments. The oversight in report accuracy and lack of clear communication added to the distress. It's crucial for healthcare providers to ensure accuracy and transparency in patient care. Also she is very rude like she is doing free gynecology treatment. very bad experience.

  • 1/5 Sara M. 2 months ago on Google β€’ 1 review New
This place is trash and the management here is also very irresponsible. Especially the gynecology wards and urologists who take illegal money put the patient's life at risk. I request all people to take their sisters, daughters and wives to other well reputed doctors because the clinic's staff is extremely irresponsible, ill-mannered and shows insensitivity towards patients especially inexperienced women patients.
