Wonderful service, amazing management and highly professional nursing staff. They immediately listen to your call and resolve issues asap (Private Ward Experience) Dr. Shoaib Mithani is really experienced, humble and most of all he is a really kind doctor. He guided me about each step of the surgery and other procedures. Having such doctors in Karachi is a blessing. I highly recommend Dr.Shoaib Mithani for Urological treatments.

One of the best hospital for Kidney and transplantation but now behaviour of staff is not good. Not supportive. 4 people were present in pharmacy but only one person attend the customer. They waste lot of time . Incharge of emergency shift talks loudly and discuss house matters in emergency no one can say anything. Waiting in urology clinic for hours but they can't even take vitals. Nursing staff talking on phone loudly about matter of her sister and all peoples listening. Behaviour of cash counter staff seems business minded not hospital and care staff. Even doctors are very good but overall environment of hospital is getting worse.

Kidney Centre itself is a prestigious hospital with good reputation, building, machinery and specialties, but it’s always the people who make any place a miserable one. the staff on front desk in OPD clinics would get thumbs down award for multiple reasons… - the most rude - the most misbehaving - the most arrogant - the most untrained - the most unprofessional staff The people visiting a hospital are there for some serious concerns and the front-desk is the first contact point, people facing the paying ‘customers’ should be trained enough so people should feel comfortable being there at first place.

The Kidney Centre Karachi is the worst Hospital in Karachi. The hype and publicity created for being best private Hospital for Kidney Related matters totally diminishes as one gets himself admitted in it. The mismanagement starts from the begining of admission. The staff is Arrogant to the core.No information and facilitation is provided by them at the time of admission to the patient and his attendent .After admission they conduct all Tests which are at much higher rates and are charging three times more than Agha Khan or South city.Every day they are demanding Two bottles of blood to be provided within one hour, they know it very well that minimum time to get blood arranged with readily available doner is three hours. They are excepting only list five blood banks blood. They do not except Agha Khan and South City blood for reasons best known to them. Found first Hospital where there is no attendents Doctor briefing done for ICU patients on daily basis. The Duty Doctors are un approachable they only talk to the patient attendent on telephone, they are avoiding to meet personally. The incharge consultants are like God's, not to be seen for debriefing of the patients. They allow only one time in 24 Hrs to meet the patient in the ICU. They Harass the patient attendance, asking for small small things every now and then. Nobody knows what they are doing with ones patient in the ICU.They are also financially harassing patient attendent to submit one Lakh Rupees per day. Will PMDC come and inspect the Hospital. From a suffering attendent.

Dear Mr. Tim You may disagree to any treatment plan. You always have an option of have second and third opinio about your problem. Someone with 20years of experience of dealing with similar problems does have lot of value. I have got my family member treated by Dr. Mithani and he spends enough time to reply Patient’s concern. And many patients have same opinion without writing in review segments. This is not appropriate to write in public your frustration to blame someone professional. This does show that you have elements obsession.

Good hospital but stay away from dr mithani. This doctor tells patients that stress is the main cause for all urinary problems. It seems a lack of diagnosis on his part leads him to resort to such fickle reasoning. Terrible doctor !

One of the worst experiences. My brother was dying with pain, we had reports of all his recent tests from another hospital but they just kept forcing us to do all the tests again just to make money didn't even try to look at the patient how much pain he was in.

One of the good place for renal disease, Specially for Urological surgeries I would recommend Dr. Salman El Khalid, Dr. Raja Rizwan and for Nephrology medicine, Dr. Asim and and Dr. Kiran. One main thing is that this hospital is giving better services in normal cost as compared to the AKU AND LNMC and also welfare aid is given to unaffordable pts.

Absolute disregard for patients’ and attendants’ time. Poor OPD service. You have to wait hours without end in spite of having booked an appointment. The receptionists just hand out appointments without proper planning.

Extremely disappointed! My husband had perma catheter surgery at kidney Centre. It costed us Rs 50000. He consulted Dr Salman Khalid but was operated by irresponsible Dr Ghazanfar. He did not stitched the wound properly. Because of his negligence once again the anesthesia was given n then it was properly stitched. Hats off to OT staff Shahaab and Dr Usama for their extreme care and vigilance.

If you have money you will be treated in good and when you say to Dr you can't afford and refer me to welfare you will be treated like baggers whereas there is a welfare department for needy patients.

Ayesha Saleem is one of the worst doctor to ever exist in the history of humanity. My grandma was at the hospital and she treated her so badly that on her way back she had a panic attack. I'll be sending a legal notice very soon.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding care provided by one of your esteemed doctors, namely Dr. Shohaib - Urologist during my recent visit to your hospital. From the moment I walked through the doors, Dr. Shohaib exhibited a level of professionalism and compassion that immediately put me at ease. Their warm demeanor and genuine concern for my well-being made what could have been a daunting experience much more manageable. Not only was Dr. Shohaib highly knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment and treatment, but he also took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. His empathy and understanding were truly commendable and made me feel valued as a patient I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by Dr. shohaib throughout my time at your hospital and even today when I visited for regular check-up. His dedication to his profession and his patients is a testament to the high standards of excellence upheld by your institution. Good wishes for him. May God bless him. Thanks and Regards, M. Agha Saleem Raza Advocate High Court
