Total fraud. Never rely on them specifically in case of emergency. I booked a cardiologist for a heart patient. I was told that this is the best cardiologist in the city and you have to reach at exactly 4:20 p.m. because the doctor leaves at 5 p.m. Then I received a confirmation message from OLADOC. I reached on time by hiring a careem taxi and paid Rs 1800. When I told receptionist that I have an appointment through oladoc, he asked me what is oladoc. Then I asked about the doctor, the receptionist informed that today doctor Sahab has not come today and if you get prepared the slip by paying doctor's fees, I will call him and it will take at least 20 minutes to reach here; may take up to one hour depending on traffic. Oladoc is really a joke with patients and their relatives.

While the idea is wonderful, quality control is lacking as is customer service. We chose 2 doctors on 2 separate occasions based on the ratings and reviews and we were seriously disappointed both times. My negative reviews were hidden (it seems they only post positive feedback, or some of the reviews are fake), and there was no follow up regarding the horrible experience I had. Waste of my time and hard earned money, 0 solution given for my problems. Would not recommend finding a new doctor thru Oladoc unless you have met with a doc previously and know they're good.

Very Pathetic Experience. I used Oladoc platform to book an appointment with Dr. Nabeel Samdani. They fixed an appointment for 12.10 AM on weekend without knowing doctor timing. I travelled almost 20 Km with patient to visit doctor for check but surprised to know that Dr. Sb timing start from 4.00 PM in the evening and we should wait for 4 to 5 hours for checkup. I was very disappointed and we went back home without checkup. Oladoc is not properly informed with Dr. schedule and with huge communication gap.

Would give it zero stars if Google allowed. Cancelled the appointment and hour before the time and rescheduled for 2 weeks later at their own time without consulting me. And won't process the refund.

Good service. I would say the best part of this app is getting the feedback and showing rating of any doctor on their app, is a great thing because doctors in the past didn't care about their behavior and treatment standards. So This might help patients getting genius feedback for a doctor before checkup. So I would strongly recommend Oladoc to maintain the genuine feedback and remove doctors and hospitals who get bad reviews.

It has been a very good experience with oladoc. I had the issue of acne for 2 years but after going to Dr. Salman Mansoor, my acne got cleared He is a very cooperative and humble person and has a lot of knowledge. best dermatologist in karachi

They're so unprofessional, they'll guide you wrong and when you complain about your visits they don't even pay attention. They're just a a company of immature people who just want commission money , they don't even know who are they referring too . Such an irresponsible staff. Totally disappointed!

Pathatic services. Booked doctor through it and also confirmation message received from oldoc but when visited doctor was not avaiable. Staff told that there is no booking. Unreliable services. Don't trust otherwise you will suffer .

Total wastage of time! I booked an appointment for a doctor at FEDERAL HOSPITAL and was told by OlaDoc that I can simply show up before the appointment and it will all go smoothly. When I went to the hospital, the hospital had no clue what OlaDoc even is! You should at least partner with the hospitals that you are setting appointments for!! I ended up getting the last number for today's session and it totally wasted my time! Extremely dissatisfied!

Made an appointment earlier today. Realized test result won't available in time so wanted to cancel the old appointment and make new one. No option to do that. No option to search a doctor by name. Even list of specialties is incomplete. Oladoc has been in business for many years and these glitches can't be fixed?

Great site full of options, reasonable prices. They were keeping me up to date with my appointment. Easy to use the app no hassle. The app is a MUST.

I have already done my root canal treatment from other hospital and I don't wanna expose its name but they didn't treated well. But this time, Dr. Kelash Kumar treated very well and I am satisfied. However its a little expensive.. 😒

Never rely on them. Horrible experience specially if you have an emergeny because the doctors they book for you they are never available.. very very disappointed.

Fraud and quaks. D dental clinic is worst. They ruined my teeth and charged alot. Such a dirty clinic
