I visited the Gym the equipment is good. The bar bells are how ever not of quality. The equipment is mixed up of different quality. It was crowded though. Over all a good place to start. At least some one tried.

This Gym is the best gym in Karachi. The owners and the staff ( trainers & Helpers) are very friendly and professional. They have a very nice facilities of toilet and shower. All the trainers are well certified at national levels. The gym offers various disciplines such as , strength training, yoga, zumba, aerobics and most sought after weight loss programmes. There are different trainers for both men and women. I’ve learnt very much from this Gym both as a client and as a friend. They also do various trekking and special exercise programmes with their clients . I’ll only say that haters always gonna hate. Come to the Gym get a trial class or join only for a month and see yourself. All over a 5 star service rating. Keep it up guys.
